Description: A ninja can use this device to conduct aerial bombardments, combat and reconnaissance. How this device works is by just flowing chakra through the wings, which propels the user through the air and allows for flight. When activated the Winged Mechanical Device is capable of moving at A-Rank Speed, however it requires at least B-Rank Coordination to Maneuver. With sufficient skill, A-Rank or Higher Coordination, the shinobi can display considerable maneuverability mid-air through the use of this contraption. One downside to this is with their chakra being used to fuel the machine's flight capabilities, prolonged use can eventually consume the user's chakra reserves. Another downside is that the shinobi cannot take off at their own power, but are dependent on the aid of a take-off system if on the ground or a boat, or to be high up in the air already when launching. When not in use, the wings are capable of folding inward allowing it to be slightly more discreet, and be able to walk through doorways without causing problems. Activation of this Device Costs 5 chakra and must be Maintained each post by paying 1 chakra.
