She would begin working, although her speed was far less quick and meticulous than it would have been had she been painting. Ei was fairly competent in nearly every form of art, although none could compare to her skill in painting. The art of metallurgy and weapon crafting were one of the things she was trained in, although it was a skill she used very rarely. There was something appealing of feeling the sensation of the heat of the metal against your skin when melting everything down, but otherwise it was just glorified sculpting really, which wasn’t nearly enough to satisfy her. Still, this was something she had to do rather than something she wanted to do. Creating weaponry would be important now as the village was reforming. She would do her part too. Senbon, while simple, was something the village would need, and so she would get to work creating them.
