Anzo had been out at the market for a while before he'd seen a rather large fellow selling some medical wares, and he rapidly approaches the wider fellow. The older man notices the genin approaching, and looks at him askance while the ninja leans in close to him, noticing the Akimichi clan seal on his jacket.
"Chojamaru Akimichi? I hear you're selling some of the Akimichi clan's tri-color pills... I'd like to make a little purchase."
It takes a lot of haggling, but eventually, Anzo is able to convince Chojamaru to let go of five entire sets of the tri-color pills, although he looks at Anzo with a bit of disdain. The Aburame reacts with gratitude for the sale, however, and smooths everything over.
