Description: 'Ensiferum' is a venom created by the Tsuchigumo with but a single purpose: tissue destruction. It is fairly potent in its natural state which is more than capable of killing or grievously wounding most commoners of human society. While it was often used by early Tsuchigumo assassins, 'Ensiferum' fell out of common use as the clan evolved and counter-poisons were discovered.
Those who still rely on the venom know a variety of applications. After combining chakra with their poison glands, the Tsuchigumo can either spit it out as a projectile to strike a target from a distances, in which it follows standard projectile rules and inflicts C-rank power as damage. Or the poison could be applied upon a weapon or projectile to aggravate its damage potential; upon which it grants a penalty to constitution (- -) for three posts as their body needs to fight off this aggressive venom. This poison can be combined with the 'Black Mist' technique.

Description: 'Somniferum' is what the Tsuchigumo would call a benevolent poison; a poison that doesn't kill. In the early days it was common practise to use it as a sleep-inducing product in food when the Tsuchigumo intended to steal a human for their purposes, but that practise has lost popularity with the increased awareness of their kind. Now, the poison is used as a means to lower the alertness of a struck victim.
After combining chakra with their poison glands, the Tsuchigumo can either spit it out as a projectile to strike a target from a distances, in which it follows standard projectile rules. The poison could be applied upon a weapon or projectile to provide another means of delivery. In all cases, a target struck with this venom will suffer a penalty to perception (- -) for three posts as they become light-headed and lose focus. This poison can be combined with the 'Black Mist' technique.

Description: 'Plegiaferum', also known as the 'Basilisk Poison', is a fancied name for the most common spider poison used to date. It's purpose is to slow down a struck target sufficiently to catch up with it.
After combining chakra with their poison glands, the Tsuchigumo can either spit it out as a projectile to strike a target from a distances, in which it follows standard projectile rules. The poison could be applied upon a weapon or projectile to provide another means of delivery. In all cases, a target struck with this venom will suffer a penalty to speed (- -) for three posts as their muscles cramp up and refuse cooperation. This poison can be combined with the 'Black Mist' technique.

Handseals: Tiger
Description: 'Igniferum', meaning fire-bearing, combines katon chakra with the spider's ability to create poisons. This poison is more advanced than the standard Tsuchigumo venoms as it requires first and foremost a deeper understanding of one's katon nature - an element rather paradoxical to their arachnid nature.
After combining chakra with their poison glands, the Tsuchigumo can either spit it out as a projectile to strike a target from a distances, in which it follows standard projectile rules. The poison could be applied upon a weapon or projectile to provide another means of delivery. In all cases, a target struck will suffer an agonising pain as yellow/green blisters form within their wounds and upon their skin.
This poison can be combined with the 'Black Mist' technique, upon which it will take on the form of an orange gas. Coming in contact with it burns the skin but breathing it in may soon mean the end as it'll burn the body from within.

Range: Up to 25 meters (cone) or 5 meter radius around them.

Skill: Tsuchigumo KKG
Classification: Clan Exclusive
Requirements: A known poison jutsu/recipe
Parent Technique: -
Handseals: Rat - Snake - Bird if in human form.
Description:
The Tsuchigumo (re)creates one of their known poison techniques/recipes within their glands and mold it with their chakra before releasing it as a thick, gaseous form. The poison fog can be spewed out before them in a flamethrower-like spray reaching 25 meters in distance, or may be released through their tenketsu all around them to affect a 5m radius field. The poisonous gas affects all living beings (other than the practitioner) and applies the effects of the selected poison on each individual coming in contact with it.
The cost of this technique equals the rank of the applied poison.
Drawbacks:
- Being gaseous in form, fuuton techniques have a +1 rank advantage when interacting with this technique.

Parent Technique: Sensing Technique
Handseals: Snake
Description: Eight eyes to perceive the world with; the Tsughigumo Kurenai gradually developed different means to perceive the world around her. If one form did not allow her to spot her prey, then another would.
'Heat Sensory' alters the perception with the help of a spark of katon chakra. This type of sensory allows the practitioner to perceive and discern sources of heat to track those who would otherwise attempt to remain hidden from plain sight.
Drawbacks: Due to it being heat based, the technique is not as efficient when trying to find sources hidden in water (techniques). The natural perception is considered 1 rank lower in an attempt to spot such sources.- E-Tier: 5m

Description:
Those with an affinity for hunting require good eyesight and even better reflexes. The Tsuchigumo, generally familiar with the use of eight eyes rather than two, is capable of calling upon their natural sense for perception by manifesting the six additional eyes through partial transformation. This allows them an increase in perception of a full tier while maintaining the technique.

Description: The Tsuchigumo, being spiders, have the ability to create webbing in a variety of ways - through their spinnerets or by molding it with chakra in their mouth. This webbing is naturally more resilient than that of the common spider and sticks to anything but the Tsuchigumo upon contact. Due to the chakra used in its creation, it does not abide by the natural rules inherent to webbing, instead boasting the strengths and weaknesses of the (elemental) chakra used during its production.- E-rank: 1 chakra activation, E-rank quality/hardness

Rank: B

Activation Cost: B [10]
Upkeep Cost: -
Range: 10m radius
Speed: B
Element: -
Skill: KKG
Classification: Clan Exclusive [Tsuchigumo]
Requirements: -
Parent Technique: Silken Weave
Handseals: Snake - Hare - Dog - Bird (when in human form)
Description:
This technique was specifically made to be combined with the chakra webs created by the 'Silken Weave' technique.
This technique gives an entirely new dimension to the 'Silken Weave' technique by preventing cocooning in favour of a typical Weaver's Web. As the Silken Weave is spit out, the web instantly springs open to cover a 10m radius with sticky webbing. This causes two particular effects, depending on the situation opponents find them in.
- Those who were too late to dodge or avoid getting trapped by the web are stuck to it like a fly. While not entirely helpless, their limited free movement results in a coordination loss of 1 tier.
- Those who succeeded avoiding getting trapped, will find the strands of web preventing an all-out sprint. Their sticky nature tends to slow down movement much like mud would. This results in a -1 tier to speed.
Naturally, the spider is immune to its own web.
Drawbacks: This must be activated at the same time as 'Silken Weave'.
