After taking a break for a few days it would be time for Akari to get back into the swing of doing more missions so that she can further her career. As well as make more money so that she can save up for a weapon from this craftsman she’d been hearing of. She hadn’t discovered his name yet, but when she did she would send in for information about a weapon for her. She would need to find out the exact price that she would need to send in. For all that to happen though, she would need to get more information. For now though she’d focus on her missions. Today’s was to motivate a class of students to do better and graduate to become shinobi, and she had just the thing to do the job.
She spoke about her brother.
She spent the day telling tales of her older brother, Mansuke, describing his seven foot tall form, three foot wide and one foot thick chest. When the students didn’t believe her, she showed family pictures to prove it. Many had looks of terror that could only be because they realized that he was so powerful. A few had a determined gleam in their eyes. Most, the teachers included though, seemed to want her to leave. Clearly they were excited to begin their academy classes so they wanted her to leave so that they could focus. That had to be it, right?
