Weaknesses: If they cannot remove their shoes this is not usable due to needing skin contact with the ground.

I feel this has the potential to be better, notably having this technique serve as a duel purpose.

For starters, boosting Coordination with Blast Release is a no-no. Coordination governs your finesse and accuracy, and the way Blast is used I simply don't see that happening. I would prefer you dump the +2 advantages into Speed entirely.

That aside, you can have the technique deal damage as well. In the end this is still a small explosion going off. Although it can be used to help jumpstart you speed granting the Speed boost it would still be quite painful to endure.

Lastly, feel free to remove the barefoot weakness and feature if you may.

What are the dimensions of the blast? Is it a cone or narrow beam? Whatever it is, mention the overall size of it.

Also, there is no need to state the damage being E-rank in the description. The damage (power) is already rated in the description.

And finally, since this is a dedicated blast technique, and Blast Release is quite powerful, feel free to increase the power to C instead of D.

Lastly, this would need a Speed value as well. On top of being powerful, Blast is quite fast. Feel free to note the Speed at C+ Speeds.

This will cause the bombs to attach and detonate the cells inside a person body, at B rank this will cause second degree burns to the inside of the opponent's body. At A rank this will cause extreme damage, the victim would have the entire inside of the body burned in the third degree, the damage it would cause internally would likely kill most opponents. At S rank not only does it burn the body it completely obliterates all cells causing the person body to turn to ash. It leaves nothing on a cellular level for a body to function turning it into the minerals the body contains only.
Weaknesses: This will not move unless Fuuton is used, like all blast techniques if Raiton is used it will cancel the signal to explode, it can also be pushed away with Fuuton.

This will only work as a S-Rank technique, and you're going to need to specify the diameter of the cloud of microbombs. If the current range is used for them it's going to need to be reduced. Also gonna need to raise the activation cost to 25.

The chakra cost needs to be higher. If you want a two tier boost then you need to pay an S-Rank amount of chakra.
