Due to the special characteristic of the Black Receivers acting as Chakra Transmitters, which are connected to their creator, Arisu may launch the Black Receivers from any distance, so long as she is within range for her Chakra to transmit to one.
    Weaknesses: She needs to be in physical contact with whatever she is launching, barring the Black Receivers. Being that a single cast of this technique only moves one item at a time, it is a rather costly method to utilize.

    Hand Seals: Hold up hand, palm facing target.
    Description: By using a mixture of Black Receiver Make and Black Receiver Launch, Arisu has managed to find a way to weaponize them both further. By breaking down a Receiver rod as it is being made, Arisu can then launch long, thin, senbon like shards of a Black Receiver at someone. This technique creates a 3 meter long rod, breaking up 6 inch sections of it at a tine, into 10 needles each, for a total of 180 Black Receiver needles being launched at a target.
    Weaknesses: Like Senbon, individual needles arent particularly capable of dealing a lot of damage, the danger in them lies in their numbers as well as their chakra receiving capabilities. While this technique creates 180 needles out of a single rod, if she uses Black Receiver Launch to remotely send them flying again, they all move in a single direction, so if they get scattered, it becomes harder to determine where they all will launch from.

      Going to need more precise timing on when this can be used. As it is very vague, the user can just enter any space-time 'tear' at any time. Need an expiration date or something in the weakness for when a Space-Time technique cannot be followed. Also, is the range for being able to see the space-time 'tear'? What's the range used for.

    - Yomotsu Hirasaka: Over Ride
      This probably isn't going to work since most teleportation techniques are considered instant upon beginning travel (at least Flying Raijin does). I'd probably put Flying Raijin cannot be stopped due to the instant speed of Flying Raijin -- This would work quite well on other instances of Yomotsu Hirasaka and Kamui.
