Passive: In passive electroreception, the user produces small Electromagnetic fields allowing them to see and sense the weak bioelectric fields generated by living beings and uses it to locate them. Description: The taijutsu expert builds up energy as they move both hands in a circle opposite each other for 180 degrees with static energy building. Once the rotation is done they slam both palms at the target. This requires them to have B rank strength to hold their ground against the blow back. If they touch even slightly the lightning arcs out and creates a burst of energy sending the target flying for one hundred meters through anything in their path. (Tree's, rocks, buildings)
Weaknesses: Must touch the target to activate it or the jutsu sizzles. If they do not have B rank strength the caster will be blown back as well for the same distance.

Weaknesses: If their hands remain stationary for more than two seconds the technique ends. They have to touch the target to do any real damage and if their constitution is above A rank the jutsu has no effect.
