In this forum, you will post the updates for your village or organization once every month. Typically, these will be financial updates for any expenses and income that come about on a monthly basis, such as income from resources or expenses for security and NPCs. This can also cover one time situations, such as gifts or donations from foreign villages or people, or repairs that need to be made or new structures that you wish to construct.
Whenever you register a Village or an Organization via the Alliance/Organization Registration forum and it is approved, you'll be required to make an initial Update here in this forum to lay out how much money you're starting with and what expenses you'll be having to start your organization, as well as a list of exactly what those expenses are. After that, you'll be expected to make an Update that accounts for all of your income and expenses over the course of the month, and this will be posted on or around the first of every month. We understand that not everyone can log in on that exact date, so just try to keep it around there.
All income pertaining to village resources (including buildings which generate Ryo based on resource sites) must be collected and claimed from the 1st to the 7th of every month.
If your update is after the seventh, then you'll be considered to have not paid the upkeep for any expenses and declined to accept revenue from your income sources. This means that, while your money amount won't change, your village will have none of the security or NPCs that you would normally be paying for, leaving you wide open for other characters to take advantage. So, please, be on time.
One time expenses can happen at any point during the month, but will only be officially accounted for during the monthly update. So, if you give 500k Ryo to another village on the 15th, you'll have to wait until the first of the following month to include that in an update. Just be sure to keep a record of it. Repairs are handled similarly; while you can order repairs of your structures to start at any time, they won't actually begin until your update is approved, meaning that if you order repairs on the 15th, you'll still need to wait until the first of the following month to make your update and, once it's approved, construction will begin. Then, you'll need to wait the time outlined the rules before considering it to have been repaired. The same goes for constructing new buildings.
Now, when engaging in trades between other villages or organizations, especially for resources, it's generally accepted to initiate the trade a week or so before the end of the month, so that you will be able to have it delivered in time for the next month's update. However, you are able to choose any date you desire. So, if you think there's a chance it might get sabotaged and you don't want to miss an update while engaging in a combat topic to save your goods, you might make your trades towards the beginning of the month. Either way, you'll still need to make a post in a trade route topic and issue the appropriate time frame for other people to intercept. You can find all the information you need on that here.
When you go to post your update, all you need to do is fill out the template at the bottom of this page. If you need any help filling it out, just refer to the guide posted below:
When you include NPCs in your village for the first time, you'll need to fill out the second template by following the guide below. If you're just maintaining an NPC group that's already been registered, you can copy the older template. Each NPC Group will need to have its own registration, but it's short, so that won't be too hard:

When you go to post your update, all you need to do is fill out the template at the bottom of this page. If you need any help filling it out, just refer to the guide posted below:
- Spoiler:
- Village/Organization Name: What's the title of your village or organization?
Name of Current Leader: What's the name of the character currently leading your village or organization?
Base Size: What size is your base? Medium Complex, Village, Town, etc.
Lands Settled: What Lands are you claiming resources in or have a base located in?
Starting Funds: How much funds did you start with at the beginning of this update? This is usually the Ending Funds of your previous update. It doesn't take into account any of the information listed below.
Ending Funds: How much funds do you have at the end of this update? This is the overall amount, taking into consideration the income and expenses listed below.
Total Income: What was the overall amount of money you received this month, from all sources?- Resources: What resources do you have and how many of each? You'd write something like: 2 Wood, 3 Fish, 5 Crops, etc.
- --Amount: How much are all of those resources bringing you in this month, when added up together?
- Item 1: This is where you put any one-time income sources, like donations, gifts, or exchanges. Here, you'll just describe where you got the money.
- --Amount: This is where you put how much money you got.
- Item 2: This is the same as Item 1. If you have more to fill out, go ahead. You can add more items using the same coding, or if you don't have anything to add, you can either leave these blank or erase them. That's up to you.
- --Amount:
- Item 3:
- --Amount:
Total Expenses: How much money did you end up spending altogether this month? You'll just take all of the amounts listed below and add them together.- Defenses: What kind of defenses do you have active? Like resources, this can be something that you just added after your previous update that's going to be starting just now. The same goes with all expenses; as soon as you purchase it, all you have to do is wait for it to be built (if it has a build time) for it to go into effect. To list defenses, just post something like: 2 A-Rank Walls, 3 C-Rank Secrecy, etc..
- --Amount: How much do all of your defenses cost, when added up altogether?
- Buildings: What buildings are you constructing this month? This can include Upgrades, Bases, and Resource Sites as well. Just list them like so: 1 Medium Complex, 2 Resource Sites, 1 Bridge, 1 Training Area, etc.
- --Amount: How much did all of those buildings cost?
- Repairs: What structures are you repairing? Some things may need you to rebuild them completely, while some things rebuild themselves automatically. Be sure to read the description on what needs fixed, because if it doesn't mention a repair cost, then it probably falls into one of those categories. In general, any Base, Building, or Defense can be repaired.
- --Amount: How much do your repairs cost? Repairs always cost half of the original amount and take half of the original build time to finish.
- NPCs: What NPCs do you have active? You would list them like: 3 C-Rank Assault Groups, 4 B-Rank Scouts, 1 D-Rank Counter Espionage, etc.
- --Amount: How much do all of your NPCs cost, when added up altogether?
- Item 1: This, the items listed below it, are spaces for your one-time costs that don't fit into any of the above categories. Here, you'll just list where the money went, like a donation you made to another village, or a payment to a person for completely a mission or bounty for you.
- --Amount: How much money did you spend?
- Item 2: This is the same as Item 1. Fill these out if you have the expenses, and if you need more, just add them by using the same coding, or you can erase them if you don't need them.
- --Amount:
- Item 3:
- --Amount:
- Resources: What resources do you have and how many of each? You'd write something like: 2 Wood, 3 Fish, 5 Crops, etc.
When you include NPCs in your village for the first time, you'll need to fill out the second template by following the guide below. If you're just maintaining an NPC group that's already been registered, you can copy the older template. Each NPC Group will need to have its own registration, but it's short, so that won't be too hard:
- Spoiler:
- Type of NPC: What type is this group? Guard, Assault, Scout, or Counter Espionage?
Amount of Groups: How many of this group are you buying?
Class: What's the Class of the group? E, D, C, B, A, or S? Keep in mind that S-Class NPCs are restricted, so you can't normally register those.
Post: What location is this NPC assigned to, if any? This is a specific building or site for guards, or an entire Land for scouts and counter espionage. If you have more than one group, you can list a location for each.
Skills/Elements: What Skills or Elements do the NPCs have? Remember, these are unlocked by certain buildings, just like Class levels. They're also limited by class: E: 0, D: 1, C: 2, B: 3, A: 4, and S: 5.
Stats: Below, you'll allocate the stat points assigned to your NPCs. Remember, stats all start at E-Tier, and each Class of NPC have the following amount of Experience Points for you to put into stats: E: 0, D: 500, C: 1500, B: 3000, A: 5000, and S: 7500.
Here's the Exp cost to raise stat tiers:
E->D: 150
D->C: 300
C->B: 500
B->A: 1000
A->S: 1500- Strength:
- Constitution:
- Stamina:
- Speed:
- Coordination:
- Intelligence:
- Perception:
Techniques: What techniques do the NPCs in this group know? This counts for all of them. The maximum amounts are: E: 0, D: 2, C: 4, B: 6, A: 8, and S: 10. Remember, NPCs can't know techniques that have a rank higher than their class, so for example, a C-Class NPC can't know B-Rank or higher techniques. - Strength:
