Chen had just gotten through destroying Sunagakure's training grounds when he arrived at the office. He did not want anyone replicating the village's exclusives which were now in Iwa's possession. This village could not be allowed to make a comeback. He gathered up any exclusive scrolls within the Suna Administration and had them burnt to shreds and the ashes scattered. Chen then left to rest for the day.
