Description: Head on down to the Hozuki Fisheries and lend a hand. Work at one of the fisheries for the day, pulling in nets with the days catch then sort the marine line and get them ready for transport. Don't hesitate to bring a friend or two to lend a hand.

Hisha moved through the village as if in a haze, his mind foggy and unclear. Many might have thought he were hypnotized or perhaps sleepwalking if not for his reading of a small scroll he rolled around, reading the day’s missions. He could barely remember accepting these, but no matter. He wore a simple long sleeve and waders to prevent himself from becoming too terribly soaked through while fishing, which he had never really done, but which actually sounded rather fun. He made it down to the docks soon enough, acquainted himself with the local contact and a few of the guys working, and set out fishing. Mostly he tied knots and helped move hauls, but he did get to spend some time with the rod and nets, which was surprisingly enjoyable. He also loved seafood and a bit of the freshest sashimi went a long way to impress him.

Mission Name: Octopodes are a Man's best friend

Mission Goal: Help out Takashi by gathering some Octopodes for his store
Description: Takashi is the owner of a small Takoyaki stall in the streets of Konoha. Lately, his business has spiked and he is running low on fresh Octopus. Takashi is unable to leave the stall and his daughter who usually helps just started school. The store owner is in need of some assistance, please head down to the Hozuki Fisheries and bring back as many Octopodes as you can. The ones Takashi is after can be found lurking close to the shore in rock pools, bring back at least 15. You may need some help so bring some friends.

After a quick bit of some sushi, he was about ready to head off when one of the guys indicated that there was a bit more work if he was still looking for a bit of money. Having recently taken an interest in the sealing arts and developing the realization that they were some of the only ways he had to defend himself, he had begun shopping for implements only to find that they cost a small fortune. He had a bit of his salary, but he’d stopped getting paid recently due to his slacking off and so he went to Mr. Takashi to help him catch some octopus. He helped again primarily by tying various knots and repairing the nets they used, for octopus could slip through the smallest holes and Hisha loved a good puzzle. Then it was a relatively simple matter of laying the trap, hauling the creatures, and loading them onto a small wagon to be brought back to a local market to be whole sold.

Mission Name: Watch the Store

Mission Goal: Look after the store while the owner's out
Description: A local shop owner of a small general store has to head out on business, to watch the store and keep it open they are looking to hire someone. Take up the mantle and head on over to the store located in the main street, you can't miss it as it has bright pink windows. The owner will give you a quick rundown before leaving saying he will be back in three hours. Serve any customer who comes through the door with a smile.

He’d gotten a single Takoyaki as a small snack upon leaving the market and watched the local vendor whip it up with the very octopus he’d managed to help catch earlier in the day, which was pretty cool. The next on his list of to do chores was in the area as well but a few blocks off, so he headed in the direction to a store with a brighth pink window. Interesting décor to say the least, but he entered and announced himself as the person who would help watch the shop. Mostly he just had to sit around and screw off until customers came in. he was not a great showman necessarily, but he was quite intelligent regarding the workings of some of the wares and was instantly able to memorize the catalogue, which helped to find merchandise for people searching. Three hours was a good chunk of the day to be fair, but he didn’t have a lot else to do today and he really needed the cash. When the owner came back, he accepted the payment and headed out to his next stop.

Mission Goal: Lend a hand at the Academy as a Nurse.
Description: The Academy Nurse is out for the day to attend their grandmother's funeral, with her away the Academy needs someone to take up her duties for the day. Head on down to the Academy and look after sick and injured students, feel free to bring a friend or two to lend a hand.

He was already getting hungry again after his stint at the local shop but didn’t have a lot of time prior to going down to a shift at the hospital. He had no real idea how to do medicine or anything like that but apparently the nurse was out due to a funeral and needed some help. He at minimum had gotten some basic CPR and other education in the vein of basic medial skills, but beyond that he was but a novice and certainly could not do any thing miraculously like the healing hands technique or anything of the sort. However, most of the students had very petty ailments and he recalled some days in the academy himself. Generally he applied a few bandages and gave them what amounted to childrens Tylenol for small bumps or light colds. If anyone had symptoms greater than that he simply needed to record them and report to one of the on duty nurses who would see to the more difficult procedures. All in all, not very complicated

Description: The Academy Genjutsu Instructor is in a bit of a pickle, after their last mission they are suffering from Chakra Exhaustion and can't teach today. In order to make up for this, the Instructor is looking to hire someone skilled in Genjutsu to teach their class for the day. Head on over to the academy, you can bring a friend or friends to assist you by being practice dummies

Now this was way more up his alley. The academy hospital was not too far from the academy proper and he remembered the place well, not particularly having enjoyed his time there and the few friends he had made had long since moved on. He felt like he’d bee in a dream for some time at the current moment and for some time, but he was slowly coming into his own. If hisha knew any thing at all he knew how genjutsu worked. It was literally in his blood. Showing up as a sub was never very fun, but he began to go through the lesson and quickly realized it was terribly remedial and the children did not want to listen. A quick use of sealless false surroundings allowed him to bamboozle them all and, as they panicked, he stacked Xenolinguistics into it, which added to the chaos. He clapped his hand after a few minutes of panic and dismissed the illusions, all the kids snapping to see him after the loud sound the sudden return to normalcy. They were much more receptive at that point, even those who he could tell had no talent in the subject. After that, it was actually kind of fun to share some of his limited practical knowledge, and while there was no one from his clan, a few showed decent aptitude. A Yurei was there as well, though he knew their skills to be deeply inferior, she could still prove useful to the village he knew.

Description: The Academy is planning an event for one of it's graduating classes and seek to pair up their students with an older Shinobi. Head on over to the academy and pick up the last remaining student and take them around the Village showing off your daily duties. If you have friends bring them with you to help broaden the student's horizon.

The first course of action for the morning was to go over on to the academy to pick up a young student who had recently applied for graduations but needed to be shown a bit of the normal daily routine of a ninja. The kid was rather significantly younger than Hisha which on the one hand shows a certain degree of ability to his credit but also would mean that a rather immature ninja would be hitting the streets to go through menial tasks and silly labor. Hisha did not pay the closest attention to these sorts of things but considering the relative dysfunction of the village and their process for assigning students to mentors he would assume that the death rate of younger shinobi recently graduated would be much higher than those of slightly older and more mature ones. Not that he would indicate this to the other child and he would instead simply take him on his daily chores and such though he also needed to make a stop to purchase some things at the market which he would do but he would not be brining along this guy and so he picked up the kid and told him how he managed his day and the way in which he took mission from the mission board. He was not always especially social but he did enjoy a bit of company and more so a bit of help in doing some of these various items.

Mission Name: Beat up the Delinquents

Mission Goal: Beat up the Delinquents
Description: A group of juvenile delinquents have been going around at night tagging various shops with graffiti. The owners of these shops are getting fed up with it and have decided to finally do something about it. They are looking to hire a Shinobi to stake out the market district at night and wait for the delinquents to show up and then teach them a lesson. Beat the delinquents or install fear into them to get them to stop their evil ways.

Another day had dawned and as it had done so another set of activities to be completed. He’d headed to the mission board to uptake some more events and in doing so he was pre cacluating his earnings which would be decent but nothing amazing. He knew of many people who were of excessive wealth and he did not actually covet it but he could use a lot of money to buy up some armaments as well as some usfual information and items. He had thought about asking a crafter to help out, but really he wanted an Okane item of some sort though he had not actually decided what it would be.

He ended up stumbling to the correct area of the market place where some dilinquents were causing problems but he was not good in a direct fight yet so instead he cnoceled himself with the technique to make him look incospicous and when they eventually showed up he ensared them in both the false surroundings technique as well as an added flare of his Xenolinguistics. After a short waiting time the confusion fell upon them and they were failing to enter the correct store. When eventually the keepr started yelling at them they couldn’t understand, and they couldn’t understand each other either as they attempted to plan their escape. From that point on it was not terribly difficult to sneak up on them and catch them up in a set of handcuffs. Simple really.

Mission Name: Clean up the Graffiti

Mission Goal: Clean up the Graffiti for three different shops
Description: A group of juvenile delinquents have been going around at night tagging various shops with graffiti. The owners of these shops are getting fed up having to clean it up themselves so they are looking to hire someone to do it for them. Go around the market district cleaning the graffiti off of three different shops. Cleaning items will be supplied.

After having completed the previous request to prevent the domination fo the delinquents attacking the store he realized that there was a bit more to do. While the threat of their return had passed and the village would punish them ins some way for their indiscretion they would have left their mark certainly and in so doing they had laid out a bunch of symbols and other pieces of graffiti all across the store and the alley way. He was not someone who favored physical labor though he was also not specially opposed to it and so it was not that big of a deal. In a perfect world he could use the proceeds here as a stepping stone to move on from and set up a bit of a nest egg so he did not have to do so many missions. Though also it would be nice if they paid a bit more as his monthly normal salary from the village was already better.

He had a bucket and some scrubbing untensils an eventually found that some of the local shop keepers were helping him clean up and were happy for his help as well. He could have used an illusion to hide them, but it seemed a waste and so he just helped clean it up regularly in the end.

Mission Name: Gathering Herbs

Mission Goal: Collect a basket of herbs
Description: One of the local owners of a herb shop have hurt themselves when they fell down some stairs. The owner would usually go out in the afternoon to pick herbs from the training fields, but because they can't walk they are looking to hire someone to do the job for them. Swing on by the shop to collect a basket and a book of herbs before heading off to the training fields. Return only once the basket is full.

He strolled along through the day and decided to grab a quick bit of lunch before moving on to the next bout for the day and so he grabbed some noodles before heading out and he chose to end up eating as he walked to a more green location of the village and made contact with another person at the shops who sold various specialty herbs and potions. He had toyed with the idea of perhaps getting into the business or even learning to create some salves but he had no real spark or creativity for it. The woman who ran the location wanted new herbs to make her salves and such but they seemed to be a middiling quality, not incredible like some of the strange items he has seen of or heard of but better than most. While she listed off what she needed he asked her what they were for to learn a bit about the craft and while not practicing would not develop the skills he gained some iformationa and a bit of appreciation. Most of the herbs were very slose to the village and a few were purchases from a few local garden growers and so he ended up just having to pick them up from various places before returning to deliver them. He ended up staying to get some tea and talk ab it more and watch her make a few items and such before ultimately he had to go and get on with his day.

Mission Name: Chemist for a Day

Description: One of the local Chemist's is looking for an assistant to lend him a hand for the day, the usual assistant is the Chemist's apprentice who is out sick. The assistants job is to collect the materials the Chemist wants during the brewing stage and take orders from customers. It doesn't matter if you have no experience with chemicals, everything is labeled clearly allowing you to find what is needed.

He looked at the small docket he had put together for him self that was for him to accomplish for the day as he left, only to find that the woman he had been getting some of the herbs from also needed help actually crafting the various potions and other such baubbles that she plied because she had an assistant who was out sick with some small cold which as it turns out that she had been able to give her some medicine but still needed some time to heal. Thus when he brought back the various herbs that heh had retrieved he returned to her house for them to begin the work of crafting various itesm.

First they began with some basic but useful items that were common among the village such as painkillers and blood pills and other rather simple medicines that were extremely useful. He found it quite interesting the making of the soldier pills bu they ended up making through their makings to poisons and a few anti venoms. She did not much vend in poison though the anti venoms were interesting but the one poison she made was a mild paralytic used for capture and restraint and he committed the basic but useful recipes to memory before they had finished their work and he ultimately had to head on out.

Description: The Academy is planning a game of Ninja Hide and Seek to teach the children how to hide. The Academy's head is requesting an experienced Shinobi to act as the seeker and find the students while offering pointers.

With another day came the need for another set of activities to complete so that the man of Hisha would be able to make a bit more cash and re coup the large amount of money he had recently sent on a some what out of character shopping spree. To be fair though these were all good purchases that would allow him the added advantage of being much more capable in combat which considering the power and disposition of their new Kage Blitz this might become more relvanat than he had previously considered. Plus he could feel in his bones that a chunin exam was likily on the horizon and the added freedom of the rank would help him to feel less pressure to grind out these mission; plus, they got paid more, which was always a plus.

For todays set of missions he would first need to win at a game of hide and seek, which should not prove very difficult as they were academy students and he would locate them quite easily. Recently he was getting an incredible amount of milage from the False Surroundings technique which he had originally written off but was now quite glad he had learned it. He simply cast it here to confound the children in a huge area which caused them to think they needed to move and made spotting them quite easily in the end. Another day another dollar.

Description: The Academy is looking to hire someone to instruct a fresh group of students how to throw Shuriken and Kunai to hit a target. The regular instructor is out on a mission and won't be back until tomorrow.

The next mission he had queued up for the day did not so much intrigue him but he did enjoy the practices that it would bring. He had not been the absolute greatest shot in his academy days but considering his general lack of skill in most areas that were not more on the esoteric side such as genjutsu and fuinjutsu it was a bit impressive that he was able to manage to stay near the top rankings of his class in regards to target practice and in fact it was one of the training items that he most regularly practices outside of his attempts to get the fuinjutsu he had to give him at least a bit of offensive ability as otherwise it was a traditionally defensive or supplementary skill.

He got to the academy first thing in the morning to begin the class and he began with the absolute basics of how to hold the weapons starting one at a time and slowing building up to throwing two and three though they did not progress eyond that in the current lesson. Then he showed and reminded them of the basic form and had them do some reps as the throwing of these items was best learned over many repeated sets and so he left them with that wisdom before showing them what he could do which was not amazing but had also only taken him a few months of practices and that they would be able to imiteate this sooner or later.

Description: Mr. Komura is an old man who likes to buy in bulk. The problem is that he can't actually carry all this bulk, which is where you come in! Carry everything he has back home for him. You might bring a friend; he has a lot of stuff.

Moving right along with the set of missions that he had selected for this day of days this one was a bit of an interesting case as it involved the purchase and helping of carrying of a lot of grocery items and such as apparently m. komura was a person who liked to buy his items in bulk. While Hisha did not himself do this as his dwelling was supremely modest to the point he was too nervous to bring a girl over he could respect the financial efficiency fo buying so much stuff at once as he likely got a discount. He went over to the older mans house to make the introductions and helped him hook up a cart to an old donkey before accompanying him to the market where the man told him all about his coupouning and other ways of saving as they picked out items and Hisha loaded the pallets on to the cart. Itw s somewhat interesting to learn about how to get these good of deals but much of his food was paid for by the village any way but still worth knowing. After that there was little left but to drive the cart back and he suspected that m. komura really just wanted company more than anything and that was the opint of the mission which was more than fine.

Description: The storm affected the northern part of the Hozuki Isle, not just Ota. The livestock to the north has been roaming free in one area of the field due to a broken fence from the storm. Trees were knocked down onto some parts and wind blew away some of the more rickety areas. Fix it all up and make sure you get all the animals back in!

His final mission for the day or at least for today would be the mission of fixing up a fence which he would do for a local person on Hozuki isl ut who was not him self a member of the illustrious caln with their secret techniques. They were a clan with interesting abilities but not one that Hisha really cared for too much from a power stance as it always seemed so limiteing to be pigeon holed into a water releaste technique almost exclusively and people loved lightinign release anyway so they had many natural weaknesses. This gave him a great thought tough on perhaps some experimentation with barriers. For now he headed to the work site and made contact with the client though and he found that it was a very simple fence design to under stand and while he was not terribly gifted with his hands he knew his way around a hammer and some nails and so he set out repairing the broken areas of the fence which took him the better part of the end of his afternoon after which he was essentially done but he decided to stay around to help make sure they hearded all the sheep and such back into their correct locations before he ultimately ended up heading out to enjoy the rest of the day to him self

Description: Spot was last seen running away from Ms. Muramasa in the marketplace. He's a medium sized dog with brown fur and a white spot on the right side of his body that takes up most of his ribcage. Spot likes to run and play games, so you better be quick or you'll never catch him!

A slight miscount from his docet he had put together for the day saw him running back to a mission he ahd mistakenly forgotten which was foolish especially be cause he was not even very distracted or anything so he had to head back to the muramasa house hold which was a family name that he did not recognize by he was in a hurry so he did not have very much time to think about it to be hones.t Perhaps a family of sword smiths? He did not know but he had finished his running and made it to the spot and apologized that h ehad been so late but his other missions had run late. He was to go retrieve a dog which would be interesting as illusions did not norally work upon animals of that kind nand low intelligence so he would have to find some other way of doing it. He first explored around the usual haunts that the owners said he had run away to before but he eventually ended up at the local dog park and he spotted a dog that looked like this one in question and he tried to chase the dog down but it thought theyw ere playing. Eventually he grabbed a ball and played fetch for awhile before he ended u bribing the beast with some treats to get it to return to the home and finally then he was done for the day.

Mission Name: Repair the Docks

Mission Goal: Repair the docks in Ota damaged by the recent storm
Description: The same storm that took out the three ships also did some damage to a few of the piers in Ota's docks. A few buildings got their windows blown out and the occasional piece of debris thrown at them, so they may need touching up too. Tools will be provided on site, as will paint if needed.

As he had for many of the last few days of the current week Hisha had begun his day as per normal and wore casual garb such as a hoodie but after getting ready he headed down to the mission board area of the mizukage complex to pick up a few missions to do first after having gotten ready for the day as he woke up early on mission days and he had had a bit of trouble sleeping. Even more so than that was the fact that he was a little surprised to find that many of the missions were taken or that had already been completed by himself and a few others which meant that he ended up clearning out much of the board. The first mission today would require some more doc work which he had been doing latetly and had more or less enjoyed.

Recently he had been repairing some fences and so to go onwrd and had found tha the was at least generally functional with his hand and so the dock work did not bother him. He had met many of the people there when he helped out with the fishing and such and so he made a few nice introductions and help them repair pieces of the board walk and tied up some boats and such before he had to be heading out to go to the next round of activities for the day.

Mission Name: Clean up the Beach!

Mission Goal: Clean the trash and other unpleasantries off the beach in Ota
Description: Ota recently had a bad storm hit and a few trade ships were destroyed in it. Now that the weather has calmed down a bit, the town council needs someone to pick up the wreckage that has been piling up on their usually pristine beach. Bring some gloves, it's gonna get grungy!

He was already right there by the docs at this point and a few of the men working as fisher man ha dlittle to do in the morning low tide nd did not want to go to an early luch and so they were going to wander the beach and do a bit of clean up form a small wreck of a few boats that had happened recently and hisha decided to join that as it was a requirement of the village to completely the mission and also it would help to keep the village tidy and allow for trade to commence. Much of it was just small pieces of random junk and trash but there were also large pieces of the sail of a few boats that were scattered around as well as the big pieces of wood from the various destroyed boats an all their ribs and stuff. The men gathered in to groups to cut up the largest of pieces before draggin them away and getting rud of them ultimately and it took about half the day but soon enough they were finished and the beach was significantly cleaner that it previously had been which would be a good thing all in all.

Description: The Academy thought it would be a great idea to hire an active Shinobi to instruct a class for one hour. Head on down and give a lecture on one of your specialities (Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, Taijutsu, Kenjutsu etc). Feel free to bring a friend, the Academy has plenty of students.

He grabbed some lunch with the various dock workers that he had helped both in repairing the place in which they worked of the dock and also helped to clean up the beach from the drifts and other piece so fidscarded trash and even some of the local wrecks of the foolish people who did not have the apprpropirate skilsl to go about to navigate their crafts safely and so they had sustained damage and some of them even may have died but that was not important now as he ran his way on down to the academy to do a bit more lecturing. He had actually performed as a back up teacher ta least once if not twice before doing some things such as basic target practice and entry level genjutsu but hew aso going to go through they skill of genjutsu in this point to instruct on his preferred abilities though he could also do fuinjutsu as well. Still with his bloodline it madet he most sense to go about doing that and so he neded up doing a lecture on the illusion arts but a more advanced version for those who had a special interest or ability. A Yurei was there but he basically discounted the whole clan as a bunch of wannabe fools.

The final mission for his day to day would be gate duty guarding the gates of the village specifically in this case the south gate which needed to be watch at all hours of the day and also all days of the year. It was a pretty boring job basically all f the time that it needed to happen but it also was necessary as village security was important particularly with some of the redent events that had been happening globally with even huge and successful villagies being taken over by single invaders which was likely caused in part of due to the fact that they had poor or imporper security in some kind of manner but also because ninja at this point were walking nukes in some fashion. So he went to the afternoon shift to stand aat the gate to watch for new commers but quickly was moved to checking papers and passports as he was able to read quite quickly and it quickly became clear that he already had learned and memoriezed the various rules of the village and the kinds of documentation that was necessary and so he was set to check papers ands tamp those willing and able to abide by them and recored who was entering and leaving so that they could keep a paper trail or sorts for if they needed to go back and ensure that they could track down anyone who was hiding out inappropriately in the village.

Description: Yanagi Kaguya has been indicted for the poisoning and subsequent death of several Kaguya elders. The act of mass murder is believed to be in retaliation for her mistreatment at the hands of the clan's more conservative faction. It is believed she is working with an foreign agent that specializes in chemistry. She must be taken alive so that she can be questioned.

The next morning he woke up early and stared at the mission scroll he had picked up the day prior which was on his mind and had been since the day prior when he first picked up the scroll. It weighed on his mind because it was such a high level ability or really rather requirement but none the less it was one that he would need to do partically because there was no further mission he would be able to handle. He was a bit nervous but he had poured over the scroll and the details before coming up with a plan and such and thus he was going to go learn about how this would all work. Firs he would need to come up with a plan that would allow him to maximize his ability to avoid damage and ensure the capture of the person involved and for that he would go back to the chemist woman that he had visited the previous week.

He questioned her not aggressively but generally about what she knew as it was knownt tha the Kaguya clan woman was working with a nother chemidst who was a bit of a rival to the older local woman. She did not know exactly what the woman had been planning but she had been dealing in some toxins and the like and such and so it was probably nefarious. She had some ideas about the comings and goings of the woman and so he was more able to set up a bit of a trap. He then spent another few days caging the area and making sure he knew about what was going on with the situation and when the woman tended to show up and such though he still did not know what exactly was going on with them.

Then on one day he orchestrated the capture of the chemist and had an associate use a transformation technique to alter the older woman in to the rival chemist. The interrogation squad would interrogate the rival chemist while the older woman quickly studied up on the various recepies and most importantly whipped up a concoction of the kind that would knock out the Kaguya despite her rather dififciult constitution. The only thing left was for /hisha to cath her.

By the tiem the woman arrived, Hisha would use an illusion to confuse her. He would place her with in the false surroundings ability in order to confuse her sense of direction and her sense such that she would think that she was entering into the regular shack but was in fact wondering into the older woman he had made contact with’s shack which would allow for them to spring a trap. The new house was slightly larger and had a second room with a group of genin who could help to cart the Kaguya away which would be blocked for mher vision by the illusion and the hidden cloth technique. Thus when she arrived he would cast upon her the hydraulic lift ability which would appear as if her throat was restricting. The older woman would take her queue to acquire a ‘medicine’ to give her, saying that she must have ingested a poisin from a shinobi that this anti venom would work though it would be a knock out drug that would end her. Shortly after she was pass out entirely and thud to the floor where she would be able to be retrieved, all without Hisha having ever been in any real danger at all.
