Seven Heavens Breathing Method- This will need to be outlined by staff as a registration before it can be used. Just post it up in this topic with any suggestions you might have for it.

Chakra Enhanced Strength- Same as above.

Rain Tiger At Will- This technique is not yet available.

Chidori, Multiple Shadow Clone Technique, and Gokenryu are all Konoha Exclusives, so you may choose one of them to begin with.

Great Fire Annihilation- This is an S-Rank Technique.

Hell Stab- This is a Kumo Exclusive.

Lightning Release: Lightning Beast Tracking Fang- This requires Raikiri to be trained before it can be learned, and Raikiri requires Chidori.

Uchiha Flame Formation- This is an A-Rank Technique, which is still within your range of starter techniques.

For reference, village exclusives are listed in this topic. Uchiha exclusives are listed in this topic; as an Uchiha, you have access to all of their techniques except for: Izanagi, Izanami, and the Naka Shrine Pass Technique.

This forum has all of the techniques that have been ranked or registered by us thus far. If you don't see a technique listed there, you can consult the wiki. If the wiki doesn't have a rank for a technique, you'll need to post it in that technique request topic I linked at the top of this post.

Fixed I think

Almost. You'll need to replace Seven Heavens Breathing Method and Chakra Enhanced Strength with other techniques. Alternatively, you can wait until they're registered, but that might take a while. It'd be best to just wait for them to become available and train them as normal.
