The special ability to typically unlocked around the ages of the 12-14, although members of the main branch have been known to unlock it earlier, with those unlocking it by the age of ten being seen as prodigies within the clan.

The user now sits and waits for the target to enter their Close Combat Specialization range. Upon feeling the electric current of another target entering their range, it's the time to strike. The user causes the electric currents within their body to fire off at once allowing the user to strike their target with the unsheathing of their weapon, slashing their opponent with a single strike. While moving, the user gains a +2 Tier bonus to their speed with this movement. The user will react automatically upon the target entering their range. Weakness: Rough terrain will cause movement to be difficult. This attack is extremely linear and the user is incapable of changing course once the user starts moving. Once the user starts moving, they cannot stop until they reach the maximum distance which means the user is required to assess whether or not they should use this, otherwise they'd splat into a wall or some other obstacle. Opponents not entering within their Close Combat Specialization Range will not get targeted. |

Electrical energy explodes upwards from the ground in a donut-shape around the user. This technique is required to expand before exploding upwards with a massive pillar of electricity. The pillar will reach upwards up to 500m. This technique will deal A Rank piercing Lightning Damage to everyone in the area. All targets hit will be stunned, especially useful for grounding flying targets. This technique is strong enough to create a donut-shaped crater in the ground underneath them and is capable of disintegrating rocks. Weakness: The user may only use this on the ground. The pillar will have a safe area due to the donut shape of the pillar where the user stands. The area where the user is will not have electrical energy running through it. This safe-area is 1.5m radius around the user. |
 Blade of Ouroboros Rank: S Power: S Activation Cost: 30 CP Upkeep Cost: Range: Weapon Range Speed: -- Element: Lightning Skill: Raiton | Kenjutsu (Ninkenjutsu Classification: Ryuzoji Clan Exclusive Requirements: Rank 5 Denrankyugan, Close Combat Specialization Parent Technique: Chakra Flow: Lightning Handseals: -- Description: The user surrounds their katana with electrical energy in the shape of a single dragon. The user will then strike at their opponent with their blade with the dragon attacking directly afterwards. The target takes weapon damage and then takes A Rank Piercing Lightning Damage as the dragon strikes the target. The dragon is roughly a 1m radius creature that is 20m in length. Upon getting hit by the dragon, the dragon will bite the target and then coil around the target. The target will remain bound until they eventually break free or they take damage from another source. Weakness: If the user learns this technique, they cannot learn Mobius Blast. Target must have S+ Strength to break out of the dragon's grip. The Dragon's Grip's Strength Requirement is reduced by 1 Tier every post active (2nd post being bound, the bound target now only needs A+ Strength to escape, 3rd post being bound, the bound target will need B+ Strength to escape, etc etc). The user may not use this technique again while a Dragon is binding a target. |
 Mobius Blast Rank: S Power: S Activation Cost: 30 CP Upkeep Cost: -- Range: 0-75m Speed: S Element: Lightning Skill: Raiton | Kenjutsu (Ninkenjutsu) Classification: Ryuzoji Clan Exclusive Requirements: Rank 5 Denrankyugan Parent Technique: Chakra Flow: Lightning Handseals: -- Description: This is a ranged Ninkenjutsu. The user creates chakra around the tip of their blade that eventually splits to two motes of electrical energy swirling around their blade. With a single slash, the motes of electrical energy start to take on the form of two dragons swirling around one another in a double-helix fashion. These dragons are approximately 1m in radius and approximately 20m long and fly in a helixlike pattern. Bolts of electricity spark off of each dragon. These Dragons are capable of going through non-organic objects (Such as stone, clay, brick, etc) Once a target is struck by these dragons, they will be dealt S Rank Piercing Lightning Damage. Once the Dragons strike a target, the dragons will immediately pull the target with them, causing them to turn upwards and will bring the target up to 500m high before the dragons dissipate, leaving the target helpless in the sky. This will deal additional damage if the target is pulled with the dragons and collide into an object. Weakness: If the user learns this, they cannot learn Blade of Ouroboros. Not very useful indoors and best used in a wide-open area. Does not penetrate through wooden buildings or anything else made with wood or rubber. If the target is capable of flight, dragging them up to 500m will do almost nothing. If the target has Strength higher than S+, they will not be dragged by the dragons. |
