Black Blood - Entity Version
Black Blood is a branch of Juinjutsu similar to Curse Seals that utilizes Nature energy and Yang chakra to give a physical form to a person's Id. Created by the Kurama clan during the Warring Clans Era, it was labled a kinjutsu due to those attempting to fuse their blood with their Id often going mad or the blood rejecting it's own body, killing the subject. However, those who survive the process with a sound mind find that their newfound power is worth the price, now known as Meisers. Meisers are distinct in that they have a black rhombus-like marking similar to a Kāma somewhere on their body. While the basic version of the Black blood would only give limited abilities in it's day, New research lets the Blood stand on par with Bijuu through the use of drawing out one's Superego as well.
The NPC 'Black Blood'
The Black Blood is treated an a Unique NPC that ranks up with the Meiser's class, with a few differences:
1➤The NPC's Stamina increases the Senjutsu Chakra pool instead of their own CP. See

2➤The NPC does NOT gain any Skill points, cannot trade for Skill points, and can only use the skills/elements the Meiser already has, but it's stat raises go up to 24 as if it traded 4 skill points.
3➤The NPC has the same jutsu/restricteds as the Meiser, and if it learns a jutsu, so does the Meiser (with 1 exception, see rule 7).
4➤If the NPC wants to use a jutsu, it must pay at least half of the jutsu's cost with the Meiser's CP. The 2 exception to this are when the Meiser & Black Blood are in Resonance or if the NPC is using Chijutsu, then the NPC may pay completely in Senjutsu CP.
5➤The Meiser can use their XP on the NPC for stats, bloodlines, and other XP costs, but not the other way around.
6➤If the NPC were to die, it instead enters an inert state for the rest of the thread, giving the Meiser debuff penalties and losing access to any Black Blood abilities for the rest of the thread. In multi-thread events/battles, this effect can carry over.
7➤The NPC can get implants, but whatever implants the NPC gets are separate from the Meiser's Implants, and may have slightly different effects. The jutsu's learned this way are the exception to Rule 3 and limit the amount an NPC can learn following the NPC jutsu rules. Jutsu learned this way are not learned by the Meiser, and can only be swapped out with an approved update. See

8➤The NPC may make use of Lifestyle stat bonuses, separate from the Meiser.
9➤When the Meiser and NPC reach X class/rank, the NPC may learn up to 15 jutsu instead of S-rank's 10.
10➤The NPC may have 1 custom UA and 3 canon UAs
The Black Blood is also bound to the Meiser, so while it can take a vaguely human form, without techniques or restricteds the Black Blood cannot move or reach farther then 5m away from the Meiser. Spilt blood within 100m can be recalled back to the Black Blood for 5 CP, the speed equal to it's speed stat.
This bonding also has a few passive side effects for the Meiser themselves, giving them a controllable form of Hematidrosis (sweating blood), a 60m telepathy radius (can swap between single target or everyone in range), and the ability to sustain the basic body functions of eating, drinking, and sleeping though the use of nature energy.
Black Blood Chakra Pool
As the Black Blood is a living psuedo-seal that stores Senjutsu chakra, it has it's own CP pool known as SP. The SP pool is increased by increasing the Black Blood's Stamina stat, and is equal to the CP of the same amount. Whenever the Meiser's CP is refreshed, such as when they start a new thread, the Black Blood's SP is topped off as well. When Resonance and/or Living Weapon are not in use, the Black Blood regains 5 SP per post. There are also 2 additional ways to supplement SP.
➤If the Meiser has been trained in how to gather nature chakra, be it having a Sage Mode Restricted or just a Non-Use Sage, staying still will allow them to gather 5 SP per post. This also applies to their clones.
➤By implanting the Nature Clan Bloodline into the Black Blood, The Black Blood is able to passively generate 5 SP per post, regardless of what they're doing. Implanting Nature Clan bloodline into a Meiser won't increase this generation.
Resonance
By paying 500 XP, the Meiser learns how to enter Resonance. By using senjutsu chakra as a medium, both the Meiser and the Black Blood can increase their overall fighting capabilities. This is due to Chijutsu temporarily increasing the physical and mental bonds of the Meiser and Black Blood.
Meisers and Black Blood in Resonance get a (++) Unique Boost to Strength, Constitution, Speed, Coordination, and Perception while Resonance is active. When the Meiser reaches S-Class (X-Class if the user started at B-Class), by paying 1,000 XP this boost can be increased to a +1 tier Unique Boost instead. If 2,000 XP has been invested into the Living Weapon ability, instead of providing a stat boost the Black Blood can choose to temporarily replace some or all of the Meiser's stats with their own and vice versa. Stats that are not temporarily replaced still get the normal Unique Boost.
While in Resonance, Meisers use a constant draw of SP from the Black Blood. This begins at the cost of 20 points per post, but by spending 500 Experience Points, Meisers can halve that value to 10 points per post. If the Meiser has
Kekkei Genkai Ressha from the Kurama bloodline, spending another 500 XP Points will bring the cost down to 5 points per post.
Living Weapon
The Black Blood is able to harden, soften, and alter it's shape, allowing it to turn into various living items. This naturally allows it to defend the user from most attacks as it hardens inside the user's blood vessels to defend against attacks. By paying 100 XP, the Black Blood can take the form of 1 weapon, armor, simple item or extra body part of the Meiser's choosing, though the Black Blood gets a free chibi body with head & arms to start so it can communicate. This payment can be repeated, with each investment giving the Black blood a new form that it can swap to. Outside of techniques, the maximum amount of items that can be formed at a time in a thread is limited to 1 per Class, maxing at 6 at X-rank, though the amount of shapes the blood can take are theoretically infinite. Items made in this form have a Hardness equal to the Black Blood's current Constitution, while it's Rank it equal to it's current Strength. If an item is destroyed, the maximum item limit is lowered for the rest of the thread.
Note: Cosmetic items like basic clothing made of the black blood can be made without counting towards the limit or paying xp within reason.
Critical Mass
The true power of the Black Blood allows both it and the Meiser to enter monstrous states that allows them to stand on par with other Entities, like Bijuu. Once the Black Blood has used all 24 of their stat raises, they unlock this feature. The Black Blood unlocks an additional 10 hidden stat raises they can put XP into and then temporarily access while using Critical Mass Transformations. Critical Mass requires both the Black Blood and Meiser to pay half of the costs each in order to use these techniques. Even when not accessing these stats, the Black Blood (and Meiser while in Resonance) can access the perks of the boosted stats (Con's pain nullification or Stamina's Exhaustion nullification) or to meet stat requirements for jutsu/perks.
Charcoal Beast - Black Blood engulfs Meiser, takes the form of a beast of their choosing. Neither Black Blood nor Meiser can make hand signs while in this form.
Ebony Dragon - Black Blood becomes a dragon attacked to the Meiser's back, allowing for flight. Black Blood cannot make hand signs while in this form.
Vanta Avatar - Black Blood splits from Meiser into proper humanoid form.
Chijutsu & Black Blood Enhancement
By mixing the Meiser's chakra with the Black Blood's Senjutsu chakra, Meiser's (and Black Blood in Resonance) can enhance the power and effectiveness of their techniques. This can create techniques referred to as Chijutsu; AKA Blood Arts. Chijutsu is easily mistaken for Jujutsu or the powers of the Ketsuryugan, but is in fact a separate branch of powers that focus on the blood & it's symbolic concepts rather then the makeup of blood itself. The user can also simply improve the power, speed,
or range of a regular jutsu using this. To do this, the Meiser need only spend half of the technique's cost with the Black Blood's CP, while using their normal chakra pool for the other half. Increase speed or power goes up by one rank, while range is doubled. Chijutsu & the powered-up techs are often the color of the user's blood, though this is an aesthetic change. Chijutsu also allows increases the Meiser's summoning power, allowing them to sign (not create) as many contracts as they desire instead of just 1, as well as summon up to B-rank instead of C-rank.
Epsilon Examination
The culmination of the Black hand's research, though the use of studying the Ancient Kurama Scrolls the Black Blood and the Meiser can utilize Orpheus and Eurydice, two techniques based on Izanagi and Izanami. Each technique costs 500 XP to unlock.

Description: By using Inton to create shape and form from nothing, and then Yoton to breathe life into that form, the user is able to create another reality with regards to his immediate vicinity. This allows for control over one's own state of existence, disregarding reality itself and then replacing it with the new one that the user creates. Wounds and even death itself simply fade away as though they, results of reality itself, were mere illusions. The duration of this reality warping is normally one minute and requires no handseals. However, if the user is not a natural born Uchiha, the hand seals mentioned above must be used and the duration is reduced to ten seconds.
Weaknesses: Usable only once per thread, and once used the user must pay 500 XP before they can use the technique again.

Description: Designed as a counter to Izanagi, Izanami is a technique which forces the target to accept the nature of reality, particularly as it pertains to their own actions. The jutsu begins by using the Sharingan to memorize the physical sensations felt by both the user and the target at any moment in time. The user will then wait for or force a second moment with the same sensations to occur. This will activate the technique, which will create a loop that the target will be trapped in. In the time between recreating that moment, the user may also memorize another moment, and another, up to however many desired. These are all candidates for the start of the loop, and once the loop is started, all memorized moments will be replayed by the technique.
Once Izanami has been cast, the target will be forced to replay those physical sensations endlessly and though the circumstances may change, the sensations will remain the same. After some time, the target will become aware that they are caught within a Genjutsu, but this is not enough. In order to break Izanami, the target must accept reality as it is, especially where their own actions are concerned. People that are unable to accept themselves, their past, their future, or anything about reality will be caught in this loop until they reflect upon themselves and willingly accept reality. The illusion of the user will constantly prod the target to do this, encouraging them to fulfill the requirement to break the technique, until they do so.
While Izanami is active, the target's real body will be rendered immobile and particularly susceptible to Visual Jutsu, such as the Genjutsu: Sharingan, and can be easily manipulated by them. They will remain as such, motionless and oblivious to reality until they are able to escape, regardless of what may befall their body.
Weaknesses: Usable only once per thread, and once used the user must pay 500 XP before they can use the technique again. Izanami has a clear way out and as such, is unwise to use against an enemy, especially in consideration for its purpose of helping the target to grow in maturity via acceptance. It is deemed unfit for use in battle and is forbidden because of it.
Black Blood Implants
As the Black Blood is it's own being, it can receive implants like any other living thing and adapt to it's new makeup. As the implant is put in the Black Blood and not the Meiser, no custom techniques can be made without using
Black Blood Enhancement and instead take up the normal NPC jutsu slots. However, while the passives stat bonuses are transferred to the Black Blood, the abilities the Black Blood gains can alter how it affects the Meiser. The KKGs that interact slightly differently due to it's Fuinjutsu makeup, listed below.
➤Kaguya - Meiser's bones become black. Increases inert debuff by (-)
➤Nature Clan - Increased passive Senjutsu CP regen by 5.
➤Any Dojutsu - Cannot be implanted into Black Blood
➤Kurama Clan - Cannot be implanted into Black Blood
➤Uzumaki & Senju - Takes up both a Black Blood and Meiser Implant Slot, requiring 2 rolls to implant, the lower roll being taken. Only 1 organ is needed for the dual implant.
Finally, due to the blood being naturally adaptable given time, the Meiser can pay 100 XP to increase a single implant roll by 1 for either themselves or the Black Blood. This can be done multiple times, but must be done before each roll, though the drawback of this is that neither the Meiser or Black Blood can make use of the additional modifiers outside of their Base Stats bonuses listed in the implantation rules as the Blood has permanently modified their DNA.
Drawbacks
The Black Blood is still it's own being, and as such can still be affected by mental effects separately despite being able to sense each other's mental state. As such, while a Meiser can use Genjutsu Kai on the Black Blood and vice versa, as long as the Black Blood is caught in a genjutsu that doesn't allow movement, their abilities cannot be used. In addition, while the Meiser may be able to use the NPC's Constitution to defend against certain attacks on their body, such as blades and hammers, this doesn't protect them from threats such as fireballs or Kumo's Heavenly Transfer Technique as the NPC is located in the Meiser's major blood vessels. This make opponents such as the Chinnoke and Hyuga dangerous, as they each have ways to bypass the Black Blood. Blood thinning and anticoagulants are also an issue, both causing a (-) debuff to the Black Blood's Strength and Constitution for each rank of the chemical, separate from the chemical's other debuffs.
If Black Blood is 'killed', it enters an inert state and cannot be used for the rest of the thread and Meiser takes a (--) to Strength, Speed, Coordination, and Perception. The only way to truly kill the Black Blood is to kill the Meiser, as their body now naturally produces the Black Blood.
Boosts from the Nature Clan, Cursed Seals, and Sage Mode do not stack with Black Blood. Resonance and Critical Mass cannot be used at the same time.
