The player must still "charge" their chakra and follow the other "tells" or triggers such technique requires. In addition, the charge time for the technique is -1 rank of the user's Coordination. Raname can charge any Lightning element technique without hand seals this way, if she so chooses.
Big Boost: A player may receive a 1 tier stat boost to any stat of their choosing (or a 1 Tier stat debuff to an opponent's stats). When this happens, a 1 tier debuff is automatically applied to another of their stats. The opposite stat must work in cooperation with the other. However, this boost cannot be used to reach S-Tier stats.
Raname may boost her Coordination by 1 tier but will receive a 1 tier penalty to Strength when this is used.

A young girl who stands about 5”2 tall and weighs about 106 lbs. Like most in her clan, she has a light skin tone, dark eyes and spikey raven colored hair. All of her physical traits say she's a pedigree of her people, from her facial features, to her fingers, to her toes. Besides that, she is quite the tomboy. She hasn't developed a very feminine figure yet and still has plenty of growing to do, however it's apparent she's beginning to tone her muscles as she trains to become a true kunoichi.
Her attire of choice is the honorable attire that is traditional to the clan. This includes a variety of clothing in the hues of black, blue, grey, and white, of which all of her shirts and robes sport the clan emblem of the fan on the back. She has her preferences though. She prefers to wear long stocking style socks that cover most of her legs, black shorts, and an under shirt of some sort( usually a solid lavender t-shirt or a black mesh netting shirt). She hates wearing skirts and dresses and refuses to wear them. For footwear she is usually seen wearing the standard issue style shinobi boots in black leather (she hates the blue ones). Her headband cloth is also black (again she hates the blue version). On the occasion she has to dress more formally, she'll wear a long outer robe and obi and wear wooden geta on her feet.
History:
Raname was born in the middle of autumn in Konohagakure, when the wind begins to really chill and the leaves begin to fall from the trees. At the time, Uchiha Hideaki and his wife Chiyako already had a three year old boy by the name of Takeo. They would all live happily together along with Grandmother Madoka, the renowned Clan Elder.
The girl had a good upbringing. The history of their people, the land, and village was all taught to her beginning as soon as she could understand stories. Pride was instilled in her and respect and honor became instinctual. Grandmother was wise and comforting to be around, often doting on her with sweets and new clothes, and she always had new stories to tell. Father and Mother were both full time Shinobi. Father was an Elite Jounin and a master with his fists and blades alike. Mother was an expert in Ninjutsu and Genjutsu and was also an esteemed Jounin. Whenever their parents were away or busy, Takeo played with his younger sister and he taught her things about Shinobi and helped her learn to use her chakra while Grandma would observe them from nearby.
By the time that Raname was old enough to go the the Academy, she had already learned the basics about being a Shinobi, about the village and It's heritage, where she stood in the grand scheme of things, and even a little bit of Ninjutsu. Takeo being a few years ahead of her also helped. She was always interested in what he was practicing at home and he'd tutor her when he had the time. Their parents watched lovingly. The siblings got along quite well and hardly got into fights with one another. Hideaki and Chiyako also taught Raname when they had time to.
Due to all the family support she had, Raname was on top of her class and was often able to help other students. The final exams to becoming a Genin were coming up, and Raname had no doubt she would pass with an excellent grade. However, things were about to change in her life. Her world would never be the same again.
Raname had rushed home to see her family after the graduation ceremony. Grandmother and Takeo had been there for it, but Mother and Father had been deployed on a mission a few days prior. They were supposed to be back in time for their daughter's graduation, however the mission had took a turn for the worst.
“All's fair in love and war.”
Raname had heard many adults say this before, but she had never heard it from Takeo. He had said it to Grandma, and she nodded, her expression stoic. The Jounin who had delivered the message to them in the street gave a heartfelt apology and salute, then disappeared in a puff of smoke.
“What do you mean, Takeo-Kun?”, Raname asked.
“Raname-Chan….”, Takeo spoke solemnly. He sounded very sad. He turned his head away from his shorter sibling, not wanting to show her tears, and wiped his face.
Grandmother spoke up then, “We must go to the hospital. Come my children.”, said Grandmother in her usual sweet tone. She had cut off Takeo on purpose. They followed her as she led the way, Raname becoming scared.
By the time they got to the hospital, there was a small crowd at their destination. Doctors and Jounin were talking in a group in the doorway of the hospital room. They spoke to Grandmother as she had approached and she was allowed entrance into the room. Takeo forced his way through, glimpsing a horrid sight and was quickly grabbed by an official and shoved out of the room.
Raname was lost for words. She just stared blankly at the covered window to the room. Her heart sank. She had never felt like this before. Takeo pounded on the door angrily a few times, yelling.
“Whhyyy...WHHHYYY??!”, He yelled. He took his hands from the door, breathing heavily. Raname saw the change in her brother's eyes briefly. They had flashed red with a black pattern of sorts, before reverting back to black. She felt cold all of a sudden. Frozen. She then asked her brother…
“Someone...Mom or Dad...or….”, she was cut off.
“Mom. Mom is….”, said Takeo. He walked over to Raname and took a hand, wiping the tears off of her face, and said, “She said….she loves you. Remember that.” Yes, Raname would remember, and Raname wept as understanding settled in.
Personality:
Raname is a bold, serious, and sensitive kid who tries her best to do what's right, and cares deeply about her family and allies. She has a brave soul, willing to take on the odds if they're against her, and can be a passionate risk taker. However, this doesn't mean she's absolutely fearless. While she's not afraid of things such as bugs, heights, or the dark, Raname is afraid of losing the people she loves. She is also untrusting of new people (as she should be) and expresses a rather cold and scrutinous manner towards them. This only goes away after she feels comfortable around someone, and for that to happen, it may take a few days, maybe even a few weeks, but if you would do something to show you are in fact untrustworthy, she would never befriend you and possibly make you an enemy. She'd only work with someone she didn't like if she was forced to do so, and in that case, she wouldn't speak to them unless it was absolutely necessary. Besides those things, especially seeing as she'd go out of her way to protect someone she cares about, though she may sometimes seem cruel or cold, she's actually a very caring and kind young lady.
Raname believes that being a kunoichi is what she was born to do. Therefore she takes her missions and training very seriously and aims for success, as she wants to prove herself to her family, and maybe one day become a notable figure in her village. Against enemies, the girl is ruthless and wouldn't hesitate to kill if need be. She fights with ferocity backing every strike and technique and rarely makes a mistake. To many a young ninja, she could be seen as someone to look up to and seek advice from on a mission or training activity. She isn't perfect, but she always strives to do her best. When she fails at something, she punishes herself with extra training or studying. When making a decision, she tries to make a rational one rather than jumping in head first. However, sometimes being logical just doesn't work.
