Darkseid's Rise

It had been sometime since he had done battle. There weren't many who could hold a candle to his powers anymore. He had gained quite the strength to battle any foe on the planet. His powers were destructive, not used for anything but death. Even though his original goal was to bring peace to this planet. Though he had conquered the Ten Tails, its demonic mind stayed in his head. Permanently changing his appearance and now his mind. He began to see the most evil and vile thoughts from the beast 24/7. It was easy to block them out before, however since he gained control, they began to be streamlined to his consciousness. It was beginning to effect his entire mindset. So he went to the field of Konoha to see if he could find a worthy opponent to take his mind off of it.

Blitz remained underneath a tree relaxed but bored as he continued to think about his spar with the Uchiha a couple days prior. Sporting his usual attire as half of his face remained concealed the shinobi would now be awakened by the sense of great power. A person who seemed to be a rather unique shinobi due to the fact it was only now that he was seeing this individual. Watching the male make his presence upon the training field was indeed a lucky day for him to get a chance to witness someone like this.

Standing up as he patted himself down before grabbing Samehada and placing him upon his back he could only smile underneath his mask. The day was beautiful as the six foot shinobi now met a new challenge in his life, someone who didn’t need words to express his power. Also silent himself Blitz only had determination in his eyes as he stretched his limbs. Before making his way out to the empty field stopping mid way towards this new adversary lifting only his right hand he gave a single wave.

“Came to train myself. I can clearly tell this won’t be an easy fight.”

The Sage of the Sixth Paths spotted an individual walking towards him. He was immediately identifiable by the large weapon he wielded. It was the legendary Samehada. Which made this man one of the Seven Swordsman of the Mist. With the current happenings of world. Seid found his presence troubling. The Leaf was surely to be watching his every movements. He was pretty armed to the teeth and armored as well. Seid had only his Snow Armor on over his robes. But his appearance was nevertheless alarming as well. It was clear that Seid was an alien with Ten-Tails forever changing how he looked, with a horn to boot. But still the man stood up to him and challenged him.

"You came to train? I believe I can provide the challenge you seek legendary Swordsman. I am Seid Otsutsuki. Sage of the Sixth Paths. Let us test our prowess. Don't hold back. This will test our true strength." Which was very true. High ranking shinobi as themselves had no choice but to go all out. He hoped the the facility could take it. He would of course not use his Truth Seeking Balls and Dust release. But his eyes began to glow as he activated his Rinnegan. He was able to see the great chakra reserves of the Mist swordsman. His Super Vibrato swords would be no match for Samehada. Though he was eager to test out his new form. He had not used it since he conquered the Ten-Tails, for it opened a direct link to the madness of the demon. But he was able to see one of the tailed beasts inside this new opponent. He was no ordinary ninja.

Seid sunk into an Arhat form, keeping a watchful eye of the movements of his new dance partner.

From appearances alone he was a threat outside to anyone who dared cause harm yet Blitz enjoyed the thrill of facing off such opponents. Making him think and react unlike he would otherwise keeping him on his toes and his mind racing was enough to enjoy the moment. As he came to a stop he had no need to inspect his challenge the male had his own unique designs and features to him. Reminding him of one particular shinobi from his own village who seemed to radiate the same sense of strength from within. Before the training began he was introduced to the male formally as his name was revealed yet a title that never rang in his ears now screamed at him.

A mighty Sage that of legends was before him such might and power all given to such a being was something he never thought was possible. Yet he was only on the planet for a short time compared to someone like the Sage who stood before him. Samehada remained silent as Blitz could only bend his head down in respect to the shinobi for taking his time to even entertain such a man. Regardless of his name and appearance he was still a shinobi who required pressure making each better then they were before entering the facility. Clearing his throat he only had a couple of words to say as his eyes studied the body and features that the shinobi brought to the table.

“Seid The Sage Of Six Paths. Pleased and honored. Call me Blitz but while I’m here I want it to be clear I’m here to grow and become a different beast. You have a good grasp at that already. Inspiring.”

As he stopped speaking from within his stomach the feeling of his insides being flipped around and turned made him nauseous. To the point the young shinobi began to burp out bubbles which floated off and eventually popped in the air or after drifting along and touching something. The feeling of Saiken has once more awakened such a feeling cracked a smile underneath his mask. Yet the hands of another reached out from the darkness of his mind calling out to him Blitz wasn’t surprised at the fact he had been watching this whole time. Yet the results weren’t what he expected as in an instance he was pulled in within his mind deep in the darkness forced to watch once more through the eyes of the main protagonist. For the hero who saved the child he could only smile to see the kid have such a will to return in such a manner.

“Blitz let me fight him. He said go all out! I wanna fight him in my own body! You’ve been enjoying yourself lately. It's my turn.”

Cracking his neck as he reached over, removing Samehada from his holster, the body of the shinobi took a deep inhale of the air around him and exhaled out. Mere seconds afterwards he exploded with an icy blue aura chilling the earth before him. Smiling in silence, Burittsu was now in the hand wielding Samehada; he was in perfect form just as his mother taught him; he could only thank Blitz for this moment by giving his heart out. Enjoying it to his very core unlike Blitz he was determined using his sensory abilities he felt what he indeed excited his core the thrill of the blood inside his body was long overdue.

As his skin felt the blade named Samehada it was sad they couldn’t spend more time together because he could have such a blade. In a way he was proud of Blitz keeping his word. Now he was excited, laughing a little bit at the sensation of the nervousness that caused his palms to sweat a little. So he started. Making the first move he held up one hand seal quickly taking two hundred meters of the area between him and his new friend. Camouflage was something he wasn’t used to yet the theme of what Blitz created did seem to please him. Burittsu began his assault by attacking the land, freezing it over and changing the scenery. Such a pleasant experience to be reborn he felt rejuvenated moving at such speeds he wondered how fast he could really see when faced against speed. Without holding back Burittsu slid on the ice on purpose, naturally activating another jutsu which made it easier for him to manipulate the icy land.

Skating on ice Burittsu held Samehada stern and fierce at new speeds he came at his opponent cutting through the icy plains rapidly masking his true intentions as his icy aura would clearly be felt. He extended his left leg outward, quickly spinning and aiming to give the male a kick directly into his jaw. In an attempt to catch him off guard as he swept down attempting to leg sweep the Sage and forcing him to either fall or lose balance a furious combo was attempted here. Before leaping back onto his feet, Samehada swung downward upon his friend with his might. Such being demanded action there was no need to show him weakness when there was nothing to fear. He attempted to allow the blade itself to get its first taste of such an experience it was his only opportunity for growth after all. Laughing out loud it had seemed the shinobi was excited to be alive.

“SEID I LIKE YOU ALREADY!”

Jutsu:

As expected. The Mist Swordsman was nothing to be trifled with. He performed a series of moves in order to cut the distance and vision of Seid. There was no escape from his Rinnegan eyes though. Entering within 10 meters of the Wanderer. It seemed he also could perform movements to distract his tracking. Seid simply focused harder. However Buritsu, as he introduced himself, quickly raced to fight him in close quarters. This would be usually to his advantage. Though there was quite no advantage against a strange opponent like Seid. He was both dangerous up close and from a distance. There was no safe way to fight him.

Seid blinked and before Buri could get closer than the 10 meters. An explosion erected from the Ten Tailed Jinchuriki. Seid made sure to tone the power down but it would still rocketed out at amazing speeds. With enough power to send Mist Swordsman back more than 30 meters. The burning power would scatter the mist and ice created by him for about 50 meters. Smoke would obscure the Sage after the explosion rocked the area. A crater around him would be created. This would not be enough to stop the swordsman but it would knock the wind from him.

Seid activated his latent power, when the smoke cleared from the activation. There was a white cloak covering the Wanderers body from head to toe Seid was protected with Sixth Paths cloak. "You stand out amongst the ninja of the world. But there are even the strongest ninja that stand out from each other." Seid said to Buri if he was recovering from his attack.

Seid would simply began to walk forward towards Buritsu. Not making sudden movements yet.

Burittsu was happy and confident in this battle against this shinobi; he wanted the absolute best thrill he could maintain while being out into the world. So he put his bet on the man before him and he was correct. Maintaining his sensory he watched the chakra of the enemy expand as not like any other before. Without reaction the body of Burittsu released one hand off Samehada and used one unique hand seal quickly activating his jutsu as three meters ahead of his path. A crystal ice mirror formed from the atmosphere of the air his escape was brief as he slid into the ice mirror leaving no trace of him behind.

As his body itself remained within the mirrors protection against such a blast. The image of Burittsu would reflect upon the mirror with his hands empty and Samehada placed away after hearing his speech and the dust finally decided to settle down. Burittsu only assumed he was a mere fourteen meters away from the talk and the praise he received was quite the catch as he snickered and bowed his head in silence. During this time around the area around the shinobis would begin to return to normal as Burittsu released the jutsu remaining inside the ice mirror.

Indeed the shinobi he was fighting had something to prove before giving the male a chance to perform anything he decided to remain on the offensive while being defensive. A cloak upon his appearance his opponent now has a change of wardrobe and what seemed to him incredible capacity for evolution during combat. It was brief but Burittsu and Samehada could easily feel the change in power gazing upon himself; his best bet was to fight him the way he knew how. Two other crystal ice mirrors formed one twelve meters to his back right as the last would appear to his back left. Placing the male in range was ideal but he wondered how long it would take for him before he was the one that was worn out.

Burittsu using the temperature within the ice mirrors to its full performance using the two empty ice mirrors he himself conjured two large ice scimitars. Giving his enemy the benefit of not overdoing the power he could only give him the respect of going all out. Burittsu would begin his assault launching both swords at the male with the increased speed from coming out the ice mirrors the projectiles were coming faster than they would normally. Burittsu himself remained within the mirror before awaiting to see the male's response but indeed he was ready to see the shinobi for the true monster inside the body of this warrior. As the image of him remained he was ready to move and keep the offense going if needed.

Clapping his hands and stringing along a quick three seal combination. Snake - Rat - Dog. Using himself as the center point Burittsu attempted to stop any escape from his enemy. Lowering the atmosphere to extreme temperatures of negative one hundred and ten for sixty meters out everything froze under his might. As the jutsu itself would attempt the same thing upon the beast of a shinobi already. Due to the amount of chakra he used the exhaustion was upon his mind but showing any type of weakness early on would be on him.

Chuckling as he worried a little the feeling of his right arm being coiled up as Samehada offered its help. Blessing the shinobi with a bit of its own chakra to his surprise he wasn’t alone; the blade even yearned for the promise of a taste of that chakra. He could only smile and chuckle before the blade unwrapped and went back to waiting for its turn to be used by the young shinobi.

“Thanks but I wanna be stronger than you now…clearly you’re top shinobi. Hahaha the best fights are the ones you can’t win!”

Apparently Seid was dealing with a unique ninja even among the Seven Swordsman. One who could wield the sentient weapon Samehada was one to be weary of. The Otsu was gratified to see the strong was still maturing on this planet. When his kind would eventually invade, they would be ready. Blitz even said he wanted to be stronger than him. He would have to respond to this show of strength with a feat of his own. The man was a Yuki. The way the temperature dropped, ice mirrors created out of nowhere, it must be true. He was soon swallowed up by the mirror to avoid the blast. His reflection showed everywhere, a powerful technique. One he tried to use to mask his next attacks.

Though he was moving a bit faster than Seid could pickup which was remarkable. He also relied on his Rinnegan and sensory to pinpoint an exit for when he attacked. Although it would not matter now. As soon as he saw the real one performing handseals for the next attack. An indomitable force would erupt from the Otsutsuki's body. The power of the Preta paths most powerful technique. "Almighty Push!"

The force was invisible as he was controlling gravity itself. He used his power to push in every direction. Nothing was safe in its wake. All the attacks prepared by the Mist Swordsman would be rejected and blown away. Matter itself did not matter to Seid. He had to dial down the range of this attack as he did not want to destroy this part of the city. But he took note that his tailed beast explosion did not shatter the mirrors he used to avoid his attacks. They were very durable, only an attack such as this would be able to thwart it.

Seid spread the attack to about 100 meters, which destroy all the mirrors as well as the cold front. Extremely hard to escape because of its speed and it being very sudden. "You will be stronger I can sense. But you will have to take that mantle by force." Seid after unleashing his attack.

Before the attack could even land, Burittsu was introduced to a new type of force and power as he watched his ice bend and crush to the force. Burittsu could only chuckle as he saw the end of the battle before him as his ice mirrors themselves weren’t able to get him away far enough. Meeting the force of the blast with blunt force he was quickly ejected out the destroyed mirror. And repelled the full one hundred meters before he was sent flying mere meters above the grass.

It felt like he was soaring for minutes seeing the distance quickly expand between him and his opponent. Before crashing into the earth leaving a path of carnage behind as a trail carved by his own body embedded the earth. Crashing about one hundred twenty meters the pain upon his back and shoulders from impact was felt through his armor. Coming to a halt after what felt like he was pushed by the earth’s gravitational force Burittsu had felt the full force of his opponent or maybe a little taste of the power. Burittsu was now knocked out and standing in the darkness facing Blitz, saddened that he couldn’t do better with the body that boy gave to him to use at the moment.

No words could express his feelings as the male's body laid out on the floor unresponsive yet from within Blitz could see the pain. One even his armor couldn’t block emotional damage was different and to see such passion coming from his other half. Only inspired Blitz to feel the stress of losing as he struggled with former opponents in the past. Before Blitz could utter a word an unfamiliar change had occurred within the darkness quickly changing the pitch black veil into a bright baby blue.

Blinding the two shinobi for a mere moment before they could even figure out what was going on within their mind. Before even one of them could beg to understand the situation a voice poked out from the silence speaking upon them with a feminine expression and tone as it was soft and delicate but straight to the point.

“Humanity will never learn.. Always fighting for some reason but yet never fixing any real problems. Yet I can see it in your heart you care much deeper yet you still put yourself on the battlefield. Risking it all for no one. Seeing how I’m presented with two hosts I can clearly tell he was only protecting you until you were strong enough to fight your own battles. But in the end it is your body. So I shall ask you this one question. Do you require my aid to continue this pointless fight?”

Burittsu was amazed that the Biju, a large mighty slug with a white pigment chained down from all six of its tails as its body and arms were also constrained by large chains. The beast produced bubbles around itself and could actually see him standing next to Blitz. Yet the thrill went away after he realized that the beast recognized only Blitz for being the main host. Smiling a little to himself he placed his palm on the back of the shinobi pushing him out towards the tailed beast.

Recalling he told the boy to live and to grow stronger only felt like the day before but now even the shinobi was taking paths he couldn’t dare to believe. It was his job to watch over him making sure his death didn’t come so lightly but it seemed Blitz was taking strides on his own to live up to his own expectations. Blitz being pushed closer to the beast could only reflect a smile upon his face; he doubted the slug would do anything rash to him based upon its situation. Placing out his left hand and nodding his head in confidence he only had one chance to make it count.

“We’re not any shinobi. I’m Blitz Yuki. The other is Burittsu Yuki. It’s a pleasure and honor to receive aid from you but it’s not about beating him I simply want to compete with his power. See how far we can push ourselves. Before anything happens I’d like to know what your name is.”

Saiken delivered upon its promise before pushing out its own chakra out of the seal devouring the body of Blitz in front of Seid. Yet the distance was now expanding to about one hundred twenty meters from such a devastating push it could only begin to heal the damage that was done internally to the shinobi. With red bubbles around the Blitz as it began to foam up to the surface and soon revived the body as it seemed to be pulled upward from the carnage. Samehada itself could only enjoy the taste of such chakra but the blade knew the difference between its owner and such other entities.

As the body stood repairing itself the eyes of Blitz only matched that of the tailed beast within him. Black pupils and iris to cover all that was needed with one source of chakra being drawn out. Blitz let out a vicious roar from within himself before looking down upon the male who could only tell him the truth of the outcomes. From within Burittsu and Blitz could only hear the response of the tailed beast before the body of the shinobi started its counter attack. Red chakra from head to toe as his previous injuries remained. In seconds he released a scream from that was loud enough to nearly echo from beyond the training field leaking out into the streets of the village. From within Saiken only gave out a suitable response.

“Over time the humans called me Rokubi. Don’t go dying out there for the sake of challenging a person such as that if you haven’t been paying attention even if he acknowledges your strength. You won’t win this battle.”

Saiken could only sigh as its voice didn’t seem to travel anymore to the hot headed shinobi only willing to continue the battle. Burittsu himself could only watch with his arms folded as to what was going to happen next he couldn’t even begin to fathom the power that was given to the boy. Yet if it became unstable he remained behind Blitz if the power became strong enough to consume him or even destroy him. He made up his mind he would treat the situation in the best way possible making up his mind without a worry he watched over Blitz awaiting for the bad to reveal itself. Samehada itself continued to enjoy the taste of the chakra even more as it poured out the body of Blitz.

“Even if you are just a defense of the mind you seem to care an awful lot. He’s reckless.”

Chakra:

The blast from Shinra Tensei was immense and sudden. The force was enough to the shatter the Ice mirrors that had surrounded Seid. And with that had thrown Blitz out of the mirror world. He was thrown an extraordinary distance which would of incapacitated anyone else. But he wasn't dealing with a normal ninja. This was a Jinchuuriki, the beast inside made them formidable opponents who could survive a number of lethal attacks. Blitz had been thrown a over 100 meters and then some. But Seids Rinnegan eyes was able to see the chakra cloak start to takeover. Then he would eventually roar, signaling that the beast had taken over.

"Oh no. A literal loose cannon." Seid to himself had to defeat the tailed beast before it grew more tails and wreak havoc throughout the city. There was no easy way to put down a powerful ninja let alone a wild bijuu without killing it. Seid had a number of techniques that could kill, but that wasn't in his nature to do so. It was the Ten-tails.

Seid could cover the distance pretty fast but he had an idea. His eyes flashed as he opened a portal in front of him. It was about 5 feet wide and tall. Two similar portal opened elsewhere, right behind in the blindspot of Blitz, and another 100 meters in the air right above Blitz. Moving almost instantaneously as they were created. Seid would try to grab Blitz with his cloaked hand through portal. Once grabbed he would be dragged into the portal to exited the one from the sky. Using his strength to
throw the unleashed Jin spiraling towards the ground.

After the transformation the appearance of Blitz changed drastically on the outside but within the boy had succumbed to the power of the tailed beast. Before the body of the new beast could manage anything it would be pulled quickly and expelled even quicker. Now seeing the floor of the land from a new perspective freefalling wasn’t the fitting option yet the beast couldn’t let such a threat go without some type of fight. As the body of the boy enjoyed the quick breeze it quickly began to develop chakra within his lungs. Forming and quickly creating a bubble large enough to house the shinobi and use its functions to float downwards instead of coming down like a Boulder into the earth. As the bubble rapidly descended back down to the training field before the bubble itself would hover mere meters above the floor.

Before popping and releasing the wild shinobi back onto the land if it didn’t think of something quick indeed the battle would have been over. Yet it seemed it wanted to continue on with the boys' will to fight instead of withdrawing its power it almost appeared fawned of the idea to encourage the battle. The red aura of chakra continued to persist with only his alter ego watching over him. He truly was on his own until the power of the Bijuu gave out, smirking a tiny smile Burittsu could only look forward without issue as it seemed the battle would continue on.

But for the moment and only in that moment he wondered for how long it would truly last. The Rokubi moved the boy's body around waiting for the male to reappear on the battlefield. Yet with such tactics even the Bijuu could tell this wasn’t a serious fight for the other, only enjoying their time and sooner or later would really try his hand at knocking out the boy. Now it seemed to be a timer of how long the young one could last or if the body of this shinobi would soon fail under the pressure. In his mental space Blitz remained motionless now his body radiating with nothing but red chakra.

“….”

Jutsu:

Seids initial attack by sending the out of control Jinchuriki spiraling to the ground had been thwarted. He was surprised that beast could think of that with it being enraged. It had control of bubble justsu it seemed. Then the tailed beast Saiken must be inside him. He had to knock him out quickly before more tails were added and he became stronger. Closing his portals he would not need them for his next move. Seid made handsisgns and rapidly moved his head and projected his chakra. It took the form of a giant blade of wind that came from his mouth. Moving his head 3 times which created 3 blades that would launch at different angle covering an escape.

The attack would be designed to burst through any defenses but only enough to knockout the Swordsmen. The pressure from the move was immense, and it moved at impossible speeds. He hoped to overwhelm him with a barrage of attacks that he would not be able to dodge in time. Even at this distance they would hone in on it. He only needed one to hit.

As his body landed upon the ground Saiken decided for itself the battle against such a person wasn’t in its interest locking down upon that one spot. The beast saw the attack coming yet wanted no part in the battle anymore then it had too. His body was strong enough to embrace such an attack without its aid yet Saiken could only wonder why he would put himself in such a position. Gazing upward the enemy already made his attack a worthy one of putting this battle to a halt. In turn freeing the beast from such a mess and returning the boy back to normal before anything tragic could have been done. Especially to the host the beast now had to take care of in its own way to establish life.

It even crossed its mind that this host himself could possibly be more trouble than it could ever expect fighting against such an opponent. Yet Saiken could only admit that the sheer determination and heart the shinobi carried within was enough to keep himself alive. Allowing the three blasts of wind to make contact with his body, Saiken kept the boy still until losing control. Sending itself back within, leaving Burittsu unconscious upon what seemed to be left of the ground.

Large gashes upon the earth where only his body rested, not even a single response. Saiken didn’t mind aiding when it had to but the boy had to come up with his own plans if he wanted to fight such people. Helping out wasn’t bad to the beast but the enjoyment of fighting was never in its blood unlike the other beasts who either roamed the land freely. Maybe even ended up in the same situation as it did, hopefully with better and well minded humans unlike the one that it got.

Gazing downward Saiken could only see the two bodies of Burittsu and Blitz laid out as the toll on their mindset was completely taken over. Forced out and became that of the beasts yet watching the two of them for a moment longer the tailed beast knew for a fact this was not the last time it would encounter these shinobi. To Saiken they appeared to be brothers but to them each belonged on the same coin. It just depends on which side the coin landed on that day fading away slowly from their view heading back into its own form of rest Saiken only left behind a high pitch giggle.
