Unique Abilities:

• One-handed Seals: Pretty straightforward, Mikoto may weave hand seals with only one hand. This results in a one tier loss of Coordination for that hand regarding hand seals.
  
  
• Experience Advantage: A player may start with more experience that can be applied to their total. This amount may never be enough to advance into the next class and must always fall short by 5 experience. e.g. A D-Class character that starts with this UA may at most gain an extra 995 EXP. Doing this will put the player in debt, thus all generated experience must go towards paying off that experience debt before it can be applied anywhere else.
  This can also be done if a player only wishes to gain a little more experience at the start. If the player chooses to start with equal or less than 50% experience for their next class requirement only half of the generated experience will go towards this debt. This UA can only be taken at creation and may not be added later. [Starting with 500 exp, that must be paid back before any advancements can be made.]
  
  
• Stat Trading: Mikoto may increase her Perception by 1 Tier in exchange for decreasing her Speed by 1 Tier. This is done at the cost of 5 CP

History:

Mikoto’s early years were full of hardship and sacrifice. Indebted, her family was always scraping by her father always trying to get his next big break or big fortune, while her mother tried her best at different jobs. Mikoto didn’t care though, she was still happy to be with her parents and live simply within her village in the land of whirlpools. Her families, despite Mikoto’s content demeanor, situation only worsened with time, eventually finding themselves homeless. Only one reprieve would strike the family, the Uzumaki joining with Kirigakure. Both a method to help their daughter escape from their miserable situation and as steady employment and a paycheck from their daughter, had her enroll in the Kirigakure ninja academy.

Mikoto’s time spent in the Academy started out unremarkable, while her dedication to the ninja arts was admirable, and her talent nothing to scoff at, her academic knowledge was lacking, and so she struggled to keep up with the rest of the class in written terms. Mikoto may have failed the academy were it not for her becoming friends with a girl, also in the academy, who some of the other students viewed as diseased or cursed. Frankly, if she was diseased or cursed Mikoto wouldn’t mind, that’s what many of the other dregs she knew back in her hometown were like anyway. It took some convincing, but after they tied in a sparring match over something petty, the two became friends, with the girl helping Mikoto with her academics and allowing her to keep her grades just a little over passing., allowing Mikoto to graduate the academy as an unremarkable, but nevertheless overjoyed individual.

A few years passed as Mikoto took more remedial missions, sending the majority of the money she was earning back to her family and living as frugally as she could. Concentrating on her some of her studies in the meantime, Mikoto eventually fell into a comfortable routine within the village, avoiding sticking out as anyone important and just trying to live her more independent life. Only recently, after her family started writing to her less frequently has Mikoto gotten spurred into action and begun to take her current position more seriously and started to kick her self-improvement once more into overdrive.

Personality:

Mikoto is a smug but reliable young woman. A diligent worker, Mikoto will reluctantly strive for self-improvement, but focuses on what she knows first. Falsely humble, if she can help it, Mikoto will never take credit for good deeds or work and instead will brush off the praise to someone else. Comfortable is what Mikoto strives to be, which is why she shy’s away from taking credit, she doesn’t wish for more responsibility. Frugal, and punctual Mikoto never wastes time nor opportunity to make some quick cash, with a focus on easy schemes and jobs. She only lacks frugality when she is spending time with friends, for the memories are worth the money to her. Patient, Mikoto never approaches a situation haphazardly and dislikes those who rush in without giving their actions much thought.
