One might be able to see that lightning chakra gathering if they're already looking directly in the user's eyes. The Raiton chakra then shoots out through the hole in the lens of the eyeball, usually but not always in order to strike directly at the target's eyes. While not likely to cause permanent damage, it can blind the opponent and deactivate any dojutsu they might have for an amount of time dependent on the opponent's Constitution stat, as follows:

    S-rank or above: 0 seconds (no effect)
    A-rank: 1 second
    B-rank: 2 seconds
    C-rank: 4 seconds
    D-rank: 8 seconds
    E-rank: 16 seconds

    Weaknesses: The user is also blinded, though they're not directly damaged by the technique, but only blinded by the brightness of the Raiton chakra passing through their retina. They have a similar time of blindness based on their own Constitution, but the number of seconds of blindness is halved. The user's dojutsu (if any) is also deactivated during that time. Fuuton techniques of D-rank or lower can actually stop the technique.

    These two look good however on their speed you need to specify whether the -1 is a disadvantage (-) or a full Tier lower

    Instant speed would be a no go on this, though you can make it A+ on the speed due to the lower power of the tech

Any other chakra signature touched by the ripple of chakra returns its own ripple, giving the user information on where they are at the exact moment that the initial ripple of chakra touched them and bounced off of them, as long as they're touching the same body of water as the user of the technique. This technique is typically used multiple times in quick succession in order to determine an opponent's direction of movement from multiple ripples - the user of the technique is able to know other information about those hit by the ripple relevant to the Sensing Technqiue.

    The Sensing Technique (and by extension this technique) allows the user to perceive any of the following about any target within range: total and current chakra level, elements, exact location, and whether or not they have a kkg. However, they can only know if the target has a KKG if the user has encountered that KKG's chakra in the past. The only major difference is that this technique cannot tell the user if the target or the user themselves is under a genjutsu.

    Description: Unlike most Ranton techniques, this one does not actually shoot the laser beams that it creates. First, a halo of bright energy spreads around the user's hands as this technique is activated, then the user condenses that halo of Ranton chakra into a ball in the palm of the user's hand where the lasers spin around a central point to create a sphere of energy. This laser ball is capable of both shocking an enemy on contact as well as piercing them with the Ranton chakra from up to ten laser beams when the rotation is disrupted by physical contact, at which point the ball of Ranton chakra completely disperses, requiring it to be cast again. This causes the opponent to suffer a 1 tier debuff to their base Coordination stat, which may not exceed a debuff total of 2 tiers from any combination of sources.

The single beam is unable to split apart, but the user of the technique can direct the laser's path at the user's coordination -1 tier. Unless the user of the technique is completely familiar with the location (i.e., their own home or a building they've been in often) the user has to be able to see their own beam in order to direct its path. Contact with the laser beam will cause the target to receive a debuff of -1 tier to their Coordination stat, which may not exceed a debuff total of 2 tiers from any combination of sources.
    Weaknesses: Fuuton jutsu D-rank or higher can completely nullify the laser beam.

    Description: The user of the technique performs their handseals, then points both palms at the target with thumbs and forefingers joined, focusing Ranton chakra in the center of the formation before shooting it at the target. The single beam only goes straight, but splits apart 1 meter away from the target into a maximum of six laser beams, with each beam going in a different direction, up to a maximum distance of 2 meters after splitting. Each beam is only capable of doing a small amount of damage on its own and the split beams also cannot be directed by the user, but multiple beams can potentially hit the same target to create a multipronged attack that's more difficult to block or dodge. Each beam decreases the target's Coordination by -, to a maximum of -1 tier, and the total of which may not exceed a debuff total of 2 tiers from any combination of sources.

    Ranton: Laser Ball - it should dissipate after contact causing the user to have to recast it, also needs to note stacking the debuffs with multiple uses capping at 2-tier reduction from any source

    Ranton: Single Shot - also needs to state about stacking debuffs from multiple uses, also is that 500exp requirement for the jutsu? if not, its not needed, same for the other techs.

    Ranton: Sudden Laser Scattershot - On the power it needs to state the overall power of the tech not the individual beams, that however should be mentioned in the description. Also stacking from multiple uses..
