Dahlia stood in front of the market area strip. Today was a day for shopping. A truly dreaded day. She had tried to go early that morning, but things were far too busy and hectic then. She had meant to recheck during lunch, but honestly had avoided it by lurking in the forest training per usual. So now it was the aim to attempt to try, and get some things right before all the stores closed when people were already headed home thus making the market strip a bit less crowded.
The girl still had to go into some shops but she had tried to spend her time earlier that morning planning out exactly what she needed. She only had to go to 3 shops. One for medical supplies, one for weapons, and one for basic storage. There was a stall on the street for the weapons shop so that one would be the easiest to get through since it wasn't in an enclosed space, while the other two were indoors and would make things a bit trickier. The next easiest one would be the medical supplies since she just wanted one set of pills just in case she got hurt in the future. So that would be the second store.
The first would be the one for the new backpack and pouch she wanted. She took a deep breath before matching her way inside, and with as much subtlety as an overly paranoid child who if were anything but a child would look overly sketchy with how often her eyes darted to any sounds that occurred around her Dahlia made her way around the first store. It was clear that the owner had half the mind to check her for stolen goods due to how paranoid she looked, but thankfully knew her by now. Or at least had seen her enough times by now to know that this was more of how she always seemed to act in this part of town at least from his perspective.
Once she passed over the ryo she moved onto the medical store with similar results. She left the store as she stowed away the new Coagulation Pills she just bought into the hip pouch she had bought from the previous store. She then made her way over to the weapons stall. She was far less panicked then before but her focus was still all over the place with the few people who walked by, and around her to try to get to their own last minute purchases. Slowly she managed to gather each item she wanted and began to count out the best she could the needed ryo for the items.
“Alright here you are, two Kunai, two sets of Steel wire, and a brand new Tanto.” The man said simply passing her each item.
Dahlia took them, and put them into her backpack one by one as she tried to keep her cool before lingering on the Tanto. She hadn’t really used one before, but she hoped that it could be a possible nice new addition to her ninja tools. She knew she couldn’t become a chunin and go into any dangerous missions for another 2 years, but that only meant she had 2 years to learn how to use the weapon if she really wanted to. That and she could practice using it whenever she was hunting in the forest and could prove to be a good hunting tool.
For now though she was just glad her shopping was over so she could leave the crowded area to at least some cleared out streets on her way back home.
