Description: Every Ōtsutsuki has deep within them the genetic predisposition and capability of bearing a Third Dojutsu wielding eye. Normally this trait is randomly expressed at birth or through the awakening of powerful abilities. However an Otsu with sufficient skill can forcibly activate their capacity for a Third Eye as part of an implantation process. A skilled surgeon will remove a small portion of their skull (enough to fit one or two Dojutsu in the center of their forehead). The Ōtsutsuki’s body will then naturally acclimate to the implant, slowly building and connecting the relevant optic nerves necessary to make the Dojutsu function. If the user has two Dojutsu to implant, the eyes will merge into one combining whatever individual properties/abilities they had into a single eye. This single eye will have the capacity to cast/utilize whatever abilities each individual eye had. The Third Eye is capable of the following:
- For the purposes of the Mangekyou Sharingan, it allows the user to train all levels of their eye abilities to maximum level without having to strain or damage their eyes.
-The eye has a set stat of S-Tier Perception for the purposes of counting down Mangekyou Sharingan damage. This allows them to use the eyes they were born with to aim and see without long-term fear of blindness. Although their Third Eye may still be rendered blind in the event of overuse of their Mangekyou Sharingan.
- They also receive a +10 modifier to the implantation process.
Weaknesses: The user must still do an implantation roll for the eyes, this will necessary require a Ijutsu user and has the stated risks given in the implantation rules. For the Mangekyou Sharingan, they are still vulnerable to blindness in the long-term unless they acquire the Mangekyou Sharingan.
