Description: The Cursed seal forces an introduction of Senjutsu chakra into a host. If the host does not already have access to Senjutsu chakra then they must make a roll to survive. This roll follows the same table as the implant guideline. However it does not act as another bloodline thus it follows base implant rules. If the host does have access to Senjutsu chakra already this implant roll is voided and they merge with the seal seamlessly.
Seal placed rank 1 (50 Senjutsu chakra added to users pool)
Before experience is put into the seal the seal is weak at rank one. Whenever any Technique over C rank is used the seal spreads and costs the user an extra ten Senjutsu chakra until it is used up. Automatically forcing them to boost their jutsu a tier.
Seal rank 2 (100 Senjutsu chakra total added to users pool) - 500 exp
Once the host has trained to focus into their seal it spreads in a pattern across their skin like leopard spots. At this stage the user can activate it for 5 senjutsu chakra a post and gain a +1 unique tier to any two stats. Chosen at activation of the cursed seal. They also have control over when they boost their jutsu now.
Seal rank 3 (Final rank full transformation. 180 Senjutsu chakra total added to the hosts pool) 1000 exp
At this stage the host gains a full transformation. The seal covers their body in a dark color and a Star shaped mark appears over the bridge of their nose. The whites of their eyes turning black and gaining wings that grant flight at one tier below their speed. At this stage they pick any two stats to get a +2 unique tier during the duration of the transformation for 10 senjutsu chakra a turn.
Weaknesses: Any Senjutsu chakra must be recovered or charged following the same rules as sage mode. To survive the cursed mark being placed the host must pass an implant roll based on the base implant rules.
The Sealer must have access to Senjutsu chakra.
In the event of the seal being removed all exp put into the seal is lost. If the seal is replaced the host has to start from scratch.
The Sealer is limited to the amount of people they can place seals on based on their intelligence.

The knowledge of the seal and placing them that is the restricted technique and the seals are just boosts (not taking a restricted tech slot on the person who receives the seal)
The cursed seals and anything else the provide Sage chakra can not be used at the same time. Both must be charged separately as they are separate pools. (AKA Cursed seals and Sage mode cannot be used in conjunction.)
Those the seals are placed on have to take a restricted technique slot to utilize the seal. The caster themselves do not have to take an additional restricted technique slot in order to place one on themselves.
