Half-Seals: Kiyoshi as master the art of controlling his puppets with one hand while weaving hand seals with the other, however this results in a 1-tier loss in coordination to that hand in regard to those hand seals.
Crafting Prodigy: Kiyoshi is a crafting prodigy, capable of crafting items faster than others normally can, as such he is able to decrease the time required to craft an item by one rank, however as a result this reduces his Coordination by one tier limiting what he can craft by one rank.
Kugustu Focused: Kiyoshi's focus upon Puppets has resulted in him being capable of using techniques involving puppets at a reduced cost of chakra by 1 rank this includes Chakra strings and other Kugutsu related techniques, however because of this focus he cannot learn Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, or Taijutsu.

Appearance: Kiyoshi stands five and a half feet tall with golden eyes, spiky dark-red hair with short bangs, and a small scar above his left eye that runs through his eyebrow. His typical attire is that of Black pants and a black long sleeve shirt worn under a white button-down shirt that is left unbuttoned, since his graduation he wears his Hitai-ate like most do as a headband.
History: Kiyoshi was born in the Land of Fire, while information on his father is unknown, it is known that his mother died during childbirth. Born with no name and no family, the babe was sent to the orphanage of Konohagakure where he was raised until he turned 16. It was the orphanage matron that named the baby, saying he should bear the name that represented his pure soul. His life was not without its own complications, he was bedridden for most of his life due to malformities from his birth. This resulted in him not making many friends however it afforded him time to work on his puppetry, spending hours making small figurines move with his chakra threads. They claimed he could be a great puppet master, that could rival the legendary puppet users of Sunagakure, if he could only move his own body the way he moved the puppets. When he turned sixteen, he set out to do just that, joining the Academy and beginning his journey to becoming the greatest puppet master the world had ever seen. His time in the academy would only show him that despite what they said about him being a prodigy with puppets, he still had a lot to learn in the world of shinobi. His abilities with anything other than puppets left much wanting from both his instructors as well as himself, however finding it nearly impossible for him to use the most basic of skills within a shinobi arsenal caused him to have to resort to more tactical means in order to achieve his graduation however after five years of hard work he was able to graduate and finally move on to becoming a Genin of the hidden leaf and begin his trek to become the world's greatest puppet master.
Personality: Kiyoshi is an energetic and optimistic man who has the constant drive to improve his craft, mostly due to his lack of basic shinobi skills, he is constantly seeking to challenge others to prove his own abilities against theirs. He is also flexible, able to break away from ordinary puppetry tactics, thus allowing him to make his own solutions when he needs to find an edge in a fight. Kiyoshi is not afraid to admit when his opponent is better than him, but he also refuses to give up. As such, he is not afraid to examine his own deficiencies, and is even eager to learn whatever he needs to in order to overcome them. When he wins, he seldom gloats and even takes time to help his opponents see what they did wrong, thus helping them become better shinobi as well.
