Blitz: Temporarily, El is able to channel the chakra that typically goes into either her hand-eye coordination and speed or her strength and pour it into her running speed, even both. Requires 5 CP per Stat Trade, reducing 1 Tier into Coordination and/or Strength and increasing Speed by the same amount.
Underhanded: Simply put, El can weave hand seals with only one hand, keeping the other available to beat the crap out of someone. This results in a one tier loss of Coordination for that hand regarding hand seals.
