Description:
A large gauntlet-style weapon usually worn over the arm of the user, the weapon is roughly 2.5 feet long with the 'fingers' being an additional foot long each. The glove has five spike-like finger, each lethally sharp. When activated, a powerful motor causes the hand portion of the glove to spin rapidly, turning the weapon into a supremely powerful drill. The spinning drill portion can also detached and launched up to 100 meters away and then retracted again via a cabled attached to the main arm. The drill can be fired and retracted both at up to S rank speeds. The user may alter the drill during its launch at a speed/coordination of their own coordination -1 tier. The drill is capable of easily excavating earth and creating huge tunnels through nearly any material.
Offensively, the drill is a menacing weapon which can rip most defenses and even other weapons to shreds. Blocking the rapid spinning motion is incredibly difficult due to the huge amount of torque generated by the spinning. Moreover, the drill possess unrivaled piercing powers. This item can drill through objects/materials/creatures of A-rank constitution/hardness cleaning and without resistance. Items or creatures with a higher hardness/constitution can resist this temporarily, but will have their hardness/constitution reduced by 1 tier when struck, which can stack with multiple strikes or with multiple rounds of continued drilling. Chakra based defenses will not be "damaged" in the same way, but the drill will ignore 1 tier of defense power from such defenses.
Finally, the weapon - only when attuned - will allow the wielder to use Earth Release techniques through it, even if they do not possess the relevant skill/element, but is limited to techniques created for use with the drilling arm or Earth Release channeled weaponry. This allows for the user to alter their environment easily or mount attacks from beneath the earth (techniques created separately). The user may app these techniques even without the associated element/skill.
