[quote][Fade][u][b]Kanji[/fade][/b] • [blur]Translation[/blur] • Name[/u]
The name of your technique. This can be in any language you wish, though it is common practice to include an English translation for ease of reference.
[b][blur]Rank[/blur]:[/b]
The technique's rank. This is the overall worth of the technique as a whole, including its raw power and overall utility. Ranks are lettered in increasing order as follows: E, D, C, B, A, and S.
[i]Skill Type[/i]
If your technique is based on any certain Skills, include them here. Like Elements, characters will generally be required to have the Skills listed here in order to learn the technique, but there is some flexibility for those with a higher Intelligence stat; read more on that here.
[i]Sub-Type:[/i]
(Passive, Supplimental, Offensive, Defensive, Binding)
[i]Classification:[/i]
This is the part that determines who can learn your technique, using any of the following: Secret (Only the character), Group Exclusive (Only a specified group; include the name of the group in parentheses. You can include more than one group, if desired.), Village Exclusive (Same as group, but for a village. You can include more than one village and can also limit it to certain ranks, for example: Village Exclusive (Konohagakure; Jounin)), and Open (Anyone can learn it).
[i]Requirements:[/i]
Any specific requirements in order to use the technique. These are most often certain levels of stats or bloodlines. If not applicable, write "N/A".
[i]Parent Technique:[/i]
If the technique is based on another technique, list that here. This includes any techniques that must be known in order to use this particular technique. Related or derived techniques can be listed in the description (or you can create your own little category for it on the template), but only the parent may be listed here.
[b][blur]Ignition//Upkeep :[/blur][/b]
Techniques costs are represented by points that are deducted from your stamina pool. The base level of costs are: E=1, D=3, C=5, B=10, A=15, and S=25. These numbers can be adjusted based on your specific technique, but will generally follow that guide. Most techniques are quick in use and don't persist very long, meaning that their only cost is the Activation Cost. However, some do last, most often those that increase stats, and those techniques require an Upkeep Cost. This is usually one rank less than the Activation Cost (a boosting jutsu with an activation cost of 10 (B-Rank) will usually have an upkeep cost of 5 (C-Rank)), but it can vary based on your specific technique.
[b][blur]Element:[/blur][/b]
If your technique has an Element, include that here. This technique cannot be learned by any characters that do not have the Element(s) written here.
[b][blur]Range:[/blur][/b]
How far your technique can extend. Some, like Lightning Release Armor, act as an aura around the body and don't actually extend at all; these can be denoted with "Self" on the range. Otherwise, we typically use meters to represent the overall range. However, you are still free to use other systems of measurement.
[i]Speed:[/i]
This is how fast your technique moves, if it moves at all. If it doesn't, just write "N/A" here. The measurement for this is meters per second, which we use for all techniques, so there isn't as much flexibility here. The speed of the technique can vary greatly depending on the technique's rank, damage potential, and any other things it can do. I technique with higher speed will usually have lower damage.
[b][blur]Hand Seals:[/blur][/b]
If your technique has any hand seals, include them here. A technique will normally have at least a couple; less than normal may mean lower power and more hand seals may mean more power. If it has none, write "N/A".

Chakra Color:
The chakra color of Yün chakra emanates a glacial nebula of white speckled aether and riddled with glinting diamonds, sheening and refracting light, bestowing the appearance of an white galactic sky, increst with golden, cerulean and aquamarine miniature stellars resembling the universe. This is reflected in the billowing Icylynic clouds he naturally created with his Kekkeï Genkaï. The vice of his water, indigo, the gust of his wind, silver, and the streams of his lightning, gold
Elements:
Fuuton | Release of Gale
- Code:
[b]風遁[/b] : [u]Fūton[/u] : Style of Wind
Wind Release (風遁, Fūton, English TV: Wind Style) is one of the five basic elemental nature transformations. Most offensive Wind Release techniques are performed by making chakra as sharp and thin as possible, however, wind can also be generated as a large, concussive force to overwhelm a target. Wind-based techniques are mainly short to mid-ranged offensive techniques that combine brute force and keen precision to deal cutting and slashing damage. A rarity among the five chakra natures, wind techniques are usually performed by generating air circulation and can be enhanced through this method as well. Wind-natured chakra can also be channelled into blades to increase their cutting power and overall range. The wind affinity is seemingly more common amongst shinobi of Sunagakure. Wind Release also specialises in deflecting and even reflecting attacks. Wind Release focuses on projectile type techniques and can even change melee type techniques such as the Rasengan into projectiles when adding wind nature transformation to them.
Fuuton (Wind Release): Only by concentrating one's chakra into a fine edge can Fuuton be created. It uses heightened cutting power on a small scale over a wide range to inflict mass damage or simply a powerful impact. When flowed over a weapon, it has similar cutting power to Raiton, but overpowers it in raw form, while acting as fuel to Katon. This can make it the losing technique in a clash or an enhancing factor in a combination assault. The concussive power of Suiton can also be enhanced via Fuuton, which is found primarily in the Land of Wind's Sunagakure.
Suiton | Release of Aqua
- Code:
[b]水遁[/b] : [u]Suiton[/u] : Style of Aquatics
Water Release (水遁, Suiton, English TV: Water Style) is one of the basic elemental nature transformation techniques that allow the user to manipulate pre-existing water, or create their own, by turning their chakra into water. It takes much more ability to create the water outside the body than to manipulate what is already available or expel it from their mouths. One of the most versatile of the five basic chakra natures, Water Release techniques can not only change shape but state as well. Moreover, the water becomes more solid in the process as well, and certain techniques can even allow the user to increase the water's density or viscosity, making it a suitable element to capture the targets. The water affinity is seemingly more common amongst shinobi of Kirigakure. Offensive water techniques seem to inflict harm from the sudden force that they exert, which would cause massive internal damage to a human.
-Suiton (Water Release): Perhaps the most versatile of the Basic Elements, Suiton can be manipulated in shape, viscosity, and even density to suit virtually any task. Induced drowning and impact-based attacks are just two of many potential uses. Like controlling Katon, creating Suiton out of nothing is particularly difficult and found only in the strongest of Suiton users. Suiton is strong against Katon via flame extinguishing and weak against Doton due to the latter's propensity for dispersing the force and power of water. Uniquely, Suiton can act as a conductor for Raiton, extending its range and destructive potential. As the shinobi village in the Land of Water, Kirigakure houses most of the world's Suiton using population
Raiton | Release of Lightning
- Code:
[b]雷遁[/b] : [u]Räitōn[/u] : Style of Lightning
Lightning Release (雷遁, Raiton, English TV: Lightning Style) is one of the five basic elemental nature transformation techniques that allows the user to generate lightning by increasing the high frequency vibrations of their chakra, allowing for piercing damage and fast movement. The electricity paralyses the target so that they are unable to move and leaves them vulnerable to a finishing strike. While uncommon, lightning can be infused into bladed weapons in a way similar to Wind Release through chakra flow for increased piercing power through vibrations, with the added effect of inducing numbness. When the technique is released from their bodies, and thus not requiring physical contact, it does not move as fast as true lightning. Instead, due to the control the user has to exert over it, it moves far slower, which can give opponents time to still react. Lightning Release is common to the ninja of Kumogakure.
Raiton (Lightning Release): The second least controllable and probably most difficult to master, Raiton involves the heavy vibrating of one's chakra to the point that it becomes electricity, increasing both speed and piercing capabilities. Raiton can act much like real world lightning when wielded in one's hands, but once it leaves the body, it moves far slower than would be expected, similar in speed to Katon. However, utilizing actual lightning can dramatically improve Raiton's potency. When combined with Suiton, its effects can be wide-ranging and catastrophic, but it is weak against the naturally electrical insulating Fuuton. Doton can easily be cut through, however, making it weak against Raiton in particular. Kumogakure, located within the Land of Lightning, is the shinobi village most associated with Raiton. .
Ïnazüma
The Inazuma Clan's power derives from the advanced element of Storm Release, or Ranton. Storm Release is the combination of Lightning and Water based chakra that manifests in energy beams and dark storm clouds. The versatility in Storm Release abilities is what makes the clan one of the strongest and most respected in all of Lightning Country. Storm Release beams tend to have a powerful piercing element to their attack but they can also be used to flow through water or weapons. It is common for Inazuma Clan members to enhance their weapons with Ranton to bring destruction against their opponents. The bloodline's ability to also generate violent tempests give it a degree of control over the environment allowing them to shape the skies above a battlefield and shift the weather to give them an advantage.
嵐遁 | Räñton | Release of Storm
- Code:
[b]嵐遁[/b] : [u] Ranton[/u] : Style of Storm
- Spoiler:
- Storm Release (嵐遁, Ranton, Viz: "Gale Style" or "Storm Style") is a combined nature transformation kekkei genkai made up of techniques that mix lightning and water-based chakra to create energy beams that can be guided towards the enemy. This kekkei genkai is wielded by several shinobi from Kumogakure.
Ranton (Storm Release): By mixing lightning and water based chakra, Ranton users are able to generate dark storm clouds or even release laser-like beams of chakra energy. They can spread water far and wide, only to electrocute it with lightning for devastating area assaults. Its elements seem to act independently when facing certain other elements; wind can insulate the lightning, earth can stop the flow of water, and water can conduct the electric current. In its true, flawlessly combined state, Ranton is neutral to Doton and Katon, while weak to Fuuton. Similarly to Youton, Ranton has no specific Clan, but it is isolated to Kumogakure. Ranton: =Doton, =Katon
Storm Release: Energy Beam Creation ~ Acquired
This is the initial stage of the Storm Release bloodline and it grants the ability to generate energy beams. The beams can be broad and flowing or fine and super focused like a laser. At this stage the user is limited to using and creating Storm Release techniques related to energy beams. These energy beams are often guided by the user or flowed through weapons. While this stage has excellent offensive and defensive capabilities, the user is restricted to energy beam based Ranton techniques.
Storm Release: Storm Cloud Creation ~ Acquired
This is the second and final stage of the Storm Release bloodline and it grants the ability to generate storm clouds. The storm clouds naturally suck up moisture in the air to grow and are rife with electricity making them excellent catalysts for controlling the environment. Storm cloud techniques are often used to form barriers or manipulate the weather to setup other ninjutsu that have environmental requirements.
Bloodline Limits & Drawbacks:
Storm Release is weak against Wind Release techniques. Fuuton disperses Ranton such that its manifestations are harmlessly dissipated. Wind Release techniques of the same rank and above an opposing Storm Release technique nullify its effects. Storm Release clouds generally require some degree of moisture to reach their full potential therefore using them in extremely dry and arid climates (Wind and Earth Country) reduces their effectiveness by a single rank. This can be overcome by merely supplementing them with water via an appropriate Suiton jutsu.
