Ryuko had a bit of a problem. She needed an item that would allow her to teleport without having to rely on the regeneration ability Rafaela had granted her. Yes she could heal from the damage to survive but was it worth the steep price? Barring an absolute emergency the answer was no.
The fastest way to craft the item she needed in question was back in Kumogakure. Either her private Atelier or the public forge would do nicely to speed things up. But without teleporting it was going to be a pain in the ass to travel back to her home and then back again, though at some point it might be a good idea to do so anyhow if she was ever going to pick up her retainers who wouldn’t be able to teleport with item or not.
You’d think the Emporium would have a workshop that could reduce crafting time but as a Master craftsman Okane didn’t need one. Add that to the list of things she had to badger him about next time she saw him. Anyhow it wasn’t the most efficient method but she was just going to have to make her new belt here.
Once it was finished she would pick up her new belt and take it with her as she left the building
