    Weaknesses: -

    Edited the technique so that it only has ++ rather than a full tier, making the max boost 2 tiers and removing the weakness in the process since the weakness was only there to compensate for the big boost and to make it "weaker" than stuff like eight gates, etc...

    Alright, after discussing it with staff and coming to a consensus, you're going to have to have a drawback to get what is essentially a potential S rank boost for one rank lower chakra cost. So, if you add a weakness that has you take one minus of temporary damage to a stat boosted above one tier in the form of muscle exhaustion for two posts after the technique ends, this should be good to go. Do also note that you can't utilize it in the same location until this debuff is done. You'd still be able to boost a completely separate part of your body if you wished.

By channeling their chakra through their feet, the user can swiftly launch themselves at amazing speed in linear fashion with a max range of 15m towards a possible enemy or opponent, at which point the user smashes both hands in the usual open palm Chrysantemum stance against either a person, barrier or defensive technique.

    This technique then sends out a strong shockwave, strong enough to rupture internals and crack bone. This technique can pass through any armor up to B rank, with armors of D rank and lower being completely destroyed by it. It can also crack and destroy any C rank or lower barriers [due to barriers being distinctively better than most regular defensive techniques, these do stop the shockwave coming after the initial crash] and pass through any defensive technique of C rank or lower.

    Same concern as the parent technique. Also, you won't need that drawback for Coordination. Your stamina cost covers the debuff cost. Needing Violet active shouldn't be a requirement either, this is a stronger version of it in a separate application. Only one can be active at a time.

    Mystical Healing Palm is an A rank medical ninjutsu explicitly meant for healing. This does pretty much the same thing, just with water and in some cases quicker. Gonna need to make it at least equal in rank and cost to Healing Palm. This includes an activation cost as well as an upkeep.

    Any armor of C rank or higher will completely ignore this technique (it won't be damaged by this technique even when hit.) however this only counts for bodyparts covered by said armor and not the technique in general.

    Weaknesses: Can't be used in arid areas, can only be used when Silence is Golden is activated.



    I don't like the absolute stat requirements for dodging this since this technique isn't genjutsu nor does it inflict a stat debuff that would require certain stat ranks, so take those out. It depends on the circumstances whether someone will be able to dodge this or not.

    On Perfect Vision, do you mean you get one plus or one tier for the boost? If it's one plus, you can get away with an E rank cost and upkeep. If it's one tier, you'll need an activation cost on top of the 3 point upkeep.

    Weaknesses: Bright lights such as flashbangs may cause temporary blindness and instead lower the user's perception by -1 for a post (or as long as the bright light remains active when using this technique)

    Edits made:

    Aqua Vitae: Mystical palm is a B rank Technique with A rank power, which states that it can heal a FATAL wound in 3 posts, which I assume is high level A to S rank (hence the if you aren't dead clausule in my technique) I gave it a B rank base activation cost and an equal upkeep cost as Mystical palm, weakness remains but due to it now being a B rank, I did lower the amount of posts it takes to heal with 1 post for each rank.

    Sniper/hyper needle: Adjusted the "hard rank requirements" to a more elusive gesture that proper rp will be needed to defend or avoid rather than a set rank of stat. Armor weaknesses remain.

    Perfect vision: Added a Activation cost, also added a significant weakness similar, yet worse than Nozomi's oculus enhancement, though also lowered the upkeep cost because of the fact that an activation cost was added and a weakness has been added. als +1 always means a full tier/rank, other wise it would say '+' or '++' as mentioned in the site rules.

    Aqua: Mmmmmmmmmm, looking at it as is I feel like an extra two points of upkeep would be appropriate. Your points on Mystical Healing Palm are correct, but Mystical Healing Palm is used on a stationary target and requires the medical shinobi to be focusing actively on healing the patient. This is something you just generate that heals passively and even while you're fighting, so even if it doesn't heal fatal wounds as quickly it has much more versatility. The lower level wounds are healed just as fast, if not quicker that Mystical Healing Palm, since B and A rank wounds can also be fatal. Hell, C rank wounds can be fatal depending on where they are. Fatal isn't necessarily determined by rank.



    Assassins: Nozomi's technique blinds her against bright things. Regardless of Perception level, blind is blind. Yours just lowers Perception by one tier, indicating that you can still perceive what's happening. That is not worse by any means. Yours is also more complex, involving the usage of medical ninjutsu whereas hers is just a film of water essentially. Either be blinded by bright things, like Nozomi's, or up the upkeep to 3.

    You missed the point with the assassin thing: it's blind AND perception debuff, perception isn't only sight, but all senses. I lower perception as well due to the distraction the blindness will no doubt cause

    Adding in random effects that don't have anything to do with the technique doesn't balance it, and this goes for any future techniques of yours. A bright light is not going to make you go deaf or lose the ability to smell things as all sensory input makes up your perception. The wording chosen, "instead", made it seem as though this temporary blindness only gives you one tier of perception loss to me whereas blindness is a complete absence of visual perception with the rest of your perception not being affected. Sorry for the misunderstanding, but please change that wording to avoid any complaints by others in a potential fight later on down the road. This technique has to do with a specific portion of perception, your vision, which is why I said to just make it blindness. A bright light can blind you temporarily, and will if you're augmenting your natural vision. The only weakness you need is that it blinds you when bright light hits your eyes, so you can keep that tier debuff if you like but it's not necessary as long as there is blindness. Still need to make the changes on Aqua, too.

    I have pulled Nozomi's technique for review, but I will tell you mostly the same thing:


    The weakness needs stronger parameters for it to be passable. A flash bomb, or any form of light equal to that strength will blind anybody regardless. Here is the revised suggestion for the technique:

    "When in brightly lit spaces or experiencing a sudden shifts of light (such as those caused by flash bombs, combustion, or explosions) the positives of the technique becomes negatives for one post after the events have ceased."

    This is to simulate the effects of, for example, coming inside a dark house after spending hours outside midday in summer, or staring at your phone in your room at night and then turning the screen off, however on a greatly more amplified level. This edit makes you also susceptible to bright spaces in general as well as defines the consequences of the drawback and gives it a length of time it will affect you as the user.
