Heading for the Mist

Kiyoshi would wait at the docks for his entourage to arrive, though there were only a few more left to gather. He wasn't sure if they would still be traveling with the princess, considering he had not heard from her since the auction, he had sent a messenger to her room as well as those that he had employed. Suguru was questionable, considering he had made a reconnection with the former queen of lightning country and had been training with her, Kiyoshi was unsure if his friend would join him on this length of the trip. Either way it was no bother to the young puppet master, between his other bodyguards as well as the new acquisition of a samurai as a traveling partner he was sure that he would be well taken care of. He would wait to see who all showed up, but was eager to get moving towards his next destination of the village hidden in the mist.

Oda was a light packer. He had a sack of apples and cheese with some bread and water. But aside from his usual gear that was about it. He had it all tied up in a tan sack that was tied to the end of his scabbard. His sword was slung over his shoulder in that regard to give the appearance of a traveler. However he was prepared for an encounter. he had tied it to the bottom so the top was free of obstruction should he need to draw his sword. He was wearing a black uniform with sandals tight to his feet. Over his chest, forearms and shins was a set of ebony armor that had been clearly used before this point. Small Knicks and dents in it had been repaired but evidence still remained. However his sword was flawless. No amount of flesh or bone could dull its blade. He had payed special attention to cleaning it prior to traveling. Cleaning ashes out of the hilt and guard. From enemies long since incinerated. It felt odd to leave this place of peace to a nation known for war. Especially known for the bloodshed of his home country over their artifacts.

His long white hair hung about him like a mane with orange and black tips like a flame. Settling around the shoulders of his long coat with the Hinode clan symbol on the back. Dragons stitched into the sleeves wrapping around his arms. His Odachi was over his left shoulder as he approached. Sheathed and carrying his travel supplies. He didn't care to rely on hunting or paying for food as they went. In pouches on his belt was a tea kit including a small collapsible kettle and pouches of tea leaves. He had been informed of the departure time of his ward and wouldn't miss it. His steps calm as he breathed in the air of sky nation deeply. It was so clear and pleasant here. Still he would pause as he spotted Kiyoshi by the docks. A warm smile meeting both his lips and warm pearl white eyes. So the young master was already present. Though half his party did not appear to be yet. Still Oda would walk directly up to him. Stopping with his free hand on his hip as the crew around them kept working. His warmth a stark contrast of the fall weather and cool air.

"Well hello young master Kiyoshi. I trust you are prepared for the first step on this journey for us? And fair weather for it too. Let us hope such blessings follow us."

A smile would form as he saw Oda approach, his fingers twitching ever so slightly as his Mini-Mi puppet that stood idle next to him came to life. Mini-Mi would be the only puppet that was out, with the exception of his own puppet armor. His other puppets sealed within the eight golden rings that he wore on his fingers, ready to be unsealed if their group were attacked while traveling. Akimitsu and Enmei both standing nearby, though sure to not crowd Kiyoshi, both simply scanning the area to make sure no threats approached. The Aburame easily identified by the large gourd on his back and the goggles and face coverings, Enmei the tall dark hair would be samurai that only held a tanto on his belt, was a recent addition to Kiyoshi's entourage much like Oda was. Kiyoshi had planned for others to be with them but in truth did not really feel he could wait any longer. He had things that needed to be done, plus he still needed to meet back up with Zamasu in Kiri. He was sure that Suguru would be fine, and the princess was more than capable of dealing with her own travel arrangements.

"Yes, I believe that I am." Kiyoshi would reply as Oda joined them, "I don't believe the others will be joining us as expected but I am sure we will be fine." Kiyoshi would add as he boarded the Corvette that Konohagakure had provided for his journey, it wouldn't be a long trip, just over the Kaizoku Sea, thankfully the Corvette would make the trip a little faster. "Tell me Oda, what do you know of the village hidden in the mist? Anything that you might have heard during your travels." Kiyoshi would ask as the corvette began off on their trip.

{Travel to Kirigakure started}

Oda would glance to those present and the puppet before following Kiyoshi to board the corvette with others traveling to the same destination. He preferred being on land but he would take a ship when needed. Still he held little concern for others who had not yet arrived with them. His client was present and ready to be on his way. If they had to fight they were capable with a three man team and a puppeteer. An Aburame and someone with a tanto of all things. Oda seriously doubted either was really on the same level as him though the Aburame would be an interesting fight. As he passed the man he could almost hear the bugs react to someone with so much chakra being so close. Like a walking reactor of chakra. Still he would board behind Kiyoshi as he stated he was sure the others would be fine. Finishing by asking him of his thoughts on Kirigakure and what he had heard in his travels. Oda would simply smile as he found a spot near the railing. He was never tired so he liked standing and looking out to the sea. All its majesty and calm in the moment.

"I am from the land of Iron young Master Kiyoshi. Anyone from there in the last ten years will likely tell you the same impression. Kirigakure is a wicked place. It was their people who slaughtered ours over a sword and some of our precious techniques. They did not bargain....they did not purchase. They simply took with blood. It is my hope that who we encounter there is not of the same mind. I was not present last they came...I am present now. Still I am not there to pick a fight. Merely to prevent one from reaching you."
