This is an expansion of the long-forgotten Technique Request thread. This will be the new home for apping canon-based techniques.
Rules
1) You may only app 1 technique at a time, each with their own post. These will be graded as normal.
2) Everything you app here will be under the ownership of the site staff, so any nerfs/buffs will be under the discretion of the staff.
3) You cannot app Canon techniques in your own Custom Jutsu Creation thread. It may only be applied here (Restricteds work differently)
4) When apping, it is required that a link -- as proof -- to be submitted for the validity of the canon technique.
5) You may only app Canon Techniques you can use.
6) May submit your jutsu for approval in the #Jutsu-Request section of the discord
7) Approved jutsu will net the user 10 EXP per jutsu. Make sure that jutsu doesn't exist on the list.
Bonus Rule: If it requires a Village Exclusive -- it'll still get added to the list of jutsu
