Quick Reference for that Italicized stuff
Canon - Stuff from the show/manga. Probably stronger then you'd think.
Custom - Homebrewed techniques. Can get wacky, but nonetheless useful.
Open - Anyone can learn without the original user.
Open (Location) - Anyone can learn if in the specific location (Such as Konoha or Iwa).
Open (Character) - Anyone can learn without the original user, parentheses denote creator, no creator listed means Diana created it.
Exclusive (Group) - Can only be learned if in the group. Exceptions exist because Entities like Bijuu.
Secret - Can only be taught by the users who know it.
Summon - A Summon; generally requires the user to have signed the specific contract.
Other - Treat as Secret. Current others include: Group, Unique
