It hadn’t been all that long of a walk from the port to the Hidden Village of the Land of Wolf… if that is what you wanted to call it. Looking at the state of things for the people who lived there, it could hardly be called that, especially in comparison to Konoha. Everyone looked like they were living in some various state of poverty, which continued to grate on her nerves and make her a bit unsettled about the scenario here. She would do something about it, but it would require more information, but because of the state she noticed that the port was in and all the little things along the way, she had decided that training might be a good idea as well. So, while she was walking in the right direction with Kimiko, she had made two genuine shadow clones so that they could have a decent amount of Chakra to do some training.
One of them trained one of the more advanced Chidori techniques, Raikiri, and all the little techniques built into it because it was an amazingly powerful technique that would very easily come in handy. Three simple seals, Ox, Rabbit, and Monkey was all it would take as far as that was concerned… and she had gone over the description she had read in the scroll. The Raikiri was described as an enhanced and concentrated form of the Chidori. While functionally the same, Raikiri serves as a superior version causing much higher electrical damage and causing paralysis to all but the sturdiest of victims. The only downside was that the current could be disrupted if the victim surges their own Lightning nature chakra through them. It had taken a few tries, certainly, but before long, the shadow clone tasked with the training of that ability had finished it and all the associated techniques to go with it and dispersed, transferring the training to Kagura as she continued to walk and talk with Kimiko.
The other clone was similarly tasked with another technique: Purple Lightning. Once more she recalled the description in the scroll. It was said that the user unleashes a stream of purple electricity from their hand to attack targets from a varying range, allowing them to either use it in melee range or fire it as a projectile Raikiri from their hand. This technique was said to be able to summon rain clouds when fired off into the sky as a setup for other techniques or just to intimidate foes. The technique was also rumored that it could flow through liquids, as well as be released as a current of electricity around the user's body in a 10m range, or 30m range over a conductive surface. Similar to Chidori Current, this forces a struck target's body to misinterpret the electricity as nerve signals and lock up their muscles, stunning them temporarily unless they have extreme endurance. The technique apparently didn’t affect enhancements granted by any technique since the enhancements occurred internally. After a few tries, that clone too accomplished the technique, dispersing once it was confident that it had learned everything it could.
Just in time too. If she needed to use force to bring some peace to the people of this land, she was preparing to do so if she had to. She had only talked about it with Kimiko briefly, and she seemed on board with helping if Kagura needed it, which was comforting. Kagura had never done anything like this before, but considering how things had been running thus far, she was not about to say that she would stand by idly and do nothing… especially considering now that they were in the village, she noted that the administration building seemed the unnecessarily lavish and high end. It was getting late in the day, so for the moment, perhaps it was more important to find their inn.
It was no mystery where the money was going. “We should find the inn… I wouldn’t mind a bath if they have one here somewhere.”
