Mistakes were made in Valen's character creation, I misunderstood the ruleset in regards to retiring characters and Valris would be incapable of bestowing the 640 experience Valen started with.
As such Valen loses a grand total of 1040 experience (Because he doesn't hit C class from the TS like I thought so he does not earn the 400 bonus.

As such Valen's stats becomes this

Stamina: C+
Speed: D
Coordination: C
Intelligence: D
Perception: C
Exp spent: 1950
His Exp become 200/500
The above totals come from the base character start of 1650 experience + 500 total/spendable from the TS = 2150.

He also loses the Kenjutsu skill, and knowledge of all canon D rank and below Ninjutsu of Earth, Wind, Fire, and Non-elemental. As well a Kenjutsu/Bukijutsu.
