Description: This technique changes earth into fine sand by channeling chakra into it, allowing the user to dig through it like a mole. This effect goes around the body (not just the hands), making it just large enough for a person to move through. The user can pinpoint where they are, despite being underground, by sensing the magnetic forces. They can also sense what is happening on the surface and use that information to launch a surprise attack on the enemy. The range for this sensing is 50 meters. One can also hide deep in the ground, escaping to a depth where the enemy can't reach. It also appears that after digging, the ground can be returned to its original state, leaving no trace of where the user entered the earth.

Description: This technique allows the user to suddenly extrude a small portion of earth up from the ground under person's feet. This extrusion only extends a few feet above the ground and can be used in one of two ways:
If used under the feet of someone who is expecting it and extruded at the proper angle, they may use the momentum to jump off of the rock and soar to greater heights. This increases the Speed of the target by +1 tier and propels them to a height up to roughly equivalent to how far they could run in a single second with their increased Speed, depending on the angle.
If used under the feet of someone who is not expecting it, and extruded at an opposing angle, they will momentarily lose their footing and stumble as the rock pushes against them. This decreases the Coordination of the target by --. If the target's Coordination falls to E or below, they are knocked off balance to the degree that they fall to the ground.
Weaknesses: Someone using this technique to jump at increased Speed can only move along a fairly predictable arc unless they have some other methods of manipulating their trajectory mid-air. This leaves the target open to be attacked without the use of their maneuverability to dodge.
