Approved. This is good and correct but it can be done in a much simpler way.

If your character is B-Class you can do what's called a "Universal Technique Claim." This means that all you need to say is:

My character is B-Class and therefore I'm doing a Universal Technique Claim for all techniques C-Rank and below. Once approved, your character automatically knows all canon C-Rank and below techniques without you needing to list each and every individual one.

Note that this applies to canon jutsu (those found in the technique library) and not custom jutsu (those you register in your own custom reg thread). For custom jutsu you must always make an update saying:

"I have made Explosian Crazy Style Technique and it was approved here. Because it is C-Rank no training is required just claiming it via update"

The idea is that customs can be a bit more dicey and so we want a clearer record of approvals. So you must always specify those by name when your claiming then in your updates.
