Description: This is an enhanced and more advanced version of the Chakra Scalpel technique. While the standard version only allows for minor cuts to apply debuffs, the enhanced version allows for a greater investment of chakra while still keeping the blade under careful control.  

While it doesn't apply the debuffs of the original technique, the enhanced chakra scalpel will apply up to S-rank slashing damage on internal organs, muscles, tendons or any other sort of tissue in a target's body. The dangerous part of this technique is that a user with Ijutsu knowledge and at least A-rank Intelligence will be able to choose precisely what to cut with a slash, for example it is entirely possible for this technique to ignore skin and muscle and target only bone, or choose to ignore other body parts and target others. Additionally this technique is incredibly useful against regular armoured foes or particularly thick skinned enemies due to the Ijutsu chakra property of bypassing barriers.

The user has the option to combine this jutsu with itself. By slicing the same area/tissue in the same round with S-rank power three times, one can deliver X-rank damage as per jutsu combination jutsu rules.

Weaknesses:
Due to the new length of the blade, it's impossible to use this version to apply precision cuts which means this version of the jutsu does not debuff an opponent at all.

In addition, although the technique can bypass not only organs but clothing and armor, the jutsu will not be able to bypass anything that specifically blocks chakra, such as chakra absorbing enchantments, chakra blocking or absorbing techniques or items that block chakra itself. These will thus render the jutsu useless.

While it is entirely possible to bypass certain protections such as regular armor and bone or steel skin and/or target specific tissues in the body, the damage this jutsu causes (even if internal) will still be checked against the victim's constitution.

The chakra scalpel itself forms at S-rank speed to fill its stated range, however its use and speed as an actual blade is entirely dependent on the user's coordination since it accompanies the user's arm movements.
