Ren would appear in a bathroom of the administration building from the Kamui dimension, moving into the rest of the building, Ren would deliver a note to the Hokage's secretary before immediately taking his leave to continue his work. Once he was around the corner and no one was there to witness he would disappear once more into the Kamui dimension.
Ren's note to Tengoku would explain that he had reclaimed Rain without bloodshed due to Kiri not having stationed guards there. It would also explain that he had received word of an attack that happened in Bear and that when he investigated it he found Darhkvale completely destroyed and the villagers of Hoshigakure blamed Raijin, though by the time he arrived there was no sign of the one who attacked but there was a crater where the other metropolis had once been. It would also explain that he took Hoshigakure and Hachigakure into the fold for Konohagakure since it's previous leader's status was unknown. Giving the village the land of Fires word for protecting them the same as the land of Rain.
Ren's note would not mention his personal excursion to the land of Rice, as he planned for that country to remain under his control and not the villages.
