Kitsumi has an athletic build standing at exactly six feet tall and weighting one hundred and seventy pounds. He has long platinum hair that reaches nearly to his knees, and crystal blue eyes that look like a still ocean that hides the storm brewing just beneath the surface. Kitsumi wears black boots and pants with a black leather and fur long coat that hangs down to just above his feet with steel pauldrons, his blade rests on his right hip allowing for ease of drawing it with his left hand.
History: Kitsumi was the seventh son of Tatsuo and Rei Ryuzoji, his mother claimed that the day he was born it was a calm sunny day at first. And when she felt the first contraction the sky darkened and a storm raged during the entire birth, but then just as he took his first breath the storm stopped and the heavens opened shinning light upon her blessed son. Tatsuo however had little care for the boy, showing little interest in him or his well being. His life was uneventful, he wasn't good with a blade and he was even worse in combat. His father constantly reminded him that he would never amount to anything, and while wanted to believe his mother's encouragement she would be the only one that believed in him however that was short lived as she died when he was nine. His brothers all of which excelled in combat would chastise him reminding him of his failings, to the point that he truly believed what everyone said about him was true. He gave up training believing that he would never get better, it wasn't until he met Yasuhiro at the age of thirteen that his life got a little bit better. Yasuhiro, first son of the clan leader saw something within Kitsumi that not even he saw within himself. From that day forward the two were like brothers, constantly training with each other until that fateful day when everything changed. It was his seventeenth birthday that the branch families lead a revolt against the main house, Kitsumi's father and brothers all rose with the other factions. Kitsumi however chose the side of the main family and Yasuhiro, his father and brothers and a majority of the branch members. Unfortunately Yasuhiro was killed as well and without his friend to stop them, Kitsumi was branded the same as the rest of the surviving branch members. Despite this Kitsumi remained loyal to the main family as was his place, continuing to serve them for the next twelve years. His study of his clans history however soon lead him to believe that the path the main branch chose was wrong, while he maintained his vows to protect the main family he also planned to rectify his own path and find his way back to his ancestors.
Personality: Aristocratic | Disciplined |Apathetic | Intelligent | Proud
Kitsumi was raise in a very sophisticated manner, being a member of the Branch family of the Ryuzoji clan, he was taught that the clan always came first over his own wants and desires. The pride he holds for his clan can be easily seen, their status as a Noble clan is something that he is extremely proud of, and it is reflected in his demeanor, in his decorum, as well as in his practice of customary etiquette and customs held highly among the Ryuzoji. However he strongly believes that the Ryuzoji have strayed far from their heritage, and seeks to lead them back to that path that he believes honors his ancestry. Kitsumi is easily offended if his name is not used properly or if someone calls him Kit instead of Kitsumi, however even if he is offended the man always retains a formal tone as he has always taken particularly care not to behave in any way that might tarnish his clan’s image or their relationships with others. Mostly due to his upbringing Kitsumi always seems to be apathetic towards other people, constantly reminded that his actions speak of the clan since he was a boy. His mind constantly focusing on the next step in his life or a task at hand leaves him distant to others when they are not directly attached to whatever he is doing at the moment. He is notably calm even while in combat, able to analyze most situations and quickly find the best course of action to get the out come he is looking for. Despite his calm and serene outlook he generally acts indifferent, bordering on arrogance, to most combat situations he is faced with, and rarely views his opponent of being worth his time. However he is very perceptive and fully aware of the limits of his abilities, so anything he states in comparison to an opponent is usually justified, at least in his mind.
