The term ‘Fire in their Blood’ is used unironically within the Fisei Clan. The ardor with which they approach all situations lends them an intensity that is difficult to miss. The Fisei are naturally attuned to the Element of Fire and as such are able to manipulate it with ease. All techniques that they use which include both Katon and Kenjutsu in the same technique are applied at 1 Rank higher for the purpose of determining Power.
Ancestral Strength {1000 exp}
The history of the Fisei Clan is steeped in combat. They are almost always the first to battle and they stay to defend until either combat is concluded or there are none left standing. Through devotion and reverence to their Ancestors the Fisei Clan members are able to draw on their Strength and Endurance to aid them. This equates to a permanent ++ (2 advantages) to Constitution and a 1 tier boost to Strength. This is considered a generic boost and follows all rules associated with Stat Boosting and Stacking order.

- Gelel Energy Manipulation:
The first benefit the user gains is access to a 200 ‘Gelel Energy’. An energy source that is different from chakra, and gives one a secondary source of power to use for certain things. Although these things are limited at first.
The second benefit of the Stone is to utilize that energy passively to heal one's injuries. This will give the user an A rank regenerative factor that allows them to recover from injuries taken. This healing will cost 10 Gelel Energy per post it is active. However will not actively draw unless an injury is sustained. As a bonus effect of this capability the user physically ceases aging, becoming immune to the ravages of time.
Recharging the Gelel Energy within the stone requires the user to focus on the stone and give it time to function. Doing so will allow the stone to generate Gelel Energy into its reserves. The process requires the user to stand still for 72 hours (ooc time ofc). Once done the Gelel Stones reserves will be at its full 200. No partial wait times may be accepted.
Alternatively the user can pay 250 Exp to enter a thread with half the Gelel Stones reserves full. This option must be declared in the initial post or it may not be utilized at all.
A user of the Gelel stone is able to transform their body with gelel energy, allowing it to augment their body to much greater heights. First this gives the user’s body a transformation that allows them to gain additional appendages, such as wings for flight or gills for breathing underwater. The skin of the user generally becomes gray and the user's sclera becomes red with black irises.
This form also gives access to a Unique Tier to Strength, Constitution, Speed, Coordination, and Perception. The physical transformation and the unique each costs 5 Gelel Energy a post to maintain (or 10 for both the boosts and the transformation) that cannot be discounted. This ability costs 500 Exp to unlock additional appendages in the transformation need to be stated when spending the exp and need to be approved by staff. Only a single transformation will be approved and is on a case by case basis. You cannot continue to pay 500 exp to change the transformation and it's appendages.
Note: Valen's Transformation has his skin turn gray and the sclera of his eyes turn red with black irises. He gains two batlike wings that allow him to fly at his speed and coordination.

Description: Heat Shimmer is a kenjutsu attack utilizing the Fisei’s clan's capabilities with fire chakra. It’s purely a visual effect due to the heat radiating off the user and the blade. This visual effect is effectively a mirage that is caused when looking at something through heated air. What this visual effect does is cause the user and their sword to appear as if they are further away than they actually are. This causes those looking at the user to see them as if they are actually five meters farther back than they otherwise are. In order to distinguish the truth of the matter one must have a perception stat (total not base) equal to or higher than this technique's power.
Weaknesses: The trick to this technique is simply the fact that it uses a normal occurrence in the world to the user's advantage. As such this technique would only work a few times at best before someone realized what one was doing and thus completely counteract it. Combined with the limited range in which this technique would be applicable (The five meter area around the user that appears off) and you get a technique that while a neat trick, is fairly easily countered. Chakra vision would also see straight through the technique as would any form of sensory as they would see exactly where the user and thus the attack, actually is.

Description: The first version of this technique allows the user to spew water directly from their mouth and have it quickly form a sphere around their target trapping it within the confines of the prison. This version does not require pre existing water, however, must require the user to maintain contact with the water prison at all times.
The second version of this technique allows the user to create water prisons without the need for direct contact, requiring a source of preexisting water. The user channels their chakra through the body of water, in most cases through their feet, to create the water prison and maintain it over the victim. The user must maintain contact with the body of water that is used to create the prison in order to sustain it.
In both cases the water constantly pulls inwards towards the core protecting it from outer threats, meaning those caught partially in the technique will be drawn inside. The pressure prevents any movement meaning those trapped are doomed to drown or be detained. Despite its name the user may also cast it upon themselves as a form of defense. It is said to be as strong as steel.
Weaknesses: The user must maintain contact with the sphere otherwise it loses structure.

Description: This technique allows the user to move silently without producing any sound as well as increase their attentiveness to their surroundings allowing the user to track foe by diminutive measures, such as breathing (unlocked at B-tier Perception.) This allows the user to soundlessly approach their victim through smoke or mist without any warning before delivering a final blow.
Weaknesses: This technique allows the user to track their sound alone. Noise obstructions loud enough make the user unable to focus on pinpointing the enemy's location. Although the user moves silently they are still vulnerable to Doujutsu, sensory, and other means of tracking. The user's speed is capped at one tier below their base Speed when using this technique.

Description: The user conjures a thick, white mist which reduces visibility to absolute zero. This can be achieved by using a water source such as a lake, reservoir, or being in a damp environment. If no sources are present the user can still produce a mist by expelling it from their mouth.
Drawbacks: Just like real life fog the mist can only exist in conditions where it can survive. Very hot, arid climates force the mist to evaporate (clearing up over two rotations.) In addition the mist can be cleared by strong winds or sudden bursts.
