Okane had provided him with surprisingly little direction, but in the Discord (ahem) of the ensuing violence and mayhem, Irui had miraculously found his way. Ah, "Security Consultant", he was beginning to like the term more and more as it rolled off his tongue. Dressed in a fresh cloak and armor, he found himself in one of the Emporiums many banking outlets.
Unlike the weaponry area, it was not littered with corpses used for product advertisement. Inside one of the banks, he came to a Teller, and passed them an envelope embellished with Okane's seal. Irui spoke in a low whisper, advising them of the situation. The Teller took the note, and hastily turned to someone behind the iron gates, and the pair conversed in air-light words.They disappeared through more gates and out of sight.
After a while, they returned, with another scroll and silently passed it to Irui, who promptly sealed it away.
