Title: N/A

Bloodline: Hydrification

Stats
Unique Abilities: Urbanite ~ While attempting to be stealthy or hide in settled areas, such as towns, villages, cities, etc., Chigetsu receives +1 Tier to Perception or Intelligence (whichever is being used) for the purpose of being stealthy. However, when attempting to be stealthy or resist being tracked in non-settled areas (countryside, mountains, caves, jungles, tundras, deserts, etc.), his Coordination is decreased by -1 Tier for the purpose of being stealthy.
Adrenaline Rush ~ After having witnessed a Katon or Raiton aligned technique, or when facing an opponent which he either knows or suspects is capable of using such techniques, Chigetsu gains a +1 Tier increase to Speed at the expense of a -1 Tier decrease to Perception
Appearance:
To claim a single distinguishing feature for him is impossible. All of his features are distinguished, and exceptionally so. His hair, naturally white as snow as is common to his clan, has long been dyed an outrageous shade of pink. It clashes rather dramatically with his eyes, which are a deep share of purple, in a way that’s immediately obvious to anyone who looked his way. The two colors don’t look together, and so the jarring contrast serves as the epitome of his appearance. The thick braids of carefully maintained hair drape down behind his back, or occasionally over his shoulder, and reach down to his waist. It is real, rather than any sort of false extension, and he takes care to maintain it to a state of pleasantly silky smoothness. It is not uncommon for a variety of accessories, often black bows, to adorn his hair.
Standing at a mere 164 cm and weighing only 56 kg, Chigetsu’s statue is petite and demure. The somewhat pale, cream-colored skin he has is just a touch more tanned than what is normal to his clan, setting him apart ever so slightly from the usual shining paleness that marks his clan.
History: Born to the Hōzuki Clan, Chigetsu was allowed to experience the extravagant wealth that the clan had to offer from birth. This allowed him a comfortable, if soft, upbringing. Despite having been trained in order to be both a merchant and a shinobi for most of his life, Chigetsu is exceptionally mediocre at both. His natural aloofness prevents him from acquiring the sort of business acumen required to succeed, even with the built-in advantages that the wealth of his clan brings him. The wealth he was raised on has given him an unfortunate taste for extravagance as well, and money in his hands is usually funneled down the drain in order to afford shiny baubles and expensive trinkets, all of which are promptly forgotten about the moment the next glimmer catches his eye.
With a sword in his hands, the results are only marginally better, and after years of private training by some of the most skilled tutors that the Hōzuki have available, Chigetsu can perhaps be considered an amateur. He is at the very least incapable of cutting himself due to his clan’s hydrification ability, which has already saved his life on multiple occasions due to his carelessness with blades.
This, together with his habit of cross-dressing, has led to his family at large to regard him as a general failure.
Personality: Chigetsu is notoriously air headed and easily distracted by his own desires. This leads him to being excessively direct at times and easily lost by the nuances of conversation at others. He finds it difficult to make friendships because of this, but at the same time is desperate for companionship.
Despite his obliviousness, Chigetsu understands his current position. Not being good at much of anything leaves him frustrated and at times depressed with his future propositions. He has grown to expect himself to fail, and as a result ends up creating a self-fulfilling prophecy.
