Description: Hibiki is a Chuunin in Konoha and actively enjoys teaching the next generation. Spend a shift with him on Guard Duty at the Main Gate and learn what you can from him. Nothing important is expected to happen, but you never know what kind of surprises you'll find walking in the village's front door.

The next mission Akari would take part in would be a shift at the villages gates. A Chuunin on duty there apparently greatly enjoyed teaching the next generation and so wanted to teach a genin a bit at the gates and give some advice for their futures. Akari had no problems with such an idea, even if the man wasn’t her older brother, that didn’t mean he couldn’t know some useful things and be a decent teacher. Arriving on time, she would take her place at the desk and begin conversing with the man.
He would be informative about gate procedures and would give her solid examples of what sort of stuff to look out for. All in all it boiled down to ‘trust your gut’. She would be able to take the lead on a situation or two with him providing backup in case it was a necessary. Her sharingan made catching some situations far easier than normal and she was praised for the observational skills that was bequeathed to any Uchiha worth their salt. The day would end rather boringly, with no one trying to come in or out of the village for a few hours. So Hibiki would spend the time reminiscing about past missions and reliving past blunders. The time was quickly over and both checked out, their relief there and Akari having completed another mission. She intended to do another tomorrow and then take a break for a day or two before getting right back to the
grindstone.
