One-handed Seals: Because to his high levels of chakra control Shin is able to form hand seals using only a single hand, although while doing so he loses 1 tier of Coordination for the hand forming the seals.
Wealth of Experience: Due to everything that Shin has been through in the past he has quite a bit more experience than one would expect from someone of his age and rank. This takes the form of 1850 exp boost during creation, all of which must be paid back.
Wealth of Knowledge: Due to his position as heir to the Yuki Clan Shin has access to far more knowledge than a normal shinobi, resulting in him being able to learn techniques up to 1 rank higher than what his class and intelligence would allow. The downside is that because he has access to this knowledge people expect more from him than they do from others. Shin must earn 10% more exp than others in order to advance in class
Ninjutsu Mastery: Due to a mixture of Shin’s high levels of chakra control and all of the time that he has spent practicing his Ninjutsu skills he is able to perform any Ninjutsu technique for chakra equal to 1 rank below the technique used. This however does have a drawback, as he has become so accustomed to using Ninjutsu that any Fuinjutsu techniques that he uses costs 1 rank higher than it usually would.
Impenetrable Ice: The Ice of the Yuki clan was well known throughout the nations for its versatility, strength and durability, but the durability of the Ice was still quite inferior to the steel of the Tetsudashi Clan. Shin has spent years honing his Ice Release, and in these years he had discovered a way to increase the durability of his Ice to previously unseen levels. For a total of 4 posts Shin is able to increase the durability of his Ice Release techniques by one tier. When the 4 posts are over this ability goes on a cooldown, and during that cooldown the durability of Shin’s Ice Release techniques are reduced by 1 tier.
Overcharge: All techniques generally follow one simple concept, the stronger the jutsu the more chakra it takes to use them. Thus Shin felt it stands to reason that if one simply added more chakra into a technique than was required, said technique would become more powerful. Shin is able to increase the power of any technique that he knows by 1 rank, although doing so has the drawback of raising the cost of said technique by 1 rank.
Forced Activation: Very similar in concept to Overcharge, Shin is able to use any Ninjutsu that he knows how to perform without the need of hand seals, but this has the downside of increasing the cost of said technique by 1 rank. It should be noted that due to how this ability works, it is impossible to use in tandem with Overcharge.
