Tsuyo's white eyes peered off close to the horizon, her clan's signature eyes remaining passive as if they were just a regular person's. Despite this, her supernatural perceptive capabilities even without her Byakugan is what earned her the moniker "Hawk" among the chuunin and jonin of the village. She could spot an enemy from miles away as soon as they were just a blip on the horizon. With her blessed eyes, it was exceedingly difficult to evade her notice. This unique pairing gave her a unique set of skills, which is why she was here today instead of somebody else.
One kilometer way was a cave that she had traced one of this bandit group's members to through the village that had sent the mission request. She had positioned herself at the top of the highest tree to give herself a better field of vision, though the forest still partially obstructed her view of the cave's entrance. Nobody had entered or exited it that she saw for the past five hours, and periodic activation of her Byakugan allowed her to see if anybody was within a five-hundred meter radius. Not even a shinobi hiding their chakra signature could hide their physical presence, and a shinobi hiding their physical presence could not hide their chakra signature. Such was the blessing of her clan, an almost unilateral defense against anybody who would try to sneak up on a Hyuga.
"Alright, enough staring. Time to see what's inside," she whispered to herself. A slight shift in her positioning allowed her to shrug her bow off her back and into her left hand. Tsuyo produced an arrow from the quiver at her hip and activated those sacred eyes of hers. The familiar sensation of the bulging veins was a relaxing feeling, as was the flood of information that initially hit her brain upon activating her dojutsu. When she first learned how to use her eyes, it had disoriented her badly. It was only through diligent practice that she was able to bear the sensory overload at such a young age, and now it was a comforting thing to have happen. A minor squinting of the eyes denoted the ability only she possessed, focusing her eyes on penetrating the area in front of her. Immediately, the range of her eyes doubled as the vision of the area behind her faded away. There would be no surprise counter assaults from the bandits in there, not against a shinobi such as Tsuyo. Soundlessly, the jonin began to hop from branch to branch to get closer to the cave.
