A pile of carelessly discarded clothing sat at one corner of a hotel room. The person who owned them was used to having maids around to pick up after her. Given the nature of the teleportation method she had taken to get here Ryuko couldn’t exactly bring her lady in waiting Sophie with her nor any of her other retainers. Well it wasn’t like it would be a particular problem since it was nothing the room service wouldn’t handle for her, though her choice of outfits would be restricted without anyone to assist her in putting them on. It wasn’t that the Queen couldn’t put her own socks on or anything, but that a lot of her wardrobe was simply too complicated to put on by herself.
The sound of running water could be heard, steam obscuring her naked form from view as she sat cross legged in the shower allowing herself to be cleansed of the sweat and blood from the recent battle that had just taken place. Right now Ryuko was meditating using the shower in place of a waterfall since she didn’t know where the nearest one was located and wasn’t exactly keen on exposing herself in public. As a result of fighting her nature chakra had run low and it was imperative she restored herself to full capacity.
She wasn’t planning on starting any trouble but it was necessary for her to have a full tank so that she could defend herself if one of the Princess Trinity decided having her around was more trouble then she was worth. Plus you never could tell what else might pop up. Just because they had defeated and sealed away Matatabi didn’t mean another Bijuu couldn’t show up on the scene. She couldn’t afford to be laissez faire about these kinds of things. A warrior that wasn’t ready for combat at any time quickly would find themselves up a creek without a paddle.
