It had been some time since Nikola's latest adventures and this had involved him graduating from the Academy and taking up his official position as a full-fledged, albeit quite old Genin in Konoha's ninja army. Since then, he had gotten back to his usual daily routine of assisting his parents with their business ventures, meeting and mingling with the heirs and heiresses of other such similarly wealthy business families, the much more important activities like immersing himself in his much beloved mad science jutsu and ninja tool research as well as his Aburame clan-related entomological studies, these last two almost always being done at the expense of adequate self-care until he was forced to actually attend to it by his parents or the other elders of the Aburame clan.
Ah, seems as though my stock of equipment is running low...how irksome, indeed...now I shall have to step outside and replenish said stock...
Grumbling thus silently, Nikola readied himself in his usual work attire, aka his preferred ensemble of semi-formal wear with a lab coat thrown on top of it all along with formal leather shoes, and after checking his list of needed purchases, he set off for the Konoha marketplace to make said purchases as quickly as possible. Upon reaching there, he wasted no time in getting right to the point with the clerk who greeted him and started to attend to his consumer needs
"Greetings, I would like to buy a vest, a spaulders set, a cuisse set, a faulds set, a pair of arm guards, a pair of shin guards, a baldric, a backpack, a hip pouch, a holster, two 15 ft. reels of steel wire, a set of 30 caltrops, 10 kunai, 10 shuriken, a pair of trench knives, 3 flash bombs, 3 smoke bombs, 3 chili pepper bombs, one sack of blood pills, one sack of coagulation pills, and finally, one sack of military ration pills."
Nikola finished dictating his purchase order thus to the clerk present there and then, said clerk confirmed the order and then excused herself to go get him his purchase order contents. It took a while for said clerk to return due to how many items there were to organize, but eventually the clerk returned with the items he requested of her after which she proceeded to ring him up
"Very good, sir. That will be 73,267 Ryō for the lot. Thank you for shopping with us and please do come by again sometime."
Nikola nodded upon hearing the clerk inform him of the total price for his massive shopping spree list and then took out that exact specified amount of money and handed it to the clerk. Finally, he put away all the various things he just bought into the new load-bearing equipment pieces he had just bought, bade adieu to the clerk who replied in kind, and then left to return to his house as well as lab.
