Description: Fulminating Dance is another form of Gentle Fist where the user channels their Raiton release through their body and into their strikes. Causing a few special effects. First, like normally Gentle Fist, ‘Fulminating Dance’ will buff the speed and coordination of the user by a ++ to each.
Normally when someone using Gentle Fist manages to touch a target they would take minor damage and any Tenketsu point would be closed.
Fulminating Dance however increases that damage to the jutsu’s power, and will still act to close the tenketsu following the rules in Gentle Fist Style linked below. This essentially allows the user to still damage with only a touch but will have an increased amount of damage from that touch and still close the tenketsu.
- Gentle Fist Rules for Closing Tenketsu:
By employing the use of the Byakugan they can target the tenketsu to actively seal the opponent's reservoir. These 361 nodes are key gate-keeping interceptions in the chakra circulatory network, and can be actively opened or sealed by Gentle Fist users. The affected person's chakra flow can either be increased or disrupted completely, preventing them from using techniques or making them use more doing so. Since blocking a tenketsu takes only the slightest tap, the user can focus their entire attention on striking quickly and numerous times in a short span of time.
When closing tenketsu, every tenketsu that's sealed drains 1 chakra from the target. Tenketsu remained closed for a total of six posts, after which they will open back up. They can also be forcibly opened by an outside source of chakra (i.e a bijuu or curse seal), though this requires that source of chakra to equate to the maximum chakra that's already been locked away from the user. If all 361 of a single person's tenketsu are sealed they die.
Additionally, Gentle Fist can be used to perviate chakra-based substances, beit webs, armors and even barriers of up to B (in rank and/or durability).
Fulminating Dance acts as ‘Gentle Fist Style’ for any technique that states the style is a requirement. Allowing it to become a personal replacement for the style in question. Not only that but any ‘Gentle Fist’ technique used while using ‘Fulminating Dance’ instead will have the ‘Raiton’ element applied. This won’t give any additional effects but will allow them to deal Raiton damage if they do damage normally and cause the elemental advantage cycle to come into play when applicable.
Weaknesses: Notably, Fulminating Dance loses the ability to stun people as normal gentle fist would do. Trading that in for more damage. Like Gentle Fist chakra armor that is not Twin Lion Fists or a Unique Booster blocks this technique's ability to seal Tenketsu. Also this technique does not allow the user to open tenketsu forcibly, only close them.

Classification: Clan Exclusive
Requirements: Gentle Fist
Parent Technique: Gentle Fist

Description: ‘Shutdown’ is a simple technique conceptually, requiring Gentle Fists ability to affect the chakra system and applying it solely to the brain in a single strike. Should the user successfully strike the head of the target the user can pay an amount of chakra to momentarily ‘shutdown’ the target's brainwaves, inducing sudden unconsciousness.
B Rank Chakra: B Rank or lower Con
A Rank Chakra: A Rank or lower Con
S Rank Chakra: S Rank or lower Con.
The technique is used solely to end a fight quickly and without causing death. When paying the S rank cost the user can pay an additional 10 chakra to also affect the rest of the S rank Constitution Tier. So for S Rank Chakra + 10 they can affect S+ and S++ Constitution as well. This technique will never work on someone who has X tier Constitution.
Weaknesses: This technique simply does not deal damage on its own. Even if ineffective. Meaning this technique is only useful when trying to knock out the target. The user
must hit the head of the target around where the brain would be. Meaning anything above the nose. Anything lower and this technique will be nonfunctional in its entirety.

Range: 50 meters
Speed: User’s Coordination - 1 tier
Element: Raiton
Skill: Taijutsu
Classification: Personal
Requirements: Fulminating Dance
Parent Technique: Fulminating Dance

Description: ‘Arc Shot’ is a technique that utilizes the concept of Fulminating Dance to produce a longer ranged arc of electrical discharge from the user’s hand. The user swings their arm in an arc and fires a crescent of lightning chakra from their hand expanding to 2m wide and traveling for up to 50 meters before dispersing. If it strikes someone it will cause A rank Raiton damage.
If it strikes someone within 10m of the user it will also seal 25 Tenketsu, sealing them for six posts. After the 10m however the chakra will become unfocused enough to no longer be able to close tenketsu.

Name: Gentle Fist Art: Great King Rotation

Power: A or S
Activation Cost: A or S
Upkeep Cost: One rank below initial payment
Range: 30m
Speed: User’s Coordination
Element: -
Skill: Taijutsu
Classification: Clan Exclusive
Requirements: Palms Revolving Heaven
Parent Technique: Palms Revolving Heaven
Hand Seals: -
Description: Great King Rotation is an improvement to the normal Rotation technique. Derived from the will and desire to protect other’s and not simply themselves. This technique has all of the normal effects of ‘Palms Revolving Heaven’ however the range is 30m (Total, so 15m in every direction) and the area within the rotating mass of chakra is specifically hollow. Allowing one to protect and defend others within its confines. The user may still pay more chakra to increase the power and therefore defensive ability to this technique, and those striking it will still have the force of their blow reflected at them. If the user is paying S rank chakra to block an attack they may pay an additional 10 chakra to include the rest of the S rank tier. So the technique will block S+ and S++ power attacks and reflect the damage back. This technique however can never block X rank power.
Weaknesses: All the same weaknesses as ‘Palms Revolving Heaven’

Description: ‘Parting Wedge’ is a defensive technique meant to defend against a single energy based damage source. The user channels chakra into their hands and effectively ‘slashes up’ between them and the energy damage source coming toward them. What this technique does is assaults the chakra flow of the technique in question at the point directly in front of the user and causes the technique to ‘part’ and move around the user. Like a wedge or a rock being placed to guide the technique in question around them. This will not cancel out a technique or cause damage to a target in any way. It will however cause a technique to split around the user and allow them to stand within it, keeping the damage off of them.
This only applies to ‘energy’ based techniques. Which would be techniques that do not carry a physical mass such as earth or water. It will split fire, lightning, wind, and advanced elements that have no physical mass however.
The cost of this technique is the base cost of the jutsu it is splitting + 10 (modified by the users cost own cost reductions and not those applied to the target jutsu).
Weaknesses: While certainly a useful defensive technique it does come with a couple of major weaknesses. The first of which being it’s inability to affect physical techniques of any kind. The other is that when using this technique the user creates a ‘wedge’ of chakra to ‘part’ a technique around them and protect them from it’s damage. However the user will still be within the midst of the technique in question. Preventing them from being able to move until the technique in question has passed. As such this technique is at best a desperation move to block damage when it otherwise cannot be blocked.
