High Tension, Higher Resolve

When Kiyoshi first received word from Konohagakure, his initial thoughts was pure bafflement. So much seemed to have happened since he first set out on his trip, now he was being requested to return to the village before his mission had even truly begun. This of course was not something Kiyoshi would allow, he had been sent there to improve the alliance that the two villages held. Now with it seeming as the alliance was on the verge of collapse, Kiyoshi knew that his presence was needed here even more. If he could smooth things over with the villages and re-secure the alliance and continued trust of the two villages, then he believed that he would have more than succeeded at his mission. Hanabi had not given the details of what the tension was about, but he was determined to figure it out, his other tasks would simply have to wait. Kiyoshi would send Akimitsu to inform Oda that he was going to the administration building and requested his presence should things turn sour, though he hoped that everything could be worked out and he would be able to help the villages move into the future.

Wearing his mobility suit puppet armor, Kiyoshi would leave the small room he had for his stay in the village and head for the Mizukage's office. He did not know who was in charge of the village, originally when he headed here it was said that the princesses ruled the village, a triumvirate rather than a single individual. However in the days since his arrival in the village there have been rumors floating through his shop that there is in fact a single leader now. His curiosity of what happened to the triumvirate aside, he was going to find out if those rumors were in fact true. Enmei would be left to guard the shop for the time being, Akimitsu would be joining h after delivering the message to Oda. Zamasu would keep pace with Kiyoshi, a few steps behind him as they both moved to the administration building. Kiyoshi would be wearing his golden rings, each of them with one of his sealed puppets, and he would also hold many more seals that held other items, though he hoped he wouldn't have to unseal anything. He wanted to solve the issue diplomatically if at all possible, as he preferred the peace that the villages shared much more than he cared for a war between them.

Reaching the Mizukage's office, Kiyoshi would walk to the secretary that sat at the desk outside the office. "Hello there, my name is Kiyoshi. I am a craftsman from the hidden leaf village, under the employ of the Grand Merchant Okane. I would like to request an audience with the leader or leaders of the village, if that is at all possible, as there are things I feel should be spoken about."

Coming from the bane of darkness, a white haired individual with piercing red eyes would come about, their physique slim and flat, yet they looked a bit feminine yet... Somehow had masculine features? It was a perfect mixture, you couldn't tell if they were man or woman. "Kiyoshi?" Even their voice, warm and sultry, with a bit of rasp at the end, complimenting their features. "I see. You'd like to speak to our Mizukage. He can be a bit busy but.." Walking around the desk, the 5'9 individual placed their hand against the counter top, dragging it against the counter while she walked. Picking up her hand and rubbing fingers together, no dust would come off. Perfectly clean. This individual was Kami, however she had another form, a form she would not use to outsiders and only to Blitz and Sero. The remaining of the Yurei family at least in Kirigakure. "You may have a audience with me and I can determine if it requires the Mizukage's attention." There were reasons for this.

1. If it was a stupid reason from an individual, she would answer it herself.


2. She wasn't aware as of who was in that seat at the moment.


3. She was the strategist of Kirigakure, the one who gave the plan ideas to the Mizukage and they would approve or disapprove.

It was only a few days since crowning the new Mizukage and there was someone already asking for an audience. "Well? Speak."

Kicking rocks as he walked, Hisha sighed internally to himself. He’d been in, out, and now in again, but he’d failed to really make any connections. The latest news he had gathered seemed to indicate that perhaps his only friend he’d made thus far had tortured and murdered countless individuals in Sunagakure. What a bummer, and she’d been so pretty too. Having had wandered aimlessly for a bit, he’d eventually come to the conclusion that he would have rather avoided: he needed to go see someone higher up in the village and ask them to mentor him, or to put him on a team. Or both, in an ideal world. He would much rather have continued fucking around the village, eating the great foods they had and watching the pretty girls from a far, but when he tried to put the idea of this advancement out of his mind he got a splitting headache.

He had one of those headaches right now.

He entered the main administrative complex and began ascending the tower where the Kage made their home and office. He didn’t actually know if they lived there, but the palatial appoints would indicate it and it made sense considering that he lived under a very strange monarchy. Marrying a queen really would have been so cool. He stuck his hands in his pockets to ward off the slight chill of the day for which he had only loosely prepared. He wore a simple black jacket over a white undershirt and baggy black pants tucked into some basic but practical boots. He really, really did not want to have to endure the awkwardness of essentially begging for help.

He could hear some chatter as he ascended the stairs, but he paid not real mind to it, his thoughts swimming far away from the present moment until he came to the secretary’s area just outside the kage office. He thought the princesses did not use the office normally, but he saw a small crowd standing there. A thin, uppity black haired man, what looked to be some kind of scary robot, and another… person. He didn’t know how to feel about them right away, but they definitely were not harsh on the eyes. He waved weakly as he approached, hand covered to almost blackness with tattoos of spiders and webs running down into his sleave. Um… hey. Are there any sensei’s in or…? He trailed off and winced a little, not totally knowing what these people doing here. But, his headache had abated, if only very slightly.

Oda had spent the night before tending to and cleaning his sword. Removing the guard and the wraps and thoroughly tending to it. No rust to be seen but still he respected his blade. A man who respects something tends to its needs even if it seems fine. After all outer appearances could be tricky. People were much the same. Always hiding their emotional wounds and letting them fester. He felt that was the common theme in this village. People were damaged in some way by something. Their cure they had come up with was responding with controlled violence. Unleashing themselves upon the wicked to vent out their frustrations. Still he had been a kind man wherever he frequented for tea or conversation and had found people found him odd. Though some had taken to enjoying his warmth and company. As he did theirs when they let themselves smile. Seeing the weight lifted from their shoulders to just let it out had been reward enough for him. However today he felt that would not be the case. He was to meet Kiyoshi for a meeting regarding some serious topics and accusations. The possibility of preventing a war. It was not an exciting prospect.

Still Oda would arrive at the building in question. His pale pearl eyes looking up at it a moment. He was dressed in a black uniform with brass buttons in two rows down the front. Black boots adorning his feet. Over his sleeves and shins as well as his chest were ebony arm pieces. Tended to but they had seen battle. Over his shoulders was a white coat but his arms weren't in the sleeves. He let it hang on his shoulders like a cloak with the Hinode clan symbol on the back. Over his back was a high tier Odachi with the mark of Kara the crafter on it. She had all but faded from view from the public eye but her works were throughout the world. His hair was primarily white but the ends faded into orange and black. Like a fire gradually turning to smoke. Around him the temperature was surprisingly as warm as a summer day. As if the man himself was a space heater. Still he would enter the building. Any sensory nin posted would immediately feel him as he approached. Life sense techniques and chakra sensory alike would see him like a beacon. His S rank stamina and near immortal blood setting off their senses. 

Still he would meet anyone's gaze looking his way with a warm smile. He noted Kiyoshi was already introducing himself to the front desk. He would approach him quietly. He was not nearly the same level of diplomat and his role didn't alot for that. He was a body guard and as such his own sensory spread out as he pushed it. There were multiple large signatures there including Kiyoshi's other guard. He would listen to the other woman talk. Choosing to make demands and not introduce herself. He was feeling the slight hint of irritation at the tone but he didn't let it effect his expression. Instead his glance would take in another young man approaching. Asking about Sensei. Did the village not assign their genin? Back home there were masters of the sword and often training passed down from the clan leader to their whole clan. Still it seemed he didn't have situational awareness. Still Oda would offer a warm smile. His warmth filling the entire room to about a comfortable 70 degrees F. However he would remain quiet and observant about two meters away from Kiyoshi behind him to his left.

Sending out two birds each with their own separate messages he watched as one flew out towards the west with an important message. As it flew outside of the village and into the distance he could only hope the details of that message made it safe and sound to the Hokage himself. In hopes of establishing peace or a peace talk since he was now in possession of power he thought it would be good to communicate. The other flew out towards the inner of the village ordering that a certain type of sword be brought to Sero one that he requested. Hoping these two birds met their destiny and soon found their way back to him with some good news. Samehada continued to rest upon his back as it enjoyed the taste of the mighty beast within leaving the shinobi to look out the window gazing out at the village.

Burittsu at this time had been in the spotlight for months now leaving Blitz to rest from the real world. Yet the feeling of taking full control never came to his mind he was rather impressed with the boy’s resolve especially in the world of such shinobi. Watching each of his battles he didn’t expect to have such a positive outcome but he did his job and conquered his fear of death. Laughing a little before feeling a low pitch growl coming from Samehada it had seemed something else had entered the vicinity. Patting the blade softly as he ran his hands upon the bandages Burittsu smiled at it before accepting the gesture by activating his sensory focusing on the manor as everyone outside the manor meant nothing to him.

In time he could only see one source of chakra that belonged to his cause as the three others who made their way in had no hint of recognition to the male. Laughing a little at the surprise of people visiting the manor just soon after he took up position made him excited to test out his body if it came to that. With his crimson devil-like armor Burittsu could only thank the boy for enduring so much. Before leaving, Burittsu picked up the blue and white hat of the kage that rested upon his desk placing it on his head covering his eyes but still revealing his smile. Heading towards the door of the office leaving the empty room behind and closing the door behind him he took his time walking the corridor before reaching the spiraling staircase heading down towards the lobby.

A smile was upon his face as he could only wonder what brought about all these shinobi to one place yet he was sure the young woman could handle such a problem. Helping was nothing more than a gesture of kindness yet under his new position it was best to stay his hand and allow the carnage to happen at a much later time. As he continued to venture down the stairs the slight difference in temperature was immediately felt. Yet his own presence would bring in the cold battling the warmth with his own presence as it would slowly corrupt the air in the staircase and soon spread about to the room down below. To him it was nothing but warmth of air reminding him of his time spent abroad learning from different strangers and even being captured by them. Such a joyous moment in their life his cold presence would dawn upon the room soon enough not in order to intimidate but fix the situation and reset the balance that the room was in.

Keeping it cool for all to understand. Rubbing his chin as he got closer he got the feel of the chakra before him. He continued to venture forward only chuckling from underneath the hat before raising his head and setting his navy blue eyes upon the three shinobi. Kami was in front of him as he slowly walked up behind her with nothing but a grin on his face yet his eyes did not dismiss the shinobi before him. His appearance with the demonic crimson red armor upon him made him a different sight then he used to appear before others. From the male giving off the warmth of the sun to one’s appearing with only questions in hand such was a momentous occasion. Saying nothing he remained silent awaiting for the appropriate time to speak but he doubted that he had any answers if asked.

Giving Kami a slight pat on her back he allowed her to do her job and continue the conversation her way. Remaining silent as he gazed around the room Burittsu took it all in before smirking to himself and chuckling a little bit. There was no need for him to throw his weight around or even announce himself he was simply there to address the situation and process how it was best to be handled. Giving Kami her choice in the matter but also listening in to be sure it was nothing to urgent that couldn’t be settled between the shinobi in a instant. But yet again such problems he doubted would arise especially in the village rubbing his chin he could only study all of the shinobi as each one was different from the other but hopefully all came to the manor for their own purposes.

“……”

Hearing his name, Kiyoshi would turn and smile to the individual as they explained that the Mizukage was busy before stating that he could have an audience with them to determine if it required the kages attention. Kiyoshi was not sure who they were, but judging by their features he would guess that the individual was a Yurei. He did not know much about the clan itself beyond the fact that they often had white hair, pale skin, and red eyes similar to the Sharingan of the Uchiha. This was of course just an assumption profile based on look over the individual, who he also assumed was one of the jounin assigned to guard the Kage. The only thing he would know for certain about them, was the fact that they were rude, not even giving him time to address them before demanding that he 'Speak.' like he was some kind of dog. While he could understand slightly hostile tones, he do not believe anyone should be talked to like that, still he would stay himself from saying or doing something that he would regret. He was there for diplomacy and if that meant that he had to speak with the rude one first he would, but considering thr gravity of what it was about he knew that the Mizukage would in fact need to have his attention eventually.

Kiyoshi heard another voice come from behind him asking about a Sensei, but he would pay them no mind. He needs not worry about watching his back as that was what Zamasu was there for and if the person behind him we're to try anything Zamasu or Oda would deal with him. Feeling the temperature rising, Kiyoshi knew even without looking when Oda arrived. No sooner had the first individual demand he speak like a dog, a blue haired individual would arrive behind them, when the temperature shifted again as it had when they first arrived at the gates, cold air clashing with the heat from Oda, Kiyoshi knew the individual was a Yuki. More than that however, the man wore the hat of the Kage and it would seem that the Kiyoshi would get the audience with the Mizukage after all. Slightly happy that he would not have to repeat himself, though he did wish they could have the conversation within the man's office, he would not complain. The Mizukage would not say anything, simply touching the back of the rude one, Kiyoshi would bow slightly as a sign of respect to the two that stood in front of him. When he spoke his voice as calm and collected, with no sign of aggression or annoyance about the white haired one being rude. While he was speaking to all that had gathered at the secretary's desk, his eyes would only be looking at the man wearing the hat of the Mizukage. He didn't care about the others, nor did he care if they heard him, he only cared if the leader heard him.

"Yes, well as I was saying to the secretary here my name is Kiyoshi. I am a crafter under the employ of the Grand Merchant Okane, but foremost I am a Shinobi of the hidden leaf. Originally, I was sent here by the Lord Hokage Tengoku to speak with the Triumvirate about growing and advancing our villages alliance and partnership by offering my services to your village. I have already setup a shop that will be able to provide any weapons, armor, chemicals, or other tools that any of the Shinobi of your village might need, and I dare say I provide better quality and cheaper prices than anyone else after my stroll through your market place." Kiyoshi would pause as he realized how disrespectful that last comment could seem, "no disrespect to the crafter and merchants here of course. Even in Konoha no one can match my quality or prices, there is only one crafter that might be able to offer better and that man is my employer, Okane." Kiyoshi would clear his throat slightly, giving his mind a chance to get back to his point as he had gotten side tracked. "Anyways, the goal of my mission was to ensure that both of our villages had what they needed, as well as ensuring our friendship prospered. This morning however I received word from my village requesting I return home due to new tension between the villages, and while I do not know the details of this tension, I would be remissed if I did not at least attempt to smooth the waters between our villages and do my best to see that the friendship our villages share continued. For that reason I have come to speak with the one in charge, to find out what we can do to make this situation right and move forward together into the future." With his reason now spoken, Kiyoshi would wait to see what the Mizukage had to say. While the words of Okane still echoing in his mind about the threat from another world, he would not mention it yet due to the fact that if the only thing that could bring the villages together was a common threat then their future partnership would not last, but if he could get to a common ground between them then there would be no stop to them.

Kami's eyes stared to the boy, her eyes looking to the other parts for the room, taking in another boys appearance, one who asked if there was a sensei around. An employee would help the boy, stating there were and she could get him signed up for a sensei by the desk. Kami's eyes directed back to Kiyoshi, hearing him out about the Armory, nodding softly, taking in his information. Her hand would rub against her chin and mouth, reflecting her thoughts in subtle motions. Her eyes widened from the sudden touch, not really focusing on the chakra placements of everyone, feeling as though she should not need to do so within the village. Her white eyelashes fluttered as her Crimson red eyes moved to the side, viewing Burritsu in view and nodding softly, her gaze returning to Kiyoshi.

"Your Armoury is a generous offer. There isn't something you want in return, is it?" She asked, her gaze stoic as ever. Her illusion would fade slowly, revealing a taller woman, her height steadily increasing and her hair shortening, revealing a much more feminine person. Now standing at 5'10, her gaze continue to lock with Kiyoshi, his statement slowly shifting into the issues between Konoha and Kirigakure. Kami glanced to Burritsu, cocking her head while making quick eye movements to motion towards Kiyoshi. "Shall we take this into private matters.. Mizukage.." Kiyoshi had good intentions and she could sense that, like a gut feeling. But she still wanted to be sure, whether they wanted to take anything in return or simply work something out. As this would technically be something for the Mizukage, Kami would stay to the side, as a third party for any knowledge confirmation, being able to keep in check what they've said within the walls of the office. So if either one would try and frame the other, she would be the collision management.

Anyone who had foolishly engaged in sensory techniques would not of Hisha a peculiarity: standing directly on top of him they would see – In accordance with their own, personal ability to visualize their sensations – a carbon copy of the young man appearing as if he had grown a clone of himself. However, unlike the real Hisha, this apparition would be staring directly at the sensor with gaping, empty sockets for eyes and an otherwise expressionless face. It would neither move nor waver, though would always remain centered upon him, even as he shifted to sign up for a sensei at the behest of this secretary. While not directly threatening, it tended to have an unsettling effect on most people.

Hisha moved with the sudden attendant in a bit of blur, confused slightly by the sudden help and distracted by the conversation directly next to them. The woman offering to get him signed up attempted to explain something to him, but he could not tear his attention away from this red-head discussing some international drama brewing and which he had some hand in. The man, Burritsu, who had arrived wearing the Mizukage hat was a bit of a shock as Hisha did not know they had recently experienced a change of leadership. Not that he ranked highly enough for any of these people to know who he was anyway.

Still, being so easily passed off irked him severely, enraged some deep down piece of him about which he had very little natural awareness. The recently abating headache resurfaces and without any conscious thought a small flux of chakra welled up within him. I’m sorry, what? His voice carried in the intimate space in tandem with his flare up as he rubbed his temple for some relief, knocking the clipboard the attendant had to the floor in a clatter. As he spoke, Kami transformed, growing taller and becoming decidedly feminine, which drew a long, unabashed look from Hisha.

To anyone still sensing him, the disembodied presence would give the tiniest of small smiles.

Oda would listen and watch.  His warmth being challenged yet again by another Yuki as he entered the room. This one however was wearing the Mizukages hat. Well it seemed there was a regime change since what he had known before. When it happened was beyond him. As was how. He did wonder however if it was a coupe of some sort. The three princesses were not to be trifled with normally but he knew very little about them. He had never met one after all. Still he would smile and nod his head in greeting. He could feel the chakra that almost matched his own. Impressive he would admit. Though his heat would show the difference. Keeping the room at a mild temperature as his katon chakra burned hotter than the Hyoton chakra even the Mizukage was emitting. Still he wouldn't press. He was used to the freezing Iron mountains. Snow covering the world in the winter. His burning aura had won out then...though less so than it was now. Still no one would see their breath at this rate. Even if the conflicting temperatures made the wind shift just a little in response. A mild flutter of the edge of a paper....the slightest breeze. 

Still they would be instructed shortly after Kiyoshi's speech to speak in a more private forum. He didn't mind this shift in pace really. However his sensory did note a new person....no there wasn't a person worth of chakra there just an...illusion. The young man from before had adjusted dramatically even as he was helped. His form shifting and that disturbing illusion simply smiled with malice at Oda. Still the man would frown and unclip his sheathed sword from his back with a snap off on the front of his chest. Two fingers pinching it while his other hand collected it to hold it by the scabbard. He would move between Kiyoshi and the boy as his form began to shape. As the woman had a moment before. People were shapeshifting and acting incredibly abnormal all around them. He would calmly position himself in such a way that anyone going directly for Kiyoshi of the three would have to move through his reach. The Odachi being of considerable length. He would glance to the other two for hints of hostility and then the young man losing his temper. Was it a man?

"Please prepare to defend yourself Kiyoshi. There is something amiss here. I would prefer we not be caught off guard if anyone assaults your person. I am not sure if this is Kiri's intent or not but at least that young man is dangerous."

The battle of temperatures between the two was nothing but fun for the current Mizukage yet he couldn’t help but watch the events unfold. From one thing to another everyone was unique and present one wanted to know on how to resolve peace. Without his knowledge of the events that unfolded with the new Mizukage as the others began to grow active. The young Hisha, a shinobi that walked his way in asking for a sensei was now in distress as if he was ignored due to the fact someone other than the Jounin Commander came to his aid. Gazing at the young male he reminded him of the glory days of being young and stupid yet the same still goes for Burittsu and Blitz alike.

Both ready and eager to cause trouble from wherever and however. Yet this was a new time for them both to come in with more power and more patience he didn’t need to take note of the shinobi carrying the warmth simply watching him do his job. Protecting the young leaf shinobi was a privilege yet Burittsu could only laugh not for his enjoyment but for the enjoyment of Blitz. Knowing he was still resting after returning from Konoha he probably could assume the young man was watching from behind the curtains. As new players entered the field he was now seated at the highest position in the village yet Burittsu played his role accordingly.

Before doing anything he wanted to treat the young Konoha shinobi with the same respect that was given to them once they entered the village and so forth. None of them were harmed, only brought forward and accused and they managed to make it back without a single delay. Smiling at the boy he had nothing to hide due to the fact his business was the village’s business. But first it had seemed only one obstacle was in his way and that was the male with a figure of death hovering above him. The swordsmen was already stressed and put himself on defense but using Samehada in such situations wouldn’t help out anyone.

Burittsu finally had control but all he has been doing is making peace unlike the original owner who battled anyone and everyone. Feeling the networks of the body it was sturdy and battle ready at any time but this was once more a battle of the mind and mouth. Burittsu simply moved past his young commander who now matured herself into a different person before the eyes of all. If it wasn’t for his life he would definitely be surprised by this sudden transformation yet he could only chuckle and grin before moving on towards Hisha. His red crimson armor clanking about as the six foot swordsmen made his approach only stopping a couple footsteps from the young shinobi. Placing one hand up towards the swordsmen and his companion he made sure no one interfered with what he was about to do.

“First rule starting today. Don’t ever disprove or disrespect a member of our village unless they treat you like that first. Second you shall come for training daily to improve yourself and that attitude be it my commander or me if we have the time. I suggest early mornings before the day starts I have paperwork to do and being in charge of another person who reminds me of myself can only keep me distracted for so long. Apologies to our guest. Please. I won’t repeat myself as your sensei punishment will be different from now in this village. I’ll personally see to that. Swordsmen and Kiyoshi.”

Burittsu stopped and turned to them before placing a hand on the back of Hisha gently but quickly turning him around to face the two. He didn’t request anything else but a simple apology from the young man for putting at least one of them on guard. Yet as the new leader who he would be if he was not respected by being kind to both his people and visitors. Giving the boy what he wanted he would gladly take him under his wing to improve him yet causing trouble this early on would only hinder the plans for the future. Especially with one that was trying to preserve peace.

“As my guest I’ll be honest I know about the situation between the village and the previous successors I’ve sent out a bird to your home. In hopes the Paladin himself would hear my words of me being the Ninth Mizukage he treated me and my companions well with no threat of life or danger. Even after our village was the one to break the peace, I still sent him a peaceful notice. I hope Tengoku is doing well. Excuse this young man’s outburst also I shall be watching over my shinobi very closely from now to make sure no threat is made to anyone I consider my ally. Hisha, will you please calm down and put your friend away?”

Cracking his neck a little before removing his hand off of Hisha, Burittsu gazed into the eyes of the shinobi before laughing in the face of the dead above him. A unique individual was before the shinobi and he had nothing else to do but make him remarkable for the future of the village. All he could do was smile and cross his arms before the very people of the room, a simple task handled easily and efficiently if anyone had any obligations. Hopefully they will use their words. Burittsu didn’t have time for a battle when trying to preserve whatever peace was left between the nations. Learning about the world day in and out he could only wonder what the outside was up to once more gazing upon the swordsmen he was only fascinated with his guest more and more.

“Tell me swordsmen, how long will you be in our village? You can come and train with me anytime while I train this one to keep him positive and active. Someone with your level of chakra must be efficient in combat of some sort wouldn’t you say? Bring Kiyoshi anytime if that makes you feel better but I will only treat you the same way the Hokage treated us. With patience, respect and a little bit of hands-on training. The choice is up to you but if you remain in my village don’t be strangers.”

Burittsu turned and chuckled at his commander before bursting out in a little laugh; he enjoyed his role a bit too much playing as Blitz. Yet allowing people to think the shinobi cooled down and finally caught some wind for peace and talk wouldn’t be a bad thing. Samehada gave off a low pitch growl vibrating a little bit on his back before the shinobi awaited for the boy to apologize to get this whole situation behind him and move on.

Kiyoshi was a little surprised by Oda when he moved in between him and the other man that had appeared behind him, with no chakra sensory he did not understand at first what the issue was. Even Zamasu would follow Oda's lead and move next to the samurai to protect his boss, Kiyoshi however was more focused upon the transformation of the woman that had asked about why he had been there and the Mizukage that stood next to her. The sudden movement from Oda and Zamasu as well as the words from Oda about defending himself would cause Kiyoshi's fingers to twitch, however when the Mizukage would move towards the other male and begin to issue his own form of discipline to the male, Kiyoshi's fingers would relax once more.

When the Mizukage mentioned Tengoku, Kiyoshi was a little surprised that they had met, and that the man had been within Konoha at the time of the initial incident. "I will admit that Konoha itself has shared an equal change in leadership while I have been away on business, I am not sure on all of the details but for a short time Lord Tengoku had stepped down allowing one of his students to succeed him, however he is now back in command as Hokage once more. As far as his health, I can only hope that he is indeed doing well as I have not been home in a few months now. But as his emissary, I can assure you that he wishes for nothing more than for our peaceful relationship to continue. As far as your Shinobi there, there is no need for apologies, no harm no foul." Kiyoshi would answer Burritsu with a smile and a small head nod, before turning to the woman who had asked him if there wasn't something that he wanted in return. "As far as what I want in return, all I wish is to get my name out there and for the world to know of my work. However, more than that, I also wish for all of us to be prepared for what the future may hold and the only way I can see that happening is to ensure that we all have the best of the best equipment and supplies which is why I agreed to be the emissary for the lord Hokage. If the shinobi of the world have access to my work and are able to use it to better defend themselves, then I will have all that I want from this. I care not for the money, which is why my prices are as low as they are, I wish only to help where I can." Kiyoshi would smile to all that was present, he did not hold any reservations against any of them, even the man that apparently had an outburst that he had overlooked. "Lord Mizukage, perhaps we could discuss how we could further this partnership of our villages as we move into the future."

Kami looked to Hisha again, listening to the conversation at hand, her hand quickly moving outward as she took a step back, readying her chains, yet Blitz was quick enough to get in front of Hisha and talk to him first. Her red eyes (at this time) glowed a bright red with a pinkish hue to them, her eyes looking the two up and down. A Kirigakure member this disrespectful? Who were their parents? The two visitors however took a bad impression and remained on guard, even questioning the possible threat being associated to the Jounin Commander and the Mizukage themselves. While Blitz scolded the Kiri Genin, Kami bowed with utmost respect, repeatedly moving her upper body up and down, frantically bowing. "I do apologize, the actions of this Genin was nowhere affiliated with us and I will be sure they are reprimanded." With a possible alliance to Konoha, it would definitely ruin the future collaborations between the two countries.


Kami would listen to Kiyoshi and Oda, gulping nervously but still keeping her cool. A shop from this Kiyoshi person at decently low prices did seem beneficial for their Village. They currently had no crafter in which made it vaguely impossible for their shinobi to get custom weapons made for them. Kami glanced to Blitz, leaning in and whispering a few things, some of the phrases being "entertain the idea." "We should benefit from this." It was a great partnership awaiting, leaving Kami wondering if they would continue this in the office of the Mozukage.

Oda would let his pale gaze take in the room. The Mizukage himself had addressed the kid and the Jounin commander was bowing repeatedly to them. Well there was humility at play which he had not expected to come from her. The threat was minimal and more appearance than anything. He supposed the phrase was more bark than bite. The threat would be handled either way and he would let his eyes close before calming himself. There were negotiations to be had. He would take on a view of tranquility as he hoisted his sword in his crossed arms up his chest to rest on his shoulder. As if he were hugging it comfortably. But he wasn't ready to remove his hands from it. Truthfully this land had been the enemy of Iron not too long ago. Less than ten years maybe. It had been Kirigakure nin that slaughtered an outpost and stole their treasures. Though they had returned them Oda still felt at edge over it. It was a woman named Sayuri that had brought it back as a gift but now he heard she was in league with Chen. So who could really be trusted? It was head ache inducing. 

Still he would step out of the way and pay the child no mind. These people seemed more direct than most. Warriors often were. Though the Jounin commander could surprise him yet. Those red eyes seemed to hold a clever mind behind them. One eye would open to glance at her as they were fed a half apology. As if the kid didn't know his outburst had put guests on edge. There was so much happening in the world and possibly riding on the conversation. Not to mention the use of genjutsu by the look of it. Still his eye would close again as he seemed perfectly capable of following behind Kiyoshi without opening them. His focus was on his sensory instead. Any hints of hostile use of chakra and he would be ready. However such was unlikely. As he had addressed in his mind before they were warriors. The Mizukage himself would likely have just attempted to kill them right there if he had a mind to. Still it wouldn't do to let his guard down until they were out of earshot. Even then she made him more nervous than the Mizukage. Cogs turning more than the average meant they were always playing a game. Still he would remain silent for now.

Burittsu watched and laughed at the group that made their way into his building yet the sight of people getting excited did thrill him. Yet all in all the matter was handled and it seemed the samurai himself had enough of the conversation. Returning back into a somewhat calm and composed demon waiting for someone to slip up, Burittsu enjoyed the view. With the boy leaving on his way, the young shinobi was making his point of why they were in his village. He saw no harm in entertaining due to the fact that the air was thin as it was between the nations he’d rather keep the peace. Until time came for him to raise his hands he remained idle allowing such practices to become common.

“I like the way you talk, simple and clean. Straight to the point everyone likes to talk in riddles but don’t worry in this village. My village you will continue to do your business just as you have no problems and no complaints. For the future of our nations I sit at the front now watching all who walk my streets. And soon I will be weeding out all threats small to large in my country.”

Burittsu turned around and gazed at the young commander herself before chuckling a little bit as the young Mizukage himself didn’t have anything to hide. Her face changed with her own appearance yet she was the same commander who he knew from the times of being a Chunnin. Thinking about what the shinobi had said, at least he was one to relax when the situations were handled and nothing else needed to be done.

There was no need to move into his office due to the fact his business was the people’s. Anyone who would dare turn on him simply didn’t know what he was truly capable of when it came to that point. Yet again he didn’t mind if his hand was lifted from the podium once every blue moon but it seemed the best way to continue this little experiment.

“Anything else did you want to bring up?”

With the apology made from the male that Kiyoshi had not paid attention to, even though his security seemed to pay close attention to him, the male would leave and the conversation about the villages continued partnership would continue. When asked if there was anything else that he wished to bring up, Kiyoshi would smile proudly. "There is only one more thing to discuss, in addition to the services I can provide through my shop, I am also a architect. I am not sure if you know about it or not, Konohagakure has what I would call an advanced Training Facility that has helped in the training of our Shinobi. Now while I am not the one who created it, I do believe I can recreate it. As such I would like to offer to build one for your village, as well as a few other buildings. An advanced medical center is available within the new Stag tower I have helped in building here, however I also would like to share my proposal for an advanced prison should you want it. Both the training facility and the prison will cost a hefty sum of Ryo for the materials, but if you are willing to pay the costs and for my time, I will see to it that you have everything that Konohagakure has as far as helping you and your Shinobi." As Kiyoshi spoke Zamasu, now at ease with the potential threat to his charge gone, would reach inside a small bag and pull out blueprints of various buildings Kiyoshi had made, holding them out for the Mizukage to look at. At the top of the pile was the design for the advanced Training Facility similar to what Konoha has, with his own flare to it.

The genin would step away, making Kami look at him and raise her brow, seeing as if it were a different person. With that being in her mind, she leaned to Burritsu and whispered to him. "..I'm going to take a closer look at that boy.. something doesn't seem right." She softly spoke into his ear before pulling back and looking into the man's eyes and leaving. Yet when the woman would attempt to take a look at the boy, she'd stop herself and look back to the Mizukage. She'd tap her chin and return to her chambers to look up on this kid.

Oda would watch as two of the three they had encountered would leave them. The talks of peace had been mutual from the start so there had been no call for a lengthy discussion. Still it was either impressive or foolish that the Mizukage would be left with only a few Jounin guards in the building. Still Oda doubted that such a battle would easily go their way. From what he understood this Mizukage was the opposite of his nature. Bringing along the chill of winter where Oda brought the warmth of summer. Still Oda had no urge to start such a fight. Peace was preferred. Though when talks got more towards construction he knew that his ward wouldn't be returning to Konoha immediately after all. So they would be here for a while longer while these new structures were built. It didn't matter to him much. He would still practice his tea and sword techniques. Building towards something more proficient in the defense of his country. These major nations drowned in their wealth but never seemed satisfied. His pearl white eyes shifted to observe the coming and goings of others. Letting these shinobi and crafters speak of the future with only an ear on the conversation.

Burittsu watched and listened to shinobi from Konoha. What he had to say did please him as he enjoyed the many buildings his village had to offer. In hopes of seeing the same results come out of his shinobi he had hoped they too could cease the chance at growing stronger. A better medical center was now in the village as well for such things the rest of his words only made sense since. He was only looking out for his people and giving them a better chance at living and fighting instead of them using their old methods. His goal was clear since he now had the body and the seat it was to admire the dream that boy held deep within.

And keep it a reality for him as long as he had control. Simply acting like him was easy but when it came to his people he didn’t mind fighting for his own. Yet it was better to give them a chance to do things at their own pace and see how they progressed with no one looking over their shoulders. Thinking to himself it was a perfect way to even gain more knowledge from a certain shinobi in the village. Clapping his hands together in a quick succession he had heard enough to know what to do with the shinobi. The end results he was pleased to hear he could help so many other shinobi for little to no cost as long as they used it to their full advantage no one had any right to complain unless they didn’t want the training.

“The price doesn’t bother me my friend. How long do you think it would take you and if you could start maybe today or tomorrow that would be even more convenient. I might even throw you a bonus. All in all, we all in Kirigakure look forward to checking out your work just like the tower that was built. But if you may, the training field would be a perfect start to raise morale. Tell me the total and let’s finish this deal.”

Burittsu was smart enough to know not to deny help especially during his early stages of being in the seat he could even say. Once he sat down eyes have been on him and the attention yet despite his silence has already been drawn to him. Thinking about it Blitz must have caught the attention of important people to be known for such little things. Something that Burittsu didn’t even care about since the boy didn’t do anything crazy enough to impress the world. Yet it felt like he was already under the spotlight since taking over for the boy.

Kiyoshi would nod as the Mizukage spoke, "I can begin work on it at once. The training facility will be the most costly of the two, the materials needed to build such a thing is roughly 2 Million Ryo. The prison, while not as costly runs about a Million Ryo in cost for materials. I can have both projects done in about a week's time, as far as my payment, let us wait until you see the finished product. I like to let my work speak for itself, so once you see it you can decide the value of my time. I trust you not to take advantage of such and that I will be amply rewarded for my work." Kiyoshi would hold out his hand to shake the Mizukage's, a verbal agreement was all that was needed for this deal. Once the handshake was done, Kiyoshi would turn to Oda and Zamasu, nodding to them both. "I believe our time here is done, and I have work to see to." He would say to them both as he began to walk out of the office, stopping briefly to look back to the Mizukage. "Thank you for your time, and I hope with this we can put the past transgressions behind us and move forward into the future as friends and allies. As we have always been."

Oda would listen as the Mizukage seemed eager to get about setting up these expansions to his village. A forge tower already constructed as a school...a new medical facility, a state of the art training facility and finally a state of the art prison. It was vaguely interesting that these would be the buildings of the future. Weapons and tools of war, a way to train their soldiers and heal their wounds. And finally a way to imprison those improved warriors once they stopped being useful or lost themselves to war and became slayers. His pearl eyes would shift to Kiyoshi as he quickly excused himself. Somewhat polite but to the point and straight to business. Stating simply that it was time he got to work. Oda would remain where he was as the other would lead the way. He would be the rear guard with the largest threat at their backs. Kiyoshi would thank the Mizukage for his time and speak of old alliances. With that he would turn and walk away. Eager to return to his work. Still Oda would look to the Mizukage a moment longer. Studying him for himself. Before slightly bowing his head as if bowing to an equal.


"Lord Mizukage." He would state like a matter of fact. Still it was the respect a Samurai could show for the status of a shinobi. The man had done nothing to earn a lower bow other than hold status in his own village. Oda himself was lord of his clan as a birthright and had always been Lord Oda to those who understood their customs. Here however he was simply a hired sword that balanced the temperature in the room. With that he would turn and follow the architect and do his job. However as soon as he left the room the temperature would drop harshly as it usually did around Blitz. Showing that the Samurai's presence alone would contend with that cold.

Burittsu was glad that everything was going as well and the deal had finally come to an end. He was excited for the new future. Quickly shaking the hand of Kiyoshi listening to his demands of paying him after the job was done the amount was nothing to the shinobi. Yet for such a talented shinobi to come out of his way to help both the nations remain allies. Was indeed a courageous act keeping a smirk upon his face as he watched the two head out getting ready to work. As they left the samurai himself took a quick but respectful bow giving his own farewell leaving behind the crafter. Keeping the peace and building more and more in his own village to expand and protect the people from any harm.

Burittsu could only continue to wave with a smile upon his face as he watched his new business party depart out into the village. Making their way out to start and soon finish the development that was requested of them. During this time Burittsu would head back up stairs to his office to sign paperwork and even make a couple of new ones for the updates that would soon be done around the village. Keeping his head held high the shinobi had nothing else to do but finish off his paperwork and enjoy the rest of his day with nothing but patience.
