Raijin walked into the Raikage building after skirting past security with his own Dragon army. Not like they could’ve stopped him anyways. But he was no longer a Missing ninja so hostility wasn’t shown. However that would be changing as of right now. He sent ninja to secretly kill the councilmen and other’s to spread the word. There was a new leader in town. “Gather the citizens as well. Kumo will be undergoing a change!” He said to one of his ninja. He quickly gathered all Intel and info through the village by looking through records and exclusives. Being sure to collect the exclusives and artifacts for himself. He would clear the bank as well leaving at least 3 million left. Donning the Chakra Armor taken from the Land of the Snow. It would fit him nicer anyways. He would grab another set for his apprentice Shira as well.
Either way it was time to change the country. He would eventually kill the Daimyo. It would be a lawless country. As it would be home to the Dragons. They had no need for civilization. Raijin could see his ninja making a ruckus gathering citizens. He was sure other ninja may come out as well but they wouldn’t be foolish enough to face him. When a sufficient gathering came he activated his wings and Sensory. Raijin made his way out of the office and flying onto the streets. A camera focused on him as he began to speak to them. “Raikage Yua has stepped down. And I have stepped up. Bow before your new King. No more Raikages. Just the Immortal Dragon King.”
There was widespread confusion but they were all aware of Raijin as well. They were frozen with fear. “I said…bow before me.” The second instruction was followed without question. They bowed before him. Clearly this was a takeover but there was not much one can do accept fight him. “This land is no longer yours. No no. This land will be renamed the Land of Watashi. And this village will become the Hidden Dragon Village. Ryugakure is your new home, and hell. Welcome.” With a smile he now had an almost perfect supply of sacrifices for good. He would make his way back to Raikage building where he would begin the preparation for all of what he said. Leaving the citizens in fear.
