However, due to being inexperienced with drugs, all drugs that Kaori creates have their effects decreased by one rank.

Hmm, I would like to see the Flaw of you Unique Ability to impact you more directly. To me, you can simply avoid making drugs as if you never had intentions to make them.



My solution is to have your cooldown time increased by double the strength of the medicine's rank it's imitating. So for example: You made a C-rank medicine that has B-rank strength. So you medicine will have the B-rank's cooldown, but doubled. So you'll be looking at 20 - 30 posts for a cooldown instead of 15 - 20.


This is my suggestion to your UA. If you have another other idea, let me know so I can review it.

I just realized that I put "Wind Release: Rotating Shuriken" down as one of my starting jutsus, but I don't have the Bukijutsu skill, which is required for that technique. May I change it to Charkra Scalpel, which is still a C-Rank technique?
