Daijiro takes in a deep breath, then lets it out slowly, grounding himself as he starts the slow process of making his chakra into paper. He supposes he'll eventually get better at it if he continues training, maybe even improving the speed at which he can change his chakra to paper at a rate that he'd be able to make the Tenchi clan techniques come out at a near instant rate. He shakes his head, making his blonde hair bounce a little. That'd be the day.
He then focuses his attention on the wooden training dummy ahead of him. On a sunny day like today, around noon, it was too hot for the fog and mist to hang heavily in the air, and so the air was clear and Daijiro had a rare clear line of sight to a distance greater than a few dozen feet. The technique he was planning to train was rudimentary anyway, compared to the chakram technique he'd already learned, and it was important for one to have a full repertoire at their disposal for any given situation. It helped that the Paper Rain technique didn't even require handseals, but a focus on the target and on creating the paper weapons instead.
With a sudden movement, Daijiro raises both hands, pointing them at the training dummy and letting the paper projectiles fly, stabbing into the woods deeply, hitting as hard as a rain of arrows, but after only 20 kunai have peppered the dummy does the barrage stop. Daijiro pauses to observe his work; the poor training dummy is certainly far worse for wear, and the Genin feels accomplished in learning this technique, so he considers the next technique to learn. Perhaps the clone jutsu?
